Location is good / great as it is well within walking distance to asia mall and many great stores and restaurants in close proximity. Great customer support by the host and caretaker even if there were some technical problems at the start. The building felt secure and the staff were friendly.

There were some technical problems and the reception but the unit AC worked just fine. The bed was a bit stiff and if you are taller than 195cm you might feel cramped in the room.

The owner is very accommodating, it's very safe and near to the mall

Cozy and clean. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Complete dining and kitchen tools and utensils. Pls add soup bowls. Host is very responsive. Air-conditioning is very good. Shower hot water is ok they even supplied shampoo. Pls add floor towel.

I think admin of the whole building should seriously take care of the cockroaches. The unit is very clean but there are small roaches crawling on the wall even inside the elevator and hallways.

The location was convenient, 5-10 mins walk to Big shopping mall. Also lots of grocery mart downstairs.

The location is good,

There is no curtain in the bathroom the water goes out, the internet is bad, small Cockroaches shows from time to time, they said TV cable channels but there is no any channels, the sofa in the setting area is pulling you down not comfortable, they said daily housekeeping but it's not I stayed 22 nights the cleaning lady came only one time and the cleaning is not good, I arrived 1st day the reception didn't have any info about my reservation, two toilet paper for 22 nights!!! If I need to bring a visitor I should send id copy to the host and the host should send it to the admin then after I should go to the admin for processing, it takes 2 days. They said there is electricity socket near the bed but nothing!!! The only one thing good is the location, other things is bad. I don't recommend it to anyone

The place is perfect. The unit is clean, cozy, can cook. (for those in workcation like us) Wifi is good for working too and didnt encounter any issue. Walking distance to Mall of Asia, and has lot establishment that you can visit around.

Can eat on the table in the living room but could add a small dining table (even just a 2 seater). not on the unit: my daughter complains that she can't play on the playground since its wet most of the time due to some kids swimming also use the playground while they are still wet. but overall we had a great stay.

Had a hard time with the door but we got the hang of it. The hosts and Maam Rodelyn were very helpful and accomodating.

I had to pay a fine because I didn't know that the stairs were off-limits and only meant to be used for emergencies, BUT THERE WEREN'T ANY WARNING SIGNS THO.

Owner and Caretaker was very approachable and accommodating! Stay was a whole better because of them.

Issues encountered are more on the building itself. Took a long time checking in because there were a lot of people in the lobby. And there’s a small issue with the smell inside the unit, not a big deal for me tho since there are alot of deodorizers provided. So kudos to that!

The location since it was close to the event we were attending in SMX.

Internet as there were times that it was slow that videos on the TV will not load. The electric fan was a bit dusty so we were not able to use it.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. It was also located very close to the mall of asia and the seaside.

There is a gym and a swimming pool I the complex but I was not able to use them as they were only for the owner and tenant and not a guest. This was very frustrating as I needed the gym and pool daily due to an injury. The owner was helpful to change my status from guest to tenant but this was only done with a couple of days remaining on my stay. To make matters worse I had booked the apartment for 2 guests. I am a single guy so I was the only name down on the apartment. When I brought a date back to the apartment I was told by security that she was not allowed to enter. This was extremely embarrassing for her and infuriating for me. I had spoken with the owners and they added her to the guest list but this took 2 hours. It's not the owners fault but the future guests should know about how strict the security staff are at the complex. Every time I wanted to have a friend or a date come visit, I would have to send the owner a photo of their ID and get them registered. Completely unnecessary as I am the one responsible for the apartment and paying the fee.
