During my booking,the management wanted me to pay 240 ringgit as a deposit for the hotel i checked in.I have been waiting for a span of three days and still i haven't recieve the money i was supposed to recieve yesterday.Im worried and im scared that they will scam me for my money because of the postpone.

2 bed room Apartment very small for family trip. The lift is also not sufficient. I need to wait a long time to go up and go down. I had to wait about one hour at the lobby waited for the staff pass the key for enter room.

Reviewed May 11, 2025The homestay was very comfortable and ugh location-wise, it's FANTASTIC! Everything just around you, be it Shopping malls, traditional market, food vendors, etc all around you!
The major drawback is, the Lift system (elevator). It is so fxxked up like how tf the architect design that elevator system for such massive place? All the hundreds units sharing few elevator? Let alone the speed of it. My shortest time waiting for the lift was like 10 minutes. Yes 10 freakin minutes! Dont get me started with the longest time waiting for the lift.

Parking space available, for payment just tap your debit/credit card when you are ready to go out from the building (entrance/exit gate). You may cook in the house..all the kitchenware was ready there.. You may need buy some food to cook (rice, cooking oil, salt, garlic etc)
There are 4 lifts/elevator but sometimes only 2 works, everytime want to go up/down, always crowded. Maybe can advise management how to solve the issue.

We waiting too long nearly 3 hours at lobby without any follow-up from the owner or staff. And there's no appologise from them when we told them we still waiting & no instruction how we check in

The lift was crazy, not comfy wait at all. We hated the wait as it took so long that we sweated profusely. Please improve it; It has been a year since I stayed there and the lift is still a big problem.
