Semua saya sangat suka dan sangat berpuashati kemudahan lengkap dalam bilik dengan seaview dan rasa tenang, bersih, nyaman. Saya mau bagi rating 10 tapi ada beberapa perlu ditambah agar lebih mantap. Next time memang saya akan stay lagi di sini.

Perlu tambah 2 bantal extra atas katil, penambahbaikan tolong sediakan rak sabun mandi dan penyangkut tuala dalam bilik air. Pintu tandas dalam bilik mandi perlu supaya tidak basah asing bahagian buang air dan mandi dalam tandas. Kerusi untuk duduk santai di luar sambil duduk tengok pemandangan laut yang tenang, cantik dan best sangat diperlukan pada masa hadapan.

The lift key not functioning. Everytime need to use the lift to go up to the floor need to ask the receptionist to use their master key to unlock it. Bathroom glass door and living room door not good

On a changé de chambre car la machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas, l'autre chambre idem... La réception me dit de faire une machine en bas, mais à mes frais... Une odeur de dégoût dans la chambre, le mur tout abîmé, peinture qui s'effrite... Et les ascenseurs... Que dire, on se croirait dans le métro à l'heure de pointe ! À fuir.

The most significant concern occurs at night, when unpleasant odours from the toilet can be detected in the room despite the toilet door being kept closed and the window left open with ceiling fan inside bedroom run

The room was quite good, but the management is dissapointed.

I am very disappointed with how this hotel handled my stay. The staff were rude and unprofessional when dealing with my concerns. I paid the security deposit physically during check-in, but I was never informed that I needed to keep or provide a photo of the deposit receipt. Later, they refused to resolve the issue properly by claiming it was their policy, even though this was never explained to me. I was also charged a late checkout fee despite checking out only about 40 minutes late because the elevators were overcrowded and there was a long wait. This delay was beyond my control, and I was never informed of the late checkout policy or the associated charges during check-in. I expected better customer service and clearer communication. Instead, I was treated unfairly and my concerns were not handled professionally. I hope the management reviews their staff training, improves communication with guests, and handles similar situations more fairly in the future.

Layanan yang sangat² baik daripada staf².

I used to stay here at The Shore because the place is walking distance to the attractions places. Unfortunately, everytime I check in, the Toilet is soooo SMELLY eventhough the staff said already clean it. I think the piping problem. And recently when I check in, there is NO WIFI, The TV couldn't switch on since no Modem provided. Even already contact the staff few times, they said the head officer didn't update yet. My kids are so sad because they really look forward for their cartoon on TV. Plus the unit I stayed A1202 no water filter such as Cuckoo or Coway or any other brand is provided 😒

To me the room price is cheap compared to hotels. Comfortable and practical for someone who is on a budget.

No floor mat provided. One of the beds is too springy, and should have changed it already. No tissue provided.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff provided excellent service, and the view was beautiful.

There is an unpleasant odor coming from the kitchen area, possibly from the floor drain or the kitchen sink.

Once you enter the room you can smell quite strong odor from the toilet. Im not sure what it is luckily we brought air freshener but overall the room is quite nice.

The view and the location are exactly in the middle of the city.

Lokasi sangat strategik . Kemudahan yang mencukupi. Cuma susah untuk keluar masuk kerana kad aksess yang rosak dan tidak diganti. Paling teruk sekali bilik berbau tandas. Dengan kemudah dan lokasi yang baik tempat ini sepatutnya boleh mendapat 5/5 bintang. Tetapi bilik berbau tandas amat mengecewakan.

Misleading room capacity and poor maintenance. Booked a 6-person room but got a 4-person room, then had to pay RM50 extra for an additional bed that didn't even come with a blanket (we had to buy our own at Kaison). Not sure if thats booking.com fault or Apartment's fault. The toilet smelled, one AC didn't work, and there were small cockroaches daily. The biggest nightmare was the building lift—extremely slow and constantly full. We had to wait up to 45 minutes during peak hours and often had to split our group up just to squeeze in. Very unpleasant stay.

Shouldnt had given even 1star, the staff treat u like u r a pendatang asing. What a shame! In booking.com they promise u the mountain view, only 2 towel given. The toilet is smelly. The management should look into this matter seriously. Your staff very rude except the only pakcik that next to the lift.

review jujur ni, tolong la baca sebelum korang book pay like 700++ for a night...dapat bilik bau taik, saluran paip berbau.. bayangkan penat balik jalan2, masuk je bilik bau taik lift 3 je fungsi, beratur panjang untuk naik/turun lift towel tak cukup bilik kotor, tandas berbau parking berbayar rm1/hour, sehari rm24 highly not recommend to book this room, please stay away, jangan la bazir duit

I like the scenery and the price affordable

I specifically asked to be prepared with cooking tools, even though i can see in the ads that it will b provided. but there is no rice cooker, even the kuali provided is not suitable for the infrared cooker. And i chose home with 2 extra large bed, only to get one extra large and another double bed size of bed. The point is, i don't get what i choose in the booking.com

There were a few amenities missing from the list. The toilet had a slight smell, but the staff said it was because the building is located near the sea and the fish market. We decided to just keep the toilet window closed and problem solved 🤣 The staff also helped freshen up the toilet after we requested it.

Penginapan cantik tetapi… Tuala langsung tiada, iron pun tiada, 3 kali saya turun bawah kaunter reception, dan setiap kali turun jumpa staf reception, mereka cakap akan “hantar sekejap lagi” Selapas pukul 11 malam barulah mereka hantar tuala, tetapi iron belum lagi, dan dia jamji akan hantar… Malangnya irin tiada menunggu sampai eaok pagi 🥵, Pagi esok sata ke kaunter untuk Kali ke-4, tiada staff, nasiblah saya berjumpa security dan minta lokasi stor, saya direct jumpa prkeja stor dan minta iron… Sangat kecewa dengan servis mereka
