Perfect location in the heart of Kota Kinabalu.

There is a TV and a WiFi router, but there is no internet nor TV reception. It could be cleaner, as well as have more amenities.

The lift is terribly slow. The bed/mattress is super uncomfortable.

Swimming pool is dirty. There pipes in our bathroom smelled really badly.

Seriously needs renovation especially the plumbing and bathroom. It also needs to be cleaned better as I found from dirt to even a cockroach so that is really a big issue. Lastly the elevators are not enough for the building but not their fault.

The location is fabulous. It is a 20 minute walk to the ferry to the islands and also a 20 minute walk in the opposite direction to the Imago shopping centre. The views from the pool and apartment were great. The balcony was huge.

It wasn’t clean. The sofa and chairs had stains. We had to purchase throws to sit on them conformably. The kitchen smelt of savage. We had to purchase our own cutlery and cups as these were not available. When we arrived the walls in the apartment and the floor were wet due to the air conditioning. The towels were tiny and very old. The shower was weak and cold.

Nice and clean apartment

Long wait for staff to assist. Pool was closed for maintenance when I stayed but this was not informed to myself at the time of booking. I would have changed accommodation as I specifically wanted a pool.

Good venue in the middle of city

Please do cleaning and refilling toiletries everyday without charge for it . Thanks to the staff who help me for refilling the tissue and towels.

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren wirklich gut. Das Zimmer an sich ist auch gut.

Leider funktioniert der Check-In nur per WhatsApp und es gibt niemanden in der Lobby der zur Wohnung gehört. Wir mussten ca. 15-20 Minuten in der Lobby warten, bis jemand kam. Leider steckt nicht hinter allen angegebenen Whatsappnummern ein Mensch, sodass wir im Anschluss eine Spam-Warnung von WhatsApp bekamen und dann sogar von WhatsApp für einen Tag gesperrt wurden, das möchte ich wirklich im Urlaub nicht nochmal erleben. Hier wäre ein unkomplizierterer Check-In wirklich notwendig.

We liked the view and the hot water was great too! It's great that they also have a kitchen where you could cook if you wanted (we did not, but it was still quite neat!)

The sofa bed that was in the living room was quite hard. Also, the hosts forgot to set up our third bed for our third guest and only did so when we left the room (it was a surprise to us!). Before they set up the third bed, I had thought the sofa bed was the third bed and was not very happy about it (since there were no extra pillows and blanket). But afterwards, they set up the bed so it was fine. Also, the key that we were supposed to find on the table of the room was not there when we first came it. It was confusing and I wondered whether there was supposed to be a key to begin with. After contacting the host, they entered the room when we were gone and placed the key plus the third bed in the room.

Clean and comfy stay. We need a place with washing machine and drier for our laundry. Good space, a living room and dining table just right for 3 of us.

It’s a very high density residential buildings with only few lifts. Need to be prepared for the lift waiting especially peak hours.

Vi havde valgt lejligheden pga. beliggenheden, poolen og fordi der var en vaskemaskine. Da vi ankom til stedet var det første vi opdagede at vaskemaskinen ikke fungerede. Der var tape over den. Vi kom fra regnskoven og havde brug for at få vasket inden vi skal videre til andre regnskove og national parker. Vi kontaktede kundeservice som fortalte at den ikke havde virket i adskillige dage. Spurgte hvorfor de så ikke havde informeret os omkring dette for så havde vi aflyst reservationen. De fortalte at de håbede det blev fikset, men igen havde det været rart at få besked så vi kunne have aflyst bookingen. Vores tøj blev vasket i vaskeriet, hvor vi fik en stor pose retur med halv vådt tøj som var blevet foldet og lagt sammen. Vi fik det sent om aftenen og opdagede først dagen efter at det fortsat var vådt. Gjorde igen kundeservice opmærksom på dette, men deres undskyldning var bare at de havde problemer med tørringen. Igen undres det at personalet så har lagt vådt tøj sammen og foldet pænt og lagt i en pose. Det er et stort sted og der er run på elevatorerne. Man kan sagtens stå og vente en halv times tid. Det er desværre ikke muligt at tage trappen fra stueetagen. Så man skulle med elevatoren uanset hvad. Poolen blev anvendt af ekstremt mange mennesker. Både babyer, små børn, hvor forældrene smed deres ble inden børnene hoppede i poolen ude badeble eller lignende. Efterspurgte økonomisk kompensation ift. den manglende vaskemaskine og ødelagte vasketøj som ikke kunne nå at vaskes og tørres igen inden vores afrejse. Vi havde tøj for flere tusinde ringgit som blev smidt ud. Der var også mug flere steder ude på badeværelset. Altanen var ikke rengjort. Køleskabet. At ej heller rengjort. Kan absolut ikke anbefales !

The apartment was lovely with a small kitchen and living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Location is good, close to a few restaurants and the local shopping centre as well.

The actual apartment complex is not ideal. There was always a big wait for the 3 elevators and we ended up taking the many flights of stairs instead most of the time. The actual apartment block is quite rundown and not very clean. There is a swimming pool but at all times during the day there were around 30 kids minimum in the pool so we didn’t use it.

The location and many shops, restaurants, cafe downstairs and foodtrucks. Everything is walking distance. The view is beautiful, facing straight to the sea.

1. Waiting for the lift take so long and the queue is always long. It’s quite annoying if you forgot something and want to make a quick trip but end up waiting 10mins for the lift. 2. The homestay doesn’t provide enough necessities for the unit, there’s no mat for entrance door because I don’t want the floor to get dirty. I asked for one and the staff said I need to pay.. like what?? 3. I asked if they have any tissue inside the house, tissue is cheap and majority of airbnb and hotels provide tissues either for the kitchen or in the room, NONE. I asked the staff and they said they don’t gv tissues besides the one inside the toilet. 4. They also don’t provide plastic bag for the trash bin. They don’t even want to make it easy for us to ensure the cleanliness of the unit while staying. 5. I asked if it’s possible to get extra towel, the staff said need to pay. This unit feels like AIRASIA, everything we ask either they don’t want to provide it or pay for it.

Très bel et spacieux appartement avec une belle vue sur la mer. Propre ! On s'y sent bien. Hôte réactif par message. Il y a une machine à laver (à vous de fournir la lessive). A 15 min à pied de la jetée. En face d'un marché couvert (fruits) et de toutes les animations nocturnes (souvenirs / food court). Un café juste en bas. Une piscine (principalement les enfants du bâtiment).

Masalah Lift saja

Had a wonderful stay here. The place is clean and comfortable, making it very pleasant throughout my visit. The owner is very attentive, quick to resolve any issues, and truly understands guests’ needs whenever I made a request. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of things to do in the area. It’s also very convenient for souvenir shopping, as Anjung Kinabalu is just across the road. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended.

The only issue I faced was with the door lock during check-in, but once I contacted the owner, it was resolved within minutes.

The location is good. Easy walk to the waterfront and the ferry terminal. The Seaview from the apartment is fabulous. Very clean. Good facilities, fridge, kettle, microwave. Good TV. Nice sofa/lounge area. Good communication from the owner.

The lifts are very slow. Being on floor 23A made this frustrating sometimes. But otherwise, a great stay
