El piso es muy bonito, nuevo y amplio, estaba todo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. Nos trataron muy bien y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos

Superb location, 5 min from the old town and from the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very nice and friendly.

Todo impecable. Las comodidades, la ubicación, la limpieza, el aroma de los ambientes, la calidez de la anfitriona . Súper recomendable. Cerca de todo. Playa Venus. Puerto marítimo. Centro histórico. Todo a mano .

No tengo nada negativo sino todo lo contrario.

Top Ausstattung, saubere Wohnung. Sehr gute Gegend: das Meer lag 300m entfernt, die alte Innenstadt ebenfalls sehr nah. Das Parken war ebenfalls unproblematisch im Park in der Nähe.

Statt Wäscheständer mussten wir das Balkongeländer benutzen. Die Lüftung könnte im Badezimmer etwas stärker sein.

Het was een netjes en mooi appartement. Het lag echt perfect met een kleine supermarkt tegenover en super centraal gelegen! Ook de verhuurder was super en erg betrokken. Alles klopte :)

LOCATION was amazing!! 2/3 minute walk to everywhere including beach, promenade, centre of old town! Hosts were so kind, helpful, accommodating and contact was great.. always replied within 2 minutes! Apartment was super clean, modern, had black out blinds which was lovely touch! Great value for money! Would highly recommend

Sobre todo lo limpio y funcional que es el alojamiento, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia como si estuvieras en tu casa. También me gustó lo cerca que estaba del centro de la ciudad, tenía la iglesia a la que iba a un minuto a pie y el restaurante en el que era la celebración a 2 minutos.

Por ponerle solo un pero diría que el aparcamiento, pues al estar en el centro tenía que dejarlo en un parking, el cual estaba a unos 5 minutos andando.

Perfecte locatie! Dichtbij het strand, bushalte, supermarkt en het oude centrum. Mooi, schoon en netjes appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. De host is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Geen probleem om de bagage af te geven als je vroeg aankomt en laat vertrekt.

Tout était parfait, c'est tellement de plus en plus rare de trouver un endroit ou on ne se moque pas de vous. A recommander +++

The location was great. Very convenient, literally 5 minutes away from the old town and riviera. The apartment was very clean and the host was very nice and helpful. We had a great stay and I believe the apartment itself looks better in person that in pictures which is not the usual way. There were no headaches whatsoever with the check in and check out and overall was a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, immaculate, very good location, modern, cosy and very well equipped. One of the best apartments I’ve ever been in. The hosts were also great - very friendly, helpful and they run it as a family business. I can recommend it to anyone who is going to Marbella :)

Siamo stati accolti benissimo, buona comunicazione con l host, appartamento grande camere divise bene, ottima pulizia, per due giorni non abbiamo preso l auto perché era tutto vicino, forse qualche accessorio in più ma giusto per renderla eccellente ancora di più eccellente, aria condizionata ottima. lo consiglio vivamente

Todo! Súper moderno, muy bien equipado! Luminoso, cómodo, limpio. Súper cerca del barrio histórico, y a pocas cuadras de la playa. Muy amables en la atención!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Marbella! We stayed for a few days, and it was even better than we expected. The apartment is clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. In person, it looks even better than in the photos - we were absolutely thrilled! The location is perfect-right in the center, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The beach is also within walking distance.

This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in—it’s actually much better in person than in the photos. Everything was top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen and bathroom to the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the apartment. A woman met us upon arrival and handed over the keys, which was very convenient. The building has an elevator, making it easy to bring in luggage. Free parking was available just a few minutes away, as recommended by the host. The apartment is only a few minutes from the city center and the beach, making it a perfect location. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this place!

Amazing location so close to everything. Extremely modern apartment, clean, great host. So centrally located. Shops opposite and old Town Marbella on the door step, 5 mins walk to Venus beach. Excellent host would stay again In a flash. Lovely apartment with lift.

Only negative was couldn’t find a kettle but it didn’t bother us.

The property is xtremely clean in the new building. Everything is completely new. Up to five minutes walk to the sea and old town. The host is friendly and always helpful.

Flat is brand new. Location is very good. Apartment with all the comodities we might need and very clean. Inserted in a typical neighbourhood, gives to us the chance to have the experience has being a local. Down the flat, there is a typical Spanish restaurante with really good prices (12€) for lunch with all inclusive basically. Also minimarkets are available on the street down the flat. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in ideal location, walking distance to the beach and the Old Town. The apartment is new and comfortable, nicely decorated and with anything you need: kitchenware, tea and coffee, toiletries, A/C, lift, balcony, etc. The host is really kind and responsive to any queries, I will definitely be back. Highly recommend it :)

I cannot think of anything I didn't like about this place.
