Location, space, everything

The location was fantastic. It was right in the middle of the old town nearby all the restaurants. It felt very safe for families and solo travellers. The property was also well-kept and looked very beautiful on the outside. I've included photos.

It would have been better if there were more amenities such as dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The local shops don't sell them in small quantities.

Ingen rengøring, defekt køleskab, defekt vandhane i badeværelset, for få (4) og for forskellige glas, ingen proptrækker. Der var simpelthen ikke kælet for tingene. - Når man sammenligner med et hotelværelse, så er det ALT for dyrt.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Det nederste værelse er lidt skuffende. Meget begrænset udstyr i køkken.

Posizione: Posizione eccellente, situata proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Marbella, ideale per muoversi comodamente a piedi. Potenziale dell'appartamento: L'immobile ha del potenziale, anche se penalizzato da una disposizione degli spazi non ottimizzata (con il divano di fronte alla porta d'ingresso e la TV posizionata in camera da letto anziché in salone).

Pulizia: Aspetto fortemente insufficiente. Abbiamo trovato una spugna per i piatti lasciata a disposizione degli ospiti sporca di capelli e peli, il bagno non era pulito e presentava evidenti incrostazioni di calcare. Inoltre, il divano era totalmente macchiato e necessitava di una pulizia approfondita, al punto che non lo abbiamo neanche potuto utilizzare per quanto era sporco. Manutenzione: Necessita di interventi urgenti. Il doccione della doccia era completamente incrostato e non funzionava a dovere. Assistenza e comunicazione con lo staff: Completamente assente e impersonale. La comunicazione è stata solo automatizzata e non abbiamo mai ricevuto un singolo messaggio per sincerarsi che il nostro soggiorno stesse andando bene. Rapporto qualità-prezzo: Visto il costo pagato, l'esperienza finale è stata molto deludente rispetto alle aspettative e a ciò che abbiamo ricevuto.

Posizione dell’appartamento in pieno centro storico

La cucina è dotata di un tavolino molto piccolo. Scomodo per due persone anche solo per la colazione. Abbiamo chiesto un tavolo più grande e siamo stati ignorati. Questo ha delineato una totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente da parte dell’host

Atrašanās vieta pašā vecpilsētā, blakus maziem iepirkšanās veikaliņiem un kafejnīcām. Mazas pastaigas attālumā promināde un jūra. Ļoti patika agrie rīti, kad varēju netraucēti aiziet lidz jūrai. Dzīvojām apartamentos ar divām atsevišķām guļamistabām. Gultas labas kvalitātes, ļoti ērtas. Virtuve pilnībā aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo virtuves tehniku, ir arī veļas mašīna. Trauki pietiekoši, vienotā stilā. Ir kapsulu kafijas aparāts. Patika registrēšanās, atslēgas ar kodu. Gaumīgs interjers visā ēkā, jau paverot ēkas durvis uz kāpņutelpu. Mums bija viens mazs balkoniņš, bet augšstāvā ir visiem aprīkota terase, ko arī izmantojām.

Gribējās lielāks spogulis un vēl vismaz divi papildus lielie pludmales dvieļi.

The location of the apartment was great, with everything within easy reach in the city centre. The apartment itself was spacious and had a lovely terrace, which we really enjoyed.

The bathroom was very small for four people and quite outdated, so it could definitely benefit from renovation. There was also not enough toilet paper or soap provided for a stay of four guests. These are very basic amenities and a minimal expense for the host, so we feel that sufficient supplies should have been provided for the duration of our stay.

It exceeded my expectations. A beautiful apartment on a beautiful street. Central to everything.

Needed more toilet roll- had to buy our own. Lots of ants!

O apartamento é excelente para dois casais, pois os quartos ficam separados(um fica no 1 andar e o outro no rés do chão) ligados por uma escada interior. Tem cozinha/sala com equipamento mais que suficiente (apenas gostaria que tivesse microondas) para as mais que diversas refeições à mesa que se encontra no centro da sala, tem ainda TV e sofá ). Tem máquina louca, roupa, forno e placa de indução. A Igreja principal fica a uns 20 metros de distância. A minha estadia coincidiu com a época festiva do dia 16 de Julho, onda da parte da manhã é possível seguir ou ver o passar a procissão onde mulheres da cidade levam a Virgem Carmen" e no final do dia são cerca de 100 homens a fazer o mesmo numa procissão onde parece que levam a santa a dançar pela cidade desde as 19H00 até perto das 00H00

Loved the location and the modern look of the apartment. Big windows that had a wonderful view of their garden and brought in a lot of natural light

The kitchen didn't have a microwave. The air conditioner control was only in the living room. Dust fell from the ceiling in the bathroom all the time. There was no dish rack, so we had to purchase one.

Inget att diska med Saknades såpa och svanpborste eller likande. Inte heller diskmaskinstvättmedel. Rekommenderar det iallafall finns så man kan diska för hand som lägst. Sopor måste kastas annars straffavgift på 50euro. Städ och kasta soppor bör ingå.

Great location, plenty space in the apartment, terrace was a nice addition. Great to have Laundry facilities

Ants in the Kitchen area, couldn’t leave food for a second. Kitchen supplies could have been better, Bathroom door was a little wonky

De locatie was perfect.

Het bed was echt niet goed. De kussens kon je geen kussens noemen. Nadat we dit hadden aangegeven werd er ook niets mee gedaan.

L emplacement dans la vieille ville, la facilité d accès à l appartement (check-in/check-out), le bon contact par whatsapp. Appartement joliment décoré

L appartement est relativement humide et sombre. Etant donné qu'il se situe juste à côté de l entrée principale de ́la résidence, le bruit occasionné par les allers-retours des autres locataires peut être dérangeant (la fenêtre d une des chambres donne aussi à cet endroit). Pour avoir loué il y a deux ans l appartement terrasse tout en haut, je recommanderais plus ce dernier pour la tranquillité et la luminosité :)

Excellente localisation. Appartement très confortables, récemment rénovés, très bien équipés. Les portes avec codes sont très pratiques lorsqu’on est à plusieurs.

As soon as we entered the property, we noticed a strong damp and, even worse, a moldy smell. On top of that, insect repellent devices had been placed everywhere, which made the environment even more unpleasant. Since there were no mosquito screens on the windows or doors, we couldn’t open them without immediately letting insects and bugs inside. We even found bugs in our bed. At the same time, it was impossible to stay in the apartment comfortably without opening the windows. My husband had difficulty breathing and felt quite unwell. The mattresses were damp, and the pillows smelled bad. We could only sleep by placing our own towels over the pillows. We contacted the property the next day because there was no on-site manager or anyone available to help. The response we received was that they could have the room cleaned, but they could not move us to another room—as if they were doing us a favor. The next day, we checked the apartment and saw that absolutely nothing had been done. Later that evening, when we explained that cleaning alone would not solve the problem and asked them to do something, they replied that they were not in the area and that the cleaning staff were unavailable, so they had been unable to arrange anything. They acted as though this was completely normal and showed no concern at all. We spent three terrible nights there and felt like we had wasted our money. To make matters worse, on the last day we received a message telling us to take out our own trash before leaving or €50 would be deducted from our deposit. We have stayed in many places in Spain, but we have never felt this uncomfortable, received such poor treatment, or stayed somewhere this bad. I absolutely do not recommend this property, especially Apartment No. 1 on the ground floor. We left feeling disgusted by everything and deeply disappointed. There are many beautiful and clean places to stay in the area, so please do not be fooled by the photos.

Location, cleanliness and instructions from the host were all part of a very positive experience.

One set of towels for a 7 day stay was disappointing. I know it is outlined in there t&c's but it is wrong to ask guests to wash and reuse the same set of towels for a week.

Im Bad riecht es unangenehm aus dem Abfluss aber das ist glaube ich üblich bei alten Rohren...

Flott og sentral beliggenhet i gamlebyen.

De trenger nye puter og dyner, samt en toppmadrass på sengen. Den var veldig hard. Løse armaturer på badet og kjøkkenet var litt dårlig utstyrt. Ett vinglass, ett ølglass lite tallerkner osv.

Brilliant location right in the middle of the old town. The hosts kept in touch and made check in process so easy. The apartment is so spacious over 2 levels and had all amenities we needed for a 3 nights stay. Would definitely recommend

There was a slight smell in the upstairs bathroom i think this is just with it being an older building and old drains. It didnt put us off the stay. A €50 fine for not taking any rubbish out is a bit excessive

L'appartement se fait sentir comme à la maison. Il est très vaste avec le patio extérieur. L'emplacement en plein centre facilite la visite du centre et du front de mer. L'accès se fait grâce à des serrures à codes communiqués par message, tout se fait correctement. Attention le four était hors service lors de notre séjour.

L’emplacement était top très calme avec tout à proximité .

Fantastic location, quiet but busy too. Nice to be in old town, in the middle of all the culture and architecture. Close to the large old church too which was lovely watching Easter parades. Close to the beach, easily accessible. Good sized apartment would recommend. Fantastic restaurants and boutiques, so much to see and do.

As it is 1912 built there is a slight mould smell but nothing major. The bathroom gets wifey from the sewers too. We brought a cleaner to put in drains after showers and covered the top of it after a shower to stop the smell coming into the apartment. I imagine it to be worse in the summer probably better with a higher up apartment. Pillows were poor. Not enough and really flat.

Es war sehr nah am Strand, und es war in der Altstadt direkt.

Hygienisch war es schlecht, jedoch durch unsere Aufmerksamkeit haben sie es kostenlos gewechselt ( Handtücher, Bettwäsche)

Fantastic location to explore the Old Town. Fully equipped with everything you could need

No balcony

Easy check in, location right in the old town close to church, shops & bars. Was worried after reading some reviews on trip advisor but pleasantly surprised! A great 4 night stay. Will defo book again.

Our only downside was having 1 flat pillow. My husband asked the cleaner if we could have another pillow but that wasn’t an option. Spare pillows in the property would have been a bonus.

Pří příjezdu jsme neměli klíč na místě, čekali jsme 15 minut než přišla majitelka s klíči, ale po několika telefonátech zjistila, že nám dala jiný pokoje. Ztratili jsme hodinu. Pak nám nechala jen jednu deku na 2 lidi, slíbila novou deku, ale tu nikdo nepřinesl. V pokoji byla cítit plíseň, plesnivá byla sprcha a zeď viz foto.

Great central location in old town but only a short stroll downhill to beach. Keyless entry v handy - no need to carry keys or keycard around. Host was vg and facilitated a free late check in and check out , which was great and easy to manage.

In a 2 bed apartment , only one bedroom had an en-suite shower, although both had toilet facilities

Super location in old town, a cute apartment well kitted out and very well presented. So easy to access too.

Second bedroom only had a toilet so had to come into my room for shower. But it's still good value.

Fab location , right next to orange square

Lovely apartment, in an excellent location in Old Town Marbella. Nicely hidden away, while also being very central. The host was super helpful allowing us an early check in and late check out. Communication was great, would happily stay here again.

Location ia perfect and the place was clean

The tap in the bathroom was loose. No dishwasher tablets provided and sofa would be more comfortable if it had some pillows

The location in the old town of Marbella was lovely.

we were there for 3 weeks and thought the location was superb. There was a very attractive garden with a good view. The apartment has modern appliances which include dishwasher and washing machine. There were blackout curtains to keep out the midday sun. When we arrived Feb 7 we needed heat as it cools off after sunset! There is heat and air conditioning (which we didn’t need).

We arrived just after dark having advised re our time of arrival. We had trouble finding the place in the dark as the taxi could only go to the adjacent square. That plus it was pouring rain made it difficult . There was no one at the place and we had difficulty using the codes to open the door as there are two doors and we were trying the wrong one! Clara was contacted by phone and came right away. We never were offered clean sheets or towels so did our own laundry . Most people seemed to be short stay unlike ourselves.
