Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Schönes Zimmer, alles hat funktioniert, einfache und auch sehr schnelle Kommunikation; easy CheckIn (Zugang mit den Codes statt Schlüssel finden wir klasse).
In der Anzeige steht Balkon, deswegen haben wir diese Unterkunft gewählt - aber es ist nur ein französischer Balkon und damit keine Sitzgelegenheit. Mit 2 Koffern eng, es fehlten gute Ablagemöglichkeiten der Koffer (es ist ein Schrank vorhanden, aber da hätte auch nicht alles reingepasst und dann muss man tdz oft an die Koffer). Matratze weich und durchgelegen.

Viajábamos 3 personas y la habitación que era para nosotras se la otorgaron a otro huésped que había reservado con posterioridad por más días! No tenían las instalaciones para alojar a 3 personas juntas !!! Le hecharon la culpa a booking y querían que yo anulara la reserva que ya había pagado!! Ahora estoy en la espera que booking me devuelva el pago !!! Por un lugar que nunca me aloje y nunca se hicieron responsables de la situación !! La verdad una mala experiencia … terminamos en un dpto que no era la querido! Obviamente no dijeron ni siquiera de compensarnos por semejante situación ! En la cual una de las personas que viajaba era de 80 años !!! La verdad no lo recomiendo porque vos reservas algo que no sabes que vas a tener al momento de tu llegada ! ! Soy viajera frecuente y es la primera vez que me sucede algo así

I didn’t like that the shower was clogged. I hate when the water goes up to my feet… floor seemed dirty as well dusty.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The decor and room size were amazing, slippers and towel provided. The location was great also, so close to the beach and beautiful restaurants outside. The windows were triple glazed so you hear nothing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and a lovely little coffee station area I’m a glazed court yard. A very local clientele which was nice.

En la habitación 1 a medianoche es imposible descansar antes de la 1:30 horas porque se escucha todo el personal del restaurante y al hacer la limpieza, el olor a cloro no permite conciliar el sueño Adicional a ello, tomamos la habitación por dos noches y solo hicieron limpieza en el momento que la entregaron, en ningún momento como es lo usual hicieron limpieza en la mañana mientras transcurria la instancia

Efetuei reserva de um quarto com vista para rua principal, com sacada, com uma cama king e uma de solteiro para minha filha de 5 anos. Quando chegamos ficamos no andar térreo em um quarto que seria para cadeirante. Dormimos primeiro dia. Após reclamar conseguimos mudar para o quarto com sacada, porém somente com uma cama. No app as fotos não representam o que se reserva.

Alors que nous avons payé Aucune confirmation, j’ai dû arriver sur les lieux attendre téléphoner. Aucune personne ne maîtrise le français, il a mis du temps à me comprendre pour qu’il me donne mes codes très déçu. En plus il n’y avait pas de lit pour le petit, il a dû dormir au sol, c’est inacceptable de leur part, ils auront un retour de ma part sur sur toutes les plates-formes, nous méritons des excuses et un remboursement

There was not enough shelf space for a 10 day stay. They should have moved the desk and put some sort of a wardrobe in the corner. Also no place to hang your towels and the glass bathroom door would not shut or lock in place.Also the bottom fitted sheets were too small for the bed, hard to make.

Pedí que me hicieran algún detalle para la noche que nos hospedábamos, ya que era nuestro 20 aniversario, abonando lo que me dijeran y no accedieron. Por la mañana , nos tocaron a la puerta a las 11.00h, cuando el chec out es hasta las 12.00 y me enviaron un mensaje recordando la hora de salida, cuando faltaba aún más de una hora.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The property is on the old part of Marbella, which I prefer over Puerto Banús. The rooms are nicely decorated and they provide beach towels and slippers. They also help arrange parking which was very helpful. There are great restaurants right outside and cute stores to shop in as well. We would stay here again if in Marbella!
They did not have hand soap or conditioner. They also don’t make the room unless you leave a door hang on the door which we didn’t find until we were leaving. Although they are available on WhatsApp when you need them, there is rarely someone at the front desk.

Nos tenía olor a limpia la habitación cuando llegamos. Luego los dos días siguientes solo nos cambiaron los toallones y sacaron la basura sin repasar la pieza ni el baño y directamente el último día nada. El baño es todo de vidrio y la puerta no cierra . No tiene placard solo 3 estantes pequeños y tres perchas estuvimos en la pieza 7 El lugar es lindo la ubicación muy buena pero le falta buena limpieza y arreglar ese baño.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Beautiful boutique hotel overlooking the popular Plaza Altamirano. I was lucky to have the room with the big balcony at the front which was brilliant for people watching and taking in the ambiance of the square whilst people were enjoying their meals or catching up with friends over drinks. I am someone who is sensitive to noise but I barely heard a thing inside the room and had peaceful nights' sleep. I found the bed to be comfortable and was provided with an extra pillow on request. I very much enjoyed the decor of the rooms and was in keeping with the style of the building. Everything was spotlessly clean. The Bar Guerra downstairs had a good selection of tapas and friendly staff. It is a very popular little square with nice clientele so it was never rowdy. The staff in the hotel were all lovely and so helpful without exception. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is well located and good value for money.
The only challenge was lack of hanging space for clothes and only 4 hangers provided. I did raise this at the time and I was provided with more hangers without any problems. I believe many people stay for a short period of time and others like to take the hangers as souvenirs (seriously why do people do that?!). But the team are only to happy to help, you only have to ask.

Bence konum hem avantaj hem de bir dezavantaj idi. Öte yandan balkonlu odada kaldım, ve malesef balkon pis idi. Temizlenmemiş. Ben bunun geri bildirimini verdikten sonra da kimse gelip temizlemedi. Oysa ki balkon, odanın tamamlayıcısı ve güzel havada orada oturmak isteyebilir insan.

Leider keine Strandtücher verfügbar, weil die Saison erst im Juni beginnt, obwohl es im Mai bereits sehr heiß war.

We never saw somebody at the reception even tho we were told there is one until 4pm but they were always available via WhatsApp which is nice. Unfortunately we had stains on the bed and hair upon arrival, and we didn’t get room service for one day or enough supplies for the bathroom unless requested. Also there was no soap to wash your hands with. Staff was helpful and nice but we wish this would’ve been basic service done right without us having to ask for it.

Communication was done solely over WhatsApp. We wanted to book a parking lot but did only get a reply in the next morning, where we already managed to find a parking lot. However the reply said we should an automatic use another WhatsApp number and there was no actual reference to our inquiry. It did not feel like a hotel but more of a self checkin apartment.
