Wish I had stayed longer

The apartment is wonderful and in a perfect location, with shops and restaurants nearby. The terrace is magical for summer evenings. The owner is very kind and responded quickly to our messages. Thank you for the excellent service ,we would be happy to return to this place again!

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is really nice, clean and comfortable. It has all you need, even a Nespresso machine! Location is great, 15 minutes walk from the wonderful Medina. The host, Al-Hussein, was extremely kind. Rapid response and always happy to help. One morning, he joined me for nearly one hour to guide me to buy breakfast and buy some medication. We cannot recommend him enough.

Lovely apartment, big terrace, not a great neighborhood and although it looks close to Medina, it is a 15-20 minute cab ride. Too far to walk. Although the staff we interacted with were pleasant, weren’t always around, sometimes it was the person in the parking garage office which is attached.

Хорошее расположение. Рядом магазины. Не очень далеко от центрального вокзала, а также от Медины. Квартира довольно большая, хорошая терраса. В доме есть лифт и бассейн.

Очень грязная кухня. Мебель и холодильник жирные. Нет губок для мытья посуды. А также элементарных соли и перца. Ночью шумно. Рядом мечеть, так что в пять утра подьем)

The concierge Houcine was very helpful and always there to help us with taxi's and any extras we needed for the apartment. The apartment had everything you needed - very spacious and nicely decorated. The location was in a quiet road with lots of shops and restaurants around.

The counter tops and sink could have done with a bit more of a clean, and the pool outside we could not go in as it was dirty.

Very good location - near to Medina but in quiet street. Supermarket, restaurants are just around the corner. Good size, cozy apartment. Very nice and big terrace. Washing machine.

Some things (e.g. living room sofa) are a bit tired, but this is just a small remark.

Lejligheden ligger i gå-afstand til medinaen, Djeema el Fna mv. i et roligt område med spisesteder og indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Terrassen er fantastisk - desværre havde vi ikke særlig godt vejr, så vi fik ikke nydt den ret meget. Der var hvad man skulle bruge i lejligheden og man sov også behageligt i sove-sofaen.

Der manglede måske et tørrestativ (til håndklæder og hvis man nu benyttede sig af vaskemaskinen).

Es nuevo, moderno pero con encanto, terraza amplia. Ubicación inmejorable , cerca de la zona nueva, y a 15 minutos de la plaza, dando un agradable paseo por una de las avenidas principales, muy bien iluminada y controlada a todas horas. Tiene algunos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca, supermercados. Se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila , nada de ruidos.

Los colchones a nuestro gusto bastante duros, y el del sofá cama sonaba mucho al moverse. A mejorar la limpieza. Había muy poco menaje de cocina, echamos en falta espátula y cucharón, quizás si no usas la cocina no será necesario.

L'appartement est bien placé et la terrasse est un plus. Faites attention quand vous y allez pour la première fois ! Dites que L'appartement est au "jasmins 2" sinon le taxi ne trouvera pas.

Nois etions un.peu excentres du centre ce qui etait parfait pour nous car loin de l agitation. Belle terrasse pour dejeuner . 25 minutes a pied de la.medina .

Changer le canape lit car les ressorts sont fatigues .

L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéale entre la médina et gueliz, tout les principaux sites peuvent être fait à pied.

Nincs papìrtörlő, se szalvéta, kevés a WC papír.

Great location, very clean, loved the pool too. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a convenient shop for essentials. The balcony is very spacious.

The air con wasn't working, although it was cool enough inside anyway.

First and fotemote location is spot on. 20-25 minute walk into the Medina and a 5 minute walk to Gueliz with restuarants scattered in all directions. I liked that it had a washing machine and normal kitchen facilities to have a breakfast. Ultimately, the Netflix and Amazon prime was great in the evenings relax and enjoy some down time. The air con was good as well as it was a bit cold in the evenings. Houssein was a gentlemen and helped as much as he could. There are small shops around and carrefour is a 5 minutes walk. This was my third time in marrakesh and fair to say it was better than the two other hotel stays. No sewer smell.

The sofa is nice which turns into a sofa bed but unfortunately the sofa bed squeeks and we had to sleep on the floor with the mattress. Also the refrigerator makes a weird noise at night which can wake you up sometimes, this needs to be fixed or replaced. The big shower head was good and the small head too but the bathroom could do with some proper cleaning. We were hoping to relax on the balcony and enjoy the sun, however the sun shines from a different direction and therefore you have very little sun to enioy. The ironing table needs to be replaced, doesn't open fully. Hopefully the owners take action and improve the apartment building for their own benefit, as it has good potential for location.

When we enter first time, the sofa table was not clean properly. We also saw cockroach.

Perfect location about 25 minutes or so walk to the Souks in one direction and the Plaza 15minutes the other way

Fab location, gorgeous balcony and great to have a kitchen

The air conditioning didn’t work very well and the bed was too hard for us

The terrace is perfect! Huge and well equipped. It's a perfect place to rest after the whole day of sightseeing. The same goes for the pool. Big enough to enjoy and refresh during hot summer days. The apartment is spacious and the beds comfortable. We parked in front of the building with a guy taking care of the street parking

You can't adjust the proper water temperature. Every few seconds it goes from too hot to cold. The owen wasn't clean. The aircon is just in the living room and impossible to cool the bedroom

Fantastic location easily walkable to Jemma el Fna in about 20 minutes, but the walk is very enjoyable and you can see lots on the way, also walkable to other souks and Jardin Majorelle.

Unfortunately water shortages in Marrakech affected our stay but this was not a problem that the hosts had any control over, as the water shortage affected the entire city.

Great location! CLOSE TO EVERything

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful space. The terrace invited to spend warm evenings there and the location is perfect to discover Marrakesh. Would be glad to come again!
