The pool was full of pigeons all the time There was no coffee machine in rooms breakfast is a disaster had to beg for coffee and eggs staff need replacing our shower in room smelt like sewage would not stay again

Location is central, had loads of restaurants and cafes. Room was quite large and clean

Had dinner the first night, ordered a salmon, my son's was still a bit raw in the middle. Complained and waiter just took it back to the kitchen, re-grilled the same piece and returned it on a small plate without as much as an apology. Was the only sore point of my stay

Exceptional Service: The entire team – reception, kitchen staff, waiters, bar, and spa – was extraordinarily kind and welcoming. Tasty Food: The breakfast was delicious.

Zero Variety: The breakfast selection was exactly the same every single day. Overpriced: Doesn't offer enough value for the price point.

Hervorragendes Personal: Das gesamte Team – ob Rezeption, Küche, Kellner, Bar oder Spa – war außerordentlich nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Guter Geschmack: Das Frühstück war geschmacklich wirklich sehr lecker.

Keine Abwechslung: Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag exakt dasselbe Angebot. Preis-Leistung: Für das gebotene Gesamtpaket schlichtweg zu teuer.

O frigo-bar não estava funcionando. Reclamos na recepção, mas não foi reparado durante a nossa estada. Isto gerou grande desconforto, pois os medicamentos que utilizo regularmente, precisam ser mantidos refrigerados, e então tivemos que recorrer a utilização das geladeiras da cozinha do hotel.

Zeer grote kamer met 2 toiletten. Goed werkende airco. Service bij de receptie. Koffie in naastgelegen zaak heerlijk ( ook van 2Ciel)

Ligging tov bezienswaardigheden. Veel dorstige duiven op en bij het benedenzwembad dus veel uitwerpselen bij en in het zwembad. Ontbijt karig, warmhoudplaten stonden uit. Te duur voor wat je krijgt. Ligt goed bij de lokale die goed bij kas zitten.

De ligging, afstand van de Soeks, Medina, paleizen, Le Jardin Secret en Marjorelle Garden is goed beloopbaar 20- 25 minuten. Het was heel warm dus de zwembaden waren heerlijk. Goed ontbijt, ruime kamer met goed balkon(wij hadden wel de grootste). En de bakkerij Moncho’s house café , vlak naast de accommodatie is top!! Vriendelijkste personeel daar! ( schijnt van de zelfde eigenaar te zijn).

De duiven in het zwembad en bij het ontbijt beneden op terras. Kan makkelijk opgelost worden met een mooi onopvallend gaasdoek. En personeel bij het ontbijt kan wel wat vriendelijker kijken en wat meer hospitality bieden. Sommige hebben er echt geen zin in. Je betaalt er best behoorlijk voor! Maar schoonmaak, personeel bij de receptie en de meneer bij de uitgang overdag, die de deur opendoet voor je, zijn allervriendelijkst!!

A mon arrivée la réceptionniste s'est trompée dans les tarifs et au final nous a repris une des chambres que nous avions payés respectant ce qu'elle nous avait annoncé. Mais le lendemain en gros elle nos dit qu'on ne pourra garder la chambre car elle s'est mélangée dans ses chambres et ses tarifs et ce sans dédommagement CHOQUE

Le personnel au petit déjeuner n'était pas très efficace. Très nombreux mais pas réactif. Jamais vu l'omelette que j'ai commandé et personne n'est passé pour le deuxième café.

Nice vibe and decent place, but service is slow—we had to wait way too long just for cutlery. Tip: put a coffee machine there so customers have something to do while waiting! Overall okay, but efficiency needs work.

Le personnel était très accueillant et très souriant. La chambre est grande, spacieuse et très propre

La piscine du rez-de-chaussée était dans un état déplorable : de nombreux pigeons étaient présents autour du bassin, avec des excréments sur le sol et sur les rebords. Cette situation est particulièrement désagréable et totalement inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. Petite parenthèse, au Rooftop, on a été suivi par un serveur jusqu’à l’ascenseur le premier soir car il pensait que nous n’avions pas réglé la note, scandaleux ! De plus certains serveurs du restaurant du bas ne sont pas très agréable, alors que d’habitude l’hospitalité et le sourire sont les qualités premières.

Everything was perfect - location / service / rooms / food and a rooftop pool. All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble - especially the team at rooftop pool / bar area (Lola’s)

Lokalizacja Pokój -duzy, wygodny. Dwie łazienki. Śniadanie było ok choć zimny bufet był skromny. Na 2/3 dni ok.

Przy bardzo wczesnym wymeldowaniu - zadaliśmy pytanie dzień wcześniej czy mogą przygotować jakieś śniadanie na drogę (kanapki, owoce) pozostaliśmy bez odpowiedzi z recepcji. Na tak dużą ilość gości bardzo mała liczba łóżek na trasie przy basenie

I had a really great stay! Mounire and Ismael at the bar were amazing, super friendly, fun and always made you feel welcome. The reception team were also great, very helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing and the breakfast was really good too. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, great atmosphere, great people and a great place to relax. I will definitely come back!

Tout absolument, superbe hôtel! Accueil aux petits oignons, rooftop avec une vue à 360, déco hyper cosy et luxe discret. Literie super qualitative, clim très silencieuse et hyper agréable efficace.

Ascenseur un peu lent parfois.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal et tout était vraiment parfait du début à la fin. Une mention toute particulière pour le personnel, qui est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. Un grand merci notamment aux réceptionnistes Oumaima et Fatima, qui ont toujours été à l’écoute et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Le rooftop avec la piscine est vraiment génial, très agréable pour se détendre, avec une superbe vue sur le stade de Marrakech et le club de tennis. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon et complète parfaitement l’expérience. Bref, une très belle adresse à Marrakech que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

В целом персонал отеля очень приятный, вежливый и доброжелательный. Особенно хочется поблагодарить мужчину-швейцара, который встречает гостей и открывает дверь. К сожалению, не запомнили его имя, но он всегда был очень приветливым, улыбчивым и доброжелательным. Спасибо ему за такое отношение к гостям — именно такие сотрудники оставляют хорошее впечатление об отеле. При этом некоторые моменты всё же неприятно удивили. В номере не было одноразовых зубных щёток. Также мы попросили принести в номер всего два обычных пакетика чая Lipton, и официант попросил за них 150 дирхам. Для двух пакетиков обычного чая такая цена показалась нам совершенно неоправданной и оставила неприятное впечатление. Несмотря на эти моменты, хочется ещё раз отметить персонал в целом — большинство сотрудников были очень приятными и доброжелательными.

Férias em família perfeitas. O hotel correspondeu totalmente ao descrito no anúncio do booking. A destacar a simpatia de todos os funcionários, desde na recepção, no restaurante, no bar e até aos porteiros na entrada. Quarto enorme, sempre limpo e cheiroso, boa casa de banho e varanda com vista para a piscina. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e de excelente qualidade. Dispõem de 2 piscinas perfeitas para descansar e refrescar após visitar os arredores. Localização central, apenas a 5 minutos de táxi da Medina e das principais atrações de Marraquexe. Permitiram fazer check out até às 14h e mesmo depois dessa hora podemos usufruir da piscina, bem como um banho na zona do Spa, pois só tínhamos voo de regresso às 22h00. Obrigada por tudo mais uma vez.

Tout était absolument magnifique ! ✨ De l’accueil à la réception jusqu’au petit-déjeuner, en passant par l’ensemble du personnel, tout le monde a été incroyablement agréable, souriant et attentif au moindre de mes souhaits. Une équipe vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionnée. J’ai passé un séjour merveilleux et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

Franchement cet établissement mérite totalement sa note je recommande à 1000% tout était parfait la chambre d’ailleurs en surclassement pour nous à notre arrivée (merci encore),le personnel au top tous sans exceptions,nous étions en formule petit déjeuner qui était aussi tout simplement superbe il y avait du choix et c’était très bon et très frais même le plaisir d’avoir du jus d’orange pressé un régal.Les piscine sont très propre …. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter la prochaine fois. Encore merci à tout le personnel qui nous a permis de passer de super moments dans cet établissement.
