Чисто, комфортно, номера большие персонал вежливый и приветливый, особенно парень с рецепшена Dusmant, очень помог с разными вопросами.

Иногда бывает шумно, когда заселяются большие компании

The room is really nice, enough space, clean, lighting, good amenities. The staff was really sweet and helpful :) Also has resturant which serves good food :) Made my stay really comfortable.

Nothing particular as such.

It was very convenient

Nothing

Great hotel near IFFCO Chowk Gurgaon. Rooms were clean and location near MG Metro Station is very convenient. Front office staff si very polite ☺️ Food is very tasty 😋 Thanks for Zen Suites 😊❤️❤️❤️

Helpful staff, clean apartments.

Position of AC in one of the bedrooms. As it is peak summer now, AC wasn’t throwing the cooling effect towards the bed and hence we had to use the fans which too are positioned elsewhere. Also, the health faucet needs to be replaced as it was leaking water over the person using the toilet.

Had an exceptional stay at ZEN Suites Gurgaon - LUXE Stays Collection. The suites are incredibly spacious and feature premium designer furnishings that truly give a 'home-away-from-home' vibe. The high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for my remote work, and the fully equipped private kitchenette made a huge difference. Special thanks to the attentive staff for their commendable hospitality—everything from check-in to dining was seamless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury and comfort in Gurgaon

I recently stayed at ZEN Suites - LUXE Stays and was blown away by the cleanliness and quiet environment. The room was spotless and well-lit, and I especially loved the rooftop terrace garden for relaxing in the evenings. Unlike standard hotels, having a private kitchen and access to a modern gym made my stay feel much more personal. The location in Sector 14 is perfect—quiet but close to everything. The staff, particularly Ms. Jyoti, was incredibly welcoming and supportive. 5 stars for value and quality

Had a seamless corporate stay at ZEN Suites in Sector 14. The high-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated work desk were perfect for remote work. Unlike standard hotels, the in-room kitchenette made my long-term stay much more comfortable. Special thanks to the front desk team for the smooth check-in

stay was absolutely exceptional The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved the central location, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions

The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible... it really felt like home to me.

The room had a fresh feel to it, with good lighting and all essentials properly arranged. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Cleanliness was clearly taken seriously across the property.

Dining was a nice surprise—simple yet flavorful, and served without long waiting times. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt balanced.

Had a great stay at zen suites apartment. The private kitchen in the room was very convenient, and the amenities and facilities were well arranged. The food was also good.

The apartment is also close to MG Metro Station and the market, which makes everything easily accessible.

I had an excellent stay at zen suites. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It felt just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all the facilities were perfectly arranged for a comfortable long or short stay. The location was convenient, making everything easily accessible.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and great service. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Amazing stay experience

Cleanliness, well behaved staff and super food

Nothing as such. Keep up the good work

Excellent 👍👍👍

Excellent service onsite- Jyoti at reception was very helpful. Hari, Monty, Vikas and others were extremely attentive. Staff made the stay as comfortable as possible, given the setbacks. The apartment is cute and neatly furnished. Lovely decor and layout. Full service laundry with dryers on the terrace.

There were no windows. The balcony in 209 overlooked a smelly dump, which defeated the purpose. Most of the electricity sockets sparked. Internet service was inconsistent. The bathroom in 205 leaked into the bedroom, soaking our luggage as there was no partition at the door. The party area on the first floor was not soundproof, so the apartment was noisy during events. The breakfast buffet had flies on items- unsafe for consumption. Arun from management was indifferent and offered no comfort nor compensation.

Super excellent

Homely atmosphere

Size of the rooms and extraordinary facilities

Location was hard to find as big nameplate was not there.we had to search out on a hot day

Rooms very good 👍

Limited but sufficient.

Written instructions to use the water heater for shower would have been great. When asked the staff were very helpful.

Room was good. Very neat and clean room with good facility and sitting area. Staff was very good. Everything was very good in the room & nice balcony. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation and metro. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. One of the standout aspects was the attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, providing a level of service that added a personal touch to the experience. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made a significant difference. Moreover, the cost of the stay was reasonable, considering the quality of the experience. It's rare to find such a combination of comfort, hospitality, and affordability. This apartment exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a homely stay with exceptional service at a reasonable cost.

Facility

No necessary amenities in kitchen

Location Friendly & helpful staff Apartment was clean & adequately equipped kitchen

Food could be better

Great apartment, lots of space and extremely helpful staff. Used the gym on a daily basis, good mix of basic gym equipment. Coconut stand opposite side of the road - 60 rupees a coconut

Location was interesting although adapted pretty quickly to it. I uber'd around everywhere so no issue.

Inhouse food needs an improvement. The taste of lunch & dinner is better than the breakfast ( from the same Kitchen). Array of kitchen utensils & RO water is ++. Spacious rooms but should have OTT subscription if want to enjoy TV.

Breakfast Options

Very comfortable and great service. Suite room was very spacious and superbly equipped. Room service for the food and drinks was very good and great value for money. Jyoti from reception was very kind and supportive.

It’s my 2nd visit at this property.I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had booked a King Suite for 4 days. Everything went along very fine. Mr.Jonathan at the desk & his team were excellent. A very nice and clean property. Large sized & very clean apartments. All the staff were ever ready to help. The rooms have all appliances that we can think of in the kitchen. In all, a very memorable and satisfying stay here. I have already prebooked a room here for my next stay of 5 days starting next week.

Nothing to think of!

I have booked a junior suite room with balcony, it was worth the value which I spent. Facilities were good😁

Everything

Cleanliness

WiFi into the room was poor

Very nice and clean. Good location

Nothing

Everything, love the concept of room. I mean everything is available if you wan to cook so utensils are there. I loved the property. Staff was way too polite and nice.

Nothing much.

New and clean property. Loved our stay.

Staff at the reception are generally courteous but they need to be a little trained in customer service. Otherwise everything was good.

Enjoyed the stay. Facilities are very good. Staff are friendly.

Not only breakfast, we had lunch and dinner as well. Its worth mentioning that the food we had was tasty and very well cooked. The property location is very good as it is very close to the market and one can indulge in breakfast /other meals of his/her choice. We would also like to add that apart from the property review what really impressed us were the services and hospitality we received from the ever smiling staff. A special mention about Jona and Jyoti who promptly disposed their services with genuine warmth.

Our stay at the property was highly satisfactory, and as such there are no hitches to be addressed. However we suggest the following inclusions for further enhancements to the property: 1) Set top box with TV for Live TV; 2) Door mats particularly outside the washroom door; 3) One more extra chair in the balcony.

The hotel is lovely and the location in great The room was quite stylish beautiful, very clean, safe and comfortable. We chose to have breakfast on the terrace and this was also a good choice they provided fully equipped Kitchen also which is really helpful. The staff was lovely and very helpful.
