A very special location to stay on Siquijor where you can enjoy your mornings in watching sea turtles and even swimming with them. You can rent a bike and snorkeling equipment on site, as well as arrange transport. The room is clean and you get a daily room service. On top of that, there's a very kind host ready to help and male you feel at home.

The room is a bit small for longer stay.

It was located on a cliff that provided a nice view. Staff were very attentive.

The AC unit was about the bed head area so the cold air ended being blown into our feet area which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Was not aware that other stays/ Inn were sharing the same land area so was a bit confusing at first. They were in the process of building new structures so it kinda lost the 'nature' charm that was in the photos.

廁所的排水比較慢，還有開著抽風機反而會有沼氣味，不要開就不會有異味。 房間偏小，廁所置物空間較少，自備掛勾增加空間效率。 容易有好鼻師螞蟻，把食物好好收納可以解決。 整體來說瑕不掩瑜，是滿喜歡的住宿！

Voor ons niet echt een minpunt, misschien voor andere wel is dat onze kamer redelijk klein was en geen kledingkast had er is wel een kledingrek buiten op het terras

Hi Zara's Casa Rental! My deepest apologies for posting this review so late after my holiday, life just got super busy. From the moment I booked my stay in April, I already felt how much the owner genuinely cared about her guests. Before my arrival, Ate Nene thoughtfully sent me a message informing me about the fishing ban in San Juan. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how considerate and responsible she is. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating, making me feel truly welcome. I was a solo traveler staying I in Room 3 and the room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It had a refrigerator stocked with a variety of beverages that guests could conveniently purchase at very reasonable prices. The property also offers bike rentals, which makes exploring Siquijor much easier and more enjoyable. They also offer a laundry service, which is very convenient for guests staying longer. Another thoughtful touch is that they provide a condom in the room, just in case you're a solo traveler who goes out for the night and ends up bringing someone back. It's a small detail, but it shows that Zara's Casa cares about promoting safe and responsible choices for its guests. Another thing I appreciated was the number of power outlets available. My room had around six sockets, so charging multiple devices at the same time was never a problem. One of the things I loved most about Zara's Casa is its location. The property is situated near a cliff, with stairs leading directly down to the sea, allowing you to swim whenever you like. You can even swim all the way to the famous Coco Grove Resort and Tubod Beach, one of Siquijor's most popular snorkeling spots. I stayed for eight days, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of housekeeping. My room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were consistently provided, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Everything! The location is amazing, with a great snorkel spot right in front of the accommodation and a stunning sunset. The wifi connection is also good, normally enough to work remotely. Zara is lovely and she's always happy to help you. There is also a fridge in the room full of beers and cold drinks at very affordable prices.

Très bel endroit ! Les chambres sont pas très grandes mais ça suffit largement. Le ménage est fait tous les jours avec le changement des serviettes. La vue sur la mer avec le coucher de soleil en fond est un plus. Vous avez la possibilité de faire du snorkeling gratuitement devant, faites le, il y a pleins de tortues, c’est magnifique ! Vous avez également la possibilité de louer un scooter sur place (attention les prix varient selon la personne à l’accueil..)

Bémol, l’électricité n’a pas été présente deux jours sur cinq jours.. donc pas de climatisation ni d’eau.. Après ce n’est pas de leur faute, c’est l’île qui fait des coupures de courant.

Amazing location just by the ocean, perfect for snorkeling and enjoying the sunset view of Mt. Talinis. The place is very clean, with friendly staff that clean your room daily.

One thing that could be improved in the future is the food selection at the bar, they serve only simple breakfast, it would be awesome to also have a possibility to have a delicious dinner with that view.

I had a wonderful stay at Zara’s Casa. The staff was terrific and helped me arrange transport to and from the pier as well as renting motorbikes for the weekend. The room was also excellent, great bed and shower, cleaned daily, and excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was great and the area to watch the sunset or just relax was outstanding. The staircase directly into the water cannot be beat! I will definitely return.

The guesthouse is well located, the room is clean, and housekeeping is done daily. The view is simply incredible, and the space for watching the sunset is a real highlight. Having drinks available in the fridge is also very much appreciated. Thank you for the stay, which could have been better in the end. 😊

The owner constantly keeps an eye on you from the corner of her eye, a somewhat heavy, watchful gaze that eventually creates an oppressive atmosphere. The welcome is warm—perhaps even a bit too demonstrative, to the point of feeling forced. ⚠️ Regarding scooter rentals: we strongly advise against it. The scooters are delivered without fuel. After a flat tire, the owner used our fuel to go and change the tire, then lent us another scooter that we had to refill at our own expense, while pointing out that fuel was expensive, despite having just used ours. Following some damage to the scooter, the atmosphere changed completely: the owner became cold and barely polite. After three attempts to settle the matter and several solutions proposed, she refused all of them and directed us to a friend of theirs who charged us double the repair price. To top it off, they refused to take us back to the port upon departure. Also worth noting: the transfer to/from the guesthouse is charged at 450 pesos for a 15-minute ride by car or tuk-tuk, an excessive rate. Renting a snorkeling mask for 100 pesos also seemed a bit expensive. It feels like the typical Filipino mindset: the tourist is seen as a walking wallet.

Great location, super close to the beach which made for a relaxing and peaceful end to our vacation. Lots of opportunities to hire a motorbike and travel around all of Siquijor. Rooms were clean, well ventilated and the mini bar was fantastic - nothing beats a nice cold beer after a full day out in the heat. The host was super nice and helpful - would love to stay again.

The cleaners would regularly clean the rooms which is great, but sometimes it would be hard to locate specific things after a clean. A very minor complaint that didn't ruin the vibe overall.

We stayed at Zaras from the 12th-18th of April 2026. We simply loved this place. This is a small, welcoming place, with lots of flowers and smiles. The rooms are cleaned every day and there is an extra terasse by the sea, where you can watch the sunset or go down by the stairs directly in the water. When the tide is low, there are tide pools with funny fish and creatures, when the water is high, you can swim out watching colorful fish, corals and turtles. The turtles com in the afternoon and there are plenty of them. One afternoon we saw 6-7 turtles on a short swim. There is also a small cafe, serving shakes, drinks and breakfast. I highly recommend Zaras, and we would stay here again comming back to Siqijor.

We had an amazing stay! Rooms are good, location is great, but the host is the best! She will help you with everything you need! Minibar in the roomd with really good prices! So you are able to enjoy the sunset with a nice cold drink!

We had an fantastic 4-night stay at Zara’s Casa in Siquijor. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and at home. The property is beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that perfectly matches the island’s charm. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax after exploring the beaches and waterfalls nearby. The family was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or assistance. They’re hospitality truly elevated our experience. The location was ideal, close enough to key attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy quiet evenings. Overall, our stay from March 11th to 15th was memorable and exceeded expectations. We would highly recommend Zara’s Casa to anyone visiting Siquijor and look forward to returning in the future.

Wat een heerlijke plek op dit fijne eiland. De fijne, super schone huisjes (met gezellig balkon) bevinden zich direct aan zee. De mooiste zonsondergangen (onder genot van drankje uit de koelkast) gegarandeerd. Daarnaast zijn de eigenaren ontzettend lief en denken mee. Super dagen gehad! Locatie was prima, dit eiland is toch het leukste om per scooter te verkennen.

Internettet virkede oftest ikke og der var meget lidt var i hanerne. Til gengæld væltede der vand ned fra stor beholder om natten.

This property was just amazing! Right on the water close to some lovely beach restaurants. The staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful with whatever you need! Comfy bed with good ac! Nice little porch to sit on as well!

Unfortunately our WiFi did not work inside our room only out on our porch so that was a bit annoying and the sheet in the bed was just a little light for our liking but otherwise it was an absolutely lovely spot

- Rohegeruch im Bad - keine Möglichkeit was kleines zu snacken, dabei wäre vorne am Strand noch eine andere Unterkunft, vielleicht kann man sich da zusammentun

We had a really good stay at Zara's Casa Rental and everyone was very nice and helpful. We had a lot of luggage and they gave us a ride from the ferry port which was so nice!

La localisation à San Juan est idéale pour visiter l’île. L’équipe est très gentille et attentionnée. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel, et les extérieurs bien entretenus. Il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre avec de quoi boire avec ou sans alcool, à des prix très raisonnables. La vue sur le soleil couchant depuis la terrasse commune est exceptionnelle. Possibilité de commander un petit déjeuner à 2 mètres du logement. En résumé, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable si l’on cherche un endroit simple, propre, bien situé et avec une équipe chaleureuse.

Amazing location as long as you have a motorcycle. Perfect for sunsets. The room is very clean and has all the comforts. Very nature feel without being in the jungle. Nice atmosphere.

Everything was perfect, we would have stayed longer if there was availability. Only the reception is not attended all the time so we were waiting 10 minutes check in and check out but it didn't impact us.

Excellent location by the sea, right at the end of the beautiful Tubod Beach. Friendly host who arranged our transfer, at my request and for a fee, from/to Siquijor port. Impeccable daily cleaning. Mosquito nets on the windows. A good breakfast can be enjoyed right across from the entrance door. Scooters can be rented from the accommodation or nearby. Overall, good value for money.

We had three of the four rooms in the little house with a ground floor and an upper floor, all very small, with no space to unpack and no minimal place to put clothes. Those who can't stand being directly hit by air conditioning will have to endure the heat. Sometimes the Wi-Fi worked intermittently.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, mit Zugang zum Bolog Beach und mit Terrasse direkt am Meer für wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Unweit von San Juan & einigen guten Restaurants, mit Roller perfekt. Frühstück & Drinks kann man auch vor Ort günstig kaufen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super!

Im Bad roch es recht stark nach Abwasser, was aber ging wenn man die Tür zum Schlafzimmer zugemacht hat. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Unterkunft dagegen etwas machen könnte.

Alles war super – perfekte Lage, freundliches Personal, Scooter-Verleih direkt vor Ort und ein wunderschöner Zugang zum Meer. Ein Highlight war, dass wir Schildkröten sehen konnten.

Домик прям на берегу моря. Очень уютный и чистый. Находится возле лучшего места для снорклинга на Сикихоре Табода (чуток правее). Выходишь, спускаешься по лестнице и все в рыбах, черепахах. Чуток правее песчаный пляж. И каждый вечер обалденный закат.. лучшее место для просмотра закатов как раз с этой стороны Отдельное спасибо хозяйке, ее мужу и персоналу. На позитиве, приятно поболтать, всегда подскажут/помогут. Хорошие люди.

Ну чуток маловат и шкафа мне не хватало (из чемодана и пакетов соорудил), но в целом норм) на улице только как гардина тройная такая есть с вешалками, там вещи тоже можно разместить.

Lo mejor es la ubicación en Tubod beach. Perfecto para ver el sunset en un sitio inmejorable. Y lo mejor: haciendo snorkel en la playa de delante se puede nadar con tortugas. Es una locura. Nos pusieron facilidades para todo (transfer, moto, laundry, bebidas en la nevera).

The location was absolutely impeccable! Literally five steps away from the ocean and some of the best snorkeling in Siquijor. The staff was very friendly and always started the day with a smily good morning, making us feel very welcomed. Staff was very helpful when organizing transportation. We loved Zara's and can not wait to go back one day!

I can not think of anything I did not like. Everything about this place was perfect!

Lovely cosie Casita to stay while you are in siquijor!! It's right near the sea so it's easy to snorkel, see the sunset and relax!! Very comfy rooms and the staff are so nice and sweet🤩made us feel at home🥰 wish we had a few more days to stay with them but definetly recomend to stay here if you are visiting the beautiful island of siquijor🤙🏼

房间得升级改造了，真的到处都有蚂蚁，还有大蜈蚣和巨大的蟑螂，晚上睡觉简直就是噩梦。被子太薄问她要厚的被子她让我把空调打到29度，那都是热风了怎么睡？对我来说其它都是次要的，房间干净卫生才是最最最主要的，再好的风景也没用，真是无法入眠

We loved our stay here! The snorkelling accessed out the front of the accomodation was the best we found in the Phillipines! This is a great spot, good value for money. The hosts were super accomodating. We loved the mini fridge that was stocked with drinks and snacks in the room, they were super affordable as well. The room was serviced daly and the fridge restocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Notre séjour était parfait ! La chambre vue sur mer incroyable. Chambre très propre avec un passage quotidien pour changer les serviettes et faire le lit. Nene est très attentionnée. Vous pouvez louer un scooter directement auprès d’elle, service de laundry parfait ! Rien à redire c’était idéal je recommande à 100%
