Shore 2 Apartment with Balcony

Stayed in quite a few places at Shore and this was by far the best.

Good location, close to the airport, the mall and shops and restaurants. Apartment is clean.

We booked it because of the pool. It was known that you have to pay an entry charge for the pool, which is no big deal. However the ticket has to be purchased in the billing office. At the time we went there there were a lot of people queing, after 30 minutes of waiting and nearly no progress in the queue we gave up.

Everything is nice and comfortable.

Hindi ganon kabula yung dishwashing liquid and may smell na rin yung sponge.

The location is perfect!

Cozy place.. very nice to stay.. in my two days stay i just stay in the condo most of the time.. tv can access youtube and netflix for free.. host is very understanding..

This was a very well equipped apartment, containing a hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine (BYO detergent) and iron. The hosts were very nice on messenger and responded swiftly to questions. We were getting nervous as we got to the day before arrival with no check in instructions but they came through in time so all good. The place was clean, close to the airport, and walking distance to the Mall of Asia.

There is a strange rule that you can't hang clothes to dry on the balcony, even though we saw dozens of other balconies with clothes drying on them, so we had to dry them inside which took much longer. Also we weren't able to leave our bags in the large reception area before check-in so had to carry them around with us all morning. Note that the pool is an extra charge for guests as you are not given pool coupons. Also note that at check-in many people are waiting until 14:00 to do it so it's a bit of a scrum on the dot of 14:00 with everyone doing it at once.

One thing I didn’t like is that the guests need to throw the garbage where in fact I think it is included in their services since we paid for it.

For a short stay it's a great location. Walking distance lang sa mall. The room is very clean. Alaga ng may-ari. Highly recommended for a small family.

No cleaning during our 4 days stay. They should clean once in 2 days atleast. Water drain in washbasin not attended even after complaining the first day. Very slow drain. Informed host as well. No drinking water for guest when you enter. This is very bad. Host should keep atleast 2 bottles to start with. Rest can be bot in shop.

The bed is way too small and uncomfortble. Also, the address given in booking is not accurate enough for the taxi to bring you to the right spot. The number of the unit is also not clear, so it took us long to find it

The unit was neat and clean. One of the most comfortable places I have ever booked in SMDC properties. Highly recommended! Also, the owner was professional and responded with my inquiries fast and on time. Nothing to complaint about!

We stayed for two nights and provided both one shampoo small pack and conditioner. Sofa bed leg is broken. Bath shower pressure is so weak. detergent and softner are not provided and most horrible thing is their security guard at reception desk. he s been really awkard and weird. giving questions to my partner. it was too much. after my partner was feeling stressful. She was so sad. My partner observated herself gave me opinion that why the security gave was such a rude. because of she is philipina. I don't if the whether she is right or not. the security guard was too too much

Not an absolute dislike, however with my partner being 6ft 2 the bed was very short compared to his height so wasn’t super comfy.

I really love how comfortable the place is. Almost everything is already there. There are many stores below which will assure you that you don't need to worry much if you lack some necessities. Whatever was mentioned in their facilities, they really have it. The communication was also so easy. They reply quite fast if you have any concerns.

I won't say that I don't like it, but do buy water before checking in just so you don't have to go down again to have something to drink.
