Замечательный гостевой дом! Приятный дизайн интерьера, качественный ремонт и добротная мебель. Чистый, без запахов санузел, современная сантехника и ванна вместо душа (что большая редкость в мини-отелях). Удобная, достаточно жесткая кровать, чистое белье и полотенца. Горячая вода постоянно. Особенно порадовало патио, где по вечерам гуляет ветерок и можно приятно провести вечер. От отеля до старого города прогулочным шагом минут 10, по пути много кафе, ресторанов и минимаркетов. Очень умеренная цена для жилья такого качества. При этом в стоимость входит еще и вкусный завтрак с выбором блюд и напитков. И абсолютно бесплатно - доброжелательное и внимательное отношение хозяйки) Simon House - место, куда хочется возвращаться

Отель стоит у дороги, а Хойань просыпается рано, поэтому сон может нарушить дорожный шум, но этого почти не замечаешь после долгих прогулок и впечатлений от знакомства с городом

15 minutes far from the city center which can be annoying when is hot, but Simon always borrowed us bicycles<3 don´t spect they'll clean your room everyday

Simon is a great host! She and her family is so lovely ! Also we could use her shower already as we arrived really early, before our own room was ready! Also leaving our bags at her home for 1 day was no problem at all - thanks so much!

FANTASTIQUE ! C’était notre meilleur logement de tout notre séjour au Vietnam. Le lit était super confortable, la chambre et la salle de bain très belles. Mais ce qui fait vraiment toute la différence, c’est l’hôte : d’une attention incroyable du début à la fin. Et les petits déjeuners… une vraie merveille, surtout le pancake banane–chocolat fondu 🤤 Nous avons également pu emprunter des vélos pour visiter les villages alentour, ce qui était vraiment appréciable.

Von allen meinen Unterkünften in Vietnam war dieses Hotel mit Abstand das beste 👍. Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Ich hatte ein geschmackvolles, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes, blitzsauberes Zimmer, in dem ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Simon ist eine liebenswerte Frau, die bei allen Fragen immer eine hilfreiche Lösung parat hatte. Das Frühstück war lecker. Man hatte vom ersten Moment an das Gefühl willkommen zu sein und fühlte sich ein bisschen wie in Familie. Da dies sicher nicht mein letzter Besuch in Hoi An war, weiß ich jetzt schon, wo ich das nächste Mal wieder übernachten werde und empfehle dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt 1000%-ig weiter. Liebe Simon, vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft ❤️!

This is such an amazing place, I'm so glad I got to stay here. It's a small hotel with only a few rooms, so the staff has time to pay attention to each guest. During this motorcycle trip, I've stayed in over 10 hotels in Vietnam, and this one is by far the most stylish and beautiful. The building is beautiful, the room is beautiful, the bathroom is incredible!! Everything is exactly as in the photos, and even better. The breakfasts are amazing – varied, filling, and delicious. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the old town. However, it's quiet, with no karaoke or bars nearby. You did a great job, the service is just excellent. I had such a great rest at your hotel. Thank you :)

Simon is most welcoming person we met in Vietnam, her house is in very good location, not far from the center, on a quiet street, no noise at night. The room is cozy, clean and new with big comfortable bed, there is a large balcony with plants. Also she made us very tasty breakfast and was very kind with us all the time.

We had a great stay at Simon’s House. Simon was especially kind and helpful — always available if we needed anything. We were able to rent bikes directly from the homestay, which made it super easy to explore Hoi An and its surroundings. Breakfast was tasty, with several options to choose from, and the overall experience was excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Simon was a great host, she helped us plan activities and book tours and taxis, had good advice on where to go and what to see, she could be qualified as a guide! Breakfast was very good and the house is well located, not too far from Hoi An old town by foot (10 minutes-ish)

The room smelled a bit moldy and there was the occasional empty moth cocoons on the ceiling but it wasn't too bad. Overall the place was very clean.

The room was amazing, so comfortable, great air con, and lovely amount of space. Beyond this the stay was made my favourite in Vietnam by the hospitality of Simon! She was so friendly and welcoming, and helped us with advice on the area, potential activities we could book and arranged our overnight sleeper so we could continue our travels with ease. A lovely home cooked breakfast also always helped start our days just right.

Everything was perfect. The old town is a little walk away though, only about 20 mins so nothing too horrific

One of the best hosts I ever had! She helped me with everything I needed, whether it was booking a tour, or a boat trip, or finding a restaurant... For my departure, she booked my morning bus to Hue for me, and even packed me a delicious breakfast to eat on the bus. I felt at home at Simon's house. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. I loved the bed, I slept very well. The location was also perfect for me. Close enough to walk to the historic center, but in a quieter area. Also, when I visited, the old town was flooding and I was very glad to have picked a hotel on a street that stayed dry!

Amazing modern property with the best host family. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. And the location is perfect - out of the chaos but close walking distance to town (15-20). Also good local gym a short bike ride away. Scooter hire 150k. Bike hire 30k.

exceptional stay at Simon’s house, probably one of the best that ive had in Vietnam. the room was perfectly clean, new and comfortable. had a very lovely breakfast too! only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. perfectly located 10min walk from the city center, so a much quieter area. you can also rent a bicycle (new) from the host. Simon is an incredible host! she helped with transfer to the airport too. want to stay here again when i’m back in Hoi An

Simon made us feel right at home from the get go with a welcome drink and a chat about things to do in Hoi An. Always just a text away, she was able to help us book buses to our next destination and provided bikes to help us get around town. Everything was seamless and we were genuinely sorry to be leaving Hoi An and Simon's house! Would definitely recommend staying here when in Hoi An. It's a bit outside the ancient town section but the 15 minute walk in along the river is great

Simon, the lady owner was diligent and kind. We requested her to cook noodles for dinner since it was raining hard one night. She even added dessert. She did not charge us anything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is not far from the ancient town which is just a kilometer walk.

Don't bring heavy luggage. You will have to walk stairs to the third floor where the rooms are.

The host, Simon, is a very lovely and charming person. She is always ready to help you in whichever she can, may it be your tour booking or a shuttle taxi.

There is nothing to not like about the Simon House.

The rooms are clean, comfortable und very nice. Our host was very friendly and explained everything you need to know. The breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect for exploring Hoi An. Summing up, Simon House is absolutely recommenable and I would stay there again for sure.

Simon house is a great place to stay. All rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard. The location is great to get into Hoi An along the riverside - a 20 min walk. The host Simon speaks good English, is very helpful, and provides one of the best breakfasts we have had.

Simon was a very welcoming host. She welcomed us into her beautiful home. The rooms were very modern with smart TV, bath and had both fan & air conditioning. Simon helped us with booking a cooking class, transfer to Danang & hired us bikes to get around the town.

I like our Host, she is very attentive and hands on. She also greeted us everyday and was very welcoming. Her service exceeds our expectation. The room has everything we need- wifi, hot shower, and she also uses a diffuser. Daily cleaning, Bike rental, and a huge breakfast! It's close to the riverside and old town. Everything is within close distance.

Mosquitoes. Then there's dust on the surfaces but that's ok. Its manageable. It would be nice to have blackout curtains in the room
