The hotel was clean, comfortable and well managed. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The river view was great at night with the lantern boats and fishermen during the day. We loved our stay.

Breakfast was fresh, served either inside or outside. The fruit and the yoghurt was delicious. The location is great, it was so easy to walk into the night markets. Being able to borrow bikes was an added bonus too. The service was fantastic, so helpful, yet unassuming. The pool was lovely and the view from the sun loungers looking at the river was a treat. The hotel was spotless.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.

Lovely spacious clean room overlooking the river. Great staff especially Water the receptionist and Loi the owner. Breakfast choice was huge and the hotel is in a great location- easy to walk to the crazy busy old town and there’s some lovely restaurants in the opposite direction that appreciate the business!

La mancanza dell ascensore

The staff were rally lovely. They went over and above, very kind and friendly. The whole complex was very clean. Location is fantastic, close to everything except the beach, but we really enjoyed the calmness of the river.

Our only issue was the bed was too hard for us but it wont stop us returning.

Great room and property for a good price. Location along the river was quiet and stress-free, whilst still being close to the action in the old town.

Like a lot of smaller properties in Vietnam, they insist on cash for most expenses - even the room charge. This can make for difficulties if you're not expecting it.

Impossible d’aller au toilette après la douche à cause de l’eau La vue du troisième étage (à notre demande) car ce n’est pas des barrières et il n’y a pas d’équipement sur la terrasse (ni chaise ni table)

Não haver ar condicionado nas áreas comuns e no local do pequeno almoço.

コスパ良いです！！ 受付の方をはじめスタッフが親切でニコニコしてされてました。 朝食が美味しかったです。特に卵料理を選択できて作っていただけるので、うれしかったです。 またプールに入る際にもタオルを貸していただけました。 施設自体は小ぢんまりしていますが、その分とてものんびりと過ごせました。また行きたい！！

最上階だったのですが、屋根が暖まっているので、なかなかクーラーが効かずに辟易しました。日が沈むと涼しくなりました。

This hotel was perfect for us, small and quiet, easy walk to the old town but also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, laundry across the road and pie place/sports bar, small mini-mart close (which used a calculator not a till so maybe prices vary??) Big comfortable bed and lovely spacious hot shower. The balcony is large with 2 chairs and overlooks the river. Promenade in front of the hotel along the river - also shared with motorcycles and the occasional small delivery truck so be careful. Kind and helpful staff. We would recommend and hope to return in the future.

適度に小規模で、適度に中心部から離れているので、静かに快適に心地よく過ごすことができた　部屋は川に面してバルコニーがあり、行き交う船が旅情を誘う　中心部へも徒歩10分もかからないので、静かだが便利、という理想的な立地　スタッフは感じがよく、朝食もおいしかった

川に面しているが少し奥まった部屋だったので、眺望が少なかったのが残念

This is a delightful boutique hotel. Located on the river with an easy walk to all the attractions. Adequate breakfast, fantastic staff,comfortable rooms, great views and pool.

Or room was lovely - clean and comfortable. The balcony view overlooking the river was beautiful. We were picked up from the hotel for our lantern boat cruise (arranged by the hotel) which was also fabulous. Great location - just a short walk to the spectacular Memories show (a must see!). Lovely breakfast, wonderful staff.

הצוות יוצא מן הכלל. כולם השתדלו לתת שירות מעל ומעבר. המלון נמצא על גדות נהר עם נוף מקסים וקרוב לשוק ולמרכז, קרוב רגלית להופעה "זכרונות הוי אן".

אין חדר מקלחת מסודר ומקום להניח ציוד אישי. יש במלון רק מדרגות בלי מעלית. אין מיזוג אוויר בלובי.

On the river, can watch the lantern parade and walk to the markets. Pool was clean, breakfast every morning on the river was delightful. All staff were attentive and accommodating.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel - the river view was so charming especially in the evening time. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was perfect for us - just a short walk into the hub of everything but far enough away for a lovely quiet stay!

We loved walking out of our room straight onto to the pool and looking over the river on the sunbeds.

The breakfast was limited and constantly running out of things. It is a fair walk into the main area of Hoi An. The bed was too hard.

The hotel was good. Room was clean with adequate amenities. The riverview room was definitely a very good plus point. About 15 minutes walk to the Japenese and Lantern Bridges, especially great walk in the evening.

The staff seemed nice but not too willing to accommodate. There were only two other rooms booked when we went into check in, and yet, they handed us the room key only at 2:00pm and we were politely declined when we asked for an hour late check out. Seemed strange for an empty hotel really. Breakfast was meh at best, but adequate to be fair. Last but not the least, the hotel will try to sell you lantern boat tour (500K VND). The OFFICIAL boats (i think green jackets without the flashy LED lights) charge about 170K VND.

Super hotel! Polecam wszystkim. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy jeszcze wypocząć na basenie i sie wykąpać (w łazience na zewnątrz jest prysznic i toaleta). Personel jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Widok z hotelu na rzekę cudny. Na pewno wrócę 😊😊😊

Amazing location on the river, wonderful pool and sun loungers with a view to watch the world go by. Amazing breakfast, very large clean bright rooms with balconies overlooking river. Very helpful staff.

Das Zimmer im dritten Stock war sehr gut ausgestattet sowie modern. Es war stets sauber. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls für vietnamesische Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Excellent hotel. The staff are super friendly, and the staff providing local recomendations for food and activities is a nice touch. We had a nice large room with a small balcony that had a view over the water. The hotel was only a very short walk along the river from the main area of Hoi An. Breakfast is also made to order, and was very tasty.

The associates who work there take their job very seriously. They are very professional in handling any questions regarding tours and places to eat. They are always cleaning the lobby and pool area. Room are clean and very comfortable

The staff were very friendly and tried hard to help us in any way that they could. The room was very comfy and had a great view. The arrangement of the shower and toilet was a little odd (in frosted glass cubicles inside the room) - but not an issue at all - just something we hadn't experienced before. The breakfasts each day were yummy. The location was great. The hotel arranged our taxis to and from the airport - which was awesome and made us feel safe (these needed to be paid with cash though - so just be sure to bring enough to cover it or get out to an ATM before you check out). Overall - we are really happy to have stayed at the Riverside Whitehouse Boutique Hotel

Great location - we had balcony view over the river which was so lovely. Just out of the old town craziness - it was a little oasis. Room was super comfortable. Staff were very helpful and all happy to assist. Little mini mart almost opposite the front entrance with a cool dude running the place is worth a visit! He was a hoot. Breakfast was great too!

Lijepi mali hotel u centru starog grada, sve je na pjesice. Ljubazni domacini, besplatnim biciklima voznja do plaze kroz rizina polja.

Petit hotel familial très bien tenu au bord de la rivière, au calme tout en étant à 10mn du centre-ville très animé. Chambre spacieuse avec une grande porte fenêtre donnant sur un balcon face à la rivière. Petit déjeuner sucré salé pouvant être pris sur une terrasse. Personnel professionnel et à l écoute. Prêt de vélos et service de laverie. Je recommande le restaurant Phan Gia accessible par l’allée longeant la rivière.

Brilliant location on the river. About 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, which was ideal to escape the tourist hub. Really friendly staff and very helpful

I was tempted to dock a point as it soured at the end. They asked for cash payment for beer/water etc despite taking card for the room. I asked them simply to combine it and apparently 'management' says they can't. Deeply irritating as there's no notice cash is needed and they said I could just walk to an ATM on the last morning. Don't get it. Please change. Breakfast very basic (but fine for me so no points docked again). AND 3rd floor (attic) rooms are a real slog with no lift. Doesn't detract enough though

La location è in centro di Hoi An in una zona tranquilla di fronte al fiume, nelle pressi ci sono negozi e ristoranti per tutti i gusti, Le spiagge si possono raggiungere nell'arco di 30 minuti attraverso servizi di trasporto locali. La camera molto ampia e pulita, con aria condizionata e frigo bar e valore aggiunto un piccolo terrazzino sotto tetto. Il bagno di comfort e pulito. Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e gentile da subito. La colazione è essenziale e a disposizione sul momento una proposta di piatti caldi. L'hotel non ha l'ascensore.

Very good place—I keep coming back every time I’m in Hoi An and it consistently delivers. It’s a family-run hotel with a warm, genuinely friendly staff. Even after check-out, they let me use the facilities all day until my late flight, which really makes a difference.

for the elderly or those with any leg problems there is no lift unfortunatley, so if booking would suggest asking for room om first floor

We had a fantastic stay at Riverside White House Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect...peaceful by the river but still close enough to easily get into the Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the pool area was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. A pool side room was a bonus. Breakfast was also a highlight with a good variety and fresh options each morning.

Das Hotel liegt kurz vor der Altstadt und dem trouble. Dadurch sehr ruhig. Sonst alles fussläufig zu erreichen.
