Room was spacious and clean, with wide balcony. Clean space. The stuff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast had huge variety of options, and was served quickly. The pool was amazing with different depths throughout.

Very clean and good location! 10 minute walk to the old town, booked coconut boat and cooking class through the hotel which provided us with a discount. The host Quynh was so kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again

Location was excellent, it was only around 10/15 mins to get to the old town! The staff were also very lovely and would always give us great suggestions on restaurants/ tailoring etc.. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

La porta della stanza non si chiudeva completamente, permettendo ai vari insetti di entrare. La doccia non dispone di un separatore dal wc. La parte peggiore erano le formiche presenti nella camera e le lenzuola non molto pulite.

Struttura in zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla città. Il personale è gentilissimo, parla un ottimo inglese ed è attento a qualsiasi esigenza. Fornisce dei consigli che si sono rivelati molto utili anche su ristoranti e sartorie. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo affittato le bici, molto economiche, per arrivare nelle zone della spiaggia, delle risaie e del Coconut Village. Colazione semplice ma buona

Shower was either boiling or cold. We had the property book us a bus to our next location however it took 3 hours longer than we were told due to numerous transfers.

Everything was great about this hotel - the location, the welcoming friendly staff, the refreshing pool, the good-sized rooms, and the price. Incredible value for money in a lovely setting. An oasis. Wish I could have stayed for a week.

Greeted by such a lovely lady who gave amazing advice and gave us a map of the area! Pool was beautiful and clean as were the rooms. Lots of space, very clean and great facilities all round. Location was close enough to all the main bits but still peaceful at night - highly recommend!!

Very good price, staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The was a small pool, we didn’t use it but nice to have the option. We used the hotel organised transfer to get back to Da Nang as it was cheaper than Grab. I was very happy with my experience for the price I paid!

Only small downside was it was around 5-10 minutes walk to the popular restaurants and bars but other than that everything was great!

One of the best hotels we stayed at in South East Asia - staff (Phuc especially!!😊) were friendly the room was gorgeous and the pool was always clean! Lovely location about 10 min walk to the center but being away from all the loud noise and traffic was a nice escape. The walk there is lovely seeing local families and shop owners who are so nice and friendly.

Our room smelled bad. The experience you improve if you were provided pool towels. We only got one towel per person which we had to use both for the pool and shower.

Friendly staff who helped us book tours and taxis for the best price, gave us the best advice on what to do in the area and where to avoid.

Everything looks new, tidy and clean. I love the pool, not large but enough for me to release after spending time outside.

Pool loungers should have some cushioning on like the photos, not very comfortable to be on wooden slats for long and we weren’t offered any while at the pool

Location is close to everything you need. Rooms are cleaned daily & staff are courteous & friendly. Stayed here last year as well, I will definitely be back.

A beautiful little haven outside of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An centre. Rooms spacious and so clean. Bed was the most comfortable we had in Vietnam. Staff were so friendly and super helpful.

Communication and service from the staff was excellent. A pick up from the train station was offerred and organised for us, and they organised a motorbike tour, and coconut boat tour. Pool area was lovely. Rooms spacious amd clean. A comfortaable walk to the old quarter of Hoi An (10-15 mins). Laundry service and breakfast available.

Our favourite place! It was clean and comfortable and had great AC. The pool was lovely and only about 10 mins walk into the old town. They couldn’t be more helpful & helped us organise tours and transfers that were all great. Also recommended some tailors which suited us perfectly. Such lovely staff. Sad to leave!

The pool was such a good place to relax, the price was excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful, great breakfast and the rooms cleaned daily. I loved the location because it was quiet but also just a 10-12 minute walk into old town. The walk didn’t feel that long because the scenery is beautiful. I highly recommend this place. I have nothing bad to report.
