Overall our one night stayover was comfortable with a good sized room,comfortable bed,and convenient to all amenities including walking distance to town,and bus station.

Upon arrival we didn't realise that the hotel was closed and we needed a code to access a keysafe in order to get into our room!So nobody on the reception ,which we weren't aware of.Otherwise all good 👍👍.

Tienen que revisar el baño de la habitación 42. Tanto el retrete como el lavabo están sueltos y se mueven. También es muy fácil que salga agua de la ducha.

Esperienza purtroppo deludente. Di fronte alla struttura è presente un palazzo in costruzione: pagare quasi 100 € a notte per essere svegliati alle 7:30 dai rumori dei lavori e ritrovarsi davanti la vista sul cantiere non è stato affatto piacevole. Reception praticamente inesistente: al nostro arrivo non ci è stato nemmeno effettuato il check-in. Ci era stato comunicato che la reception sarebbe stata presente dalle 8:00 alle 10:00, ma ogni giorno ci veniva detto che sarebbe stata disponibile “il giorno successivo”. Infine, nell’annuncio viene indicata la possibilità di parcheggiare in strada, ma, su consiglio della struttura, ci è stato suggerito di lasciare l’auto in un’area dove era presente un divieto di sosta. Una situazione decisamente poco rassicurante e che non corrisponde a quanto indicato nell’annuncio. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non ci è sembrato adeguato e non ci sentiamo di consigliare la struttura.

Il bagno è molto piccolo e aveva odore di umidità. In camera non c'è un asciugacapelli.

De locatie lag net achter de oude stad hij was perfect. Geen receptie en met sleutelcode aan de muur vond ik wat minder voel niet echt veilig maar verder alles super.

Sleutelcode met een kastje aan de muur halve tijd staat kastje open. Kan je zo bij alle sleutels en binnenkomen voelt niet echt veilig.

The beds were amazing, curtains also - I slept like a baby. Great view from the balcony.

Did not like the machine room next to our room, which made so much noise. The shower wasn't clean and water was leaking everywhere. There was a used towel in the closet. No lights on the balcony, Lightning in general was super bright, even the night light next to the bed. Was missing a few electric sockets.

Sicuramente il punto di forza è la posizione vicina al centro raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La colazione varia e buona sia dolce che salata Va bene per una notte.

Friendly staff and helpful

The location was very good, close to the old town, and also to the beach. Bus station also in the near. For trips hotel pickups are also easily reachable. Breakfast was okay, although some more changes could be better through the week of stay.

We booked a sea view room, and it's a bit disappointing. It does look towards the sea - just there is a huge hotel getting built on that side. So it is nowhere near the pictures. Maybe I would prefer the mountain view more. In the morning construction starts usually...so you are facing some workers from your terrace. Also, the doors close very loudly. We woke up every night as the other guests slammed the door. I understand, that it's not the hotels fault, and it's a problem for them, too, just they could have informed us a bit before, then maybe we do not book the Seaview room.

The property was clean and in a good location, within walking distance of both the city centre and the sea. We had a small nice balcony. The common area was nice, and the self check-in process was very easy.

The room was a little small, and we were disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included. Parking was also difficult, and the property was not very helpful with this, even though there were a few parking spaces directly in front of the building.

The bathroom door wouldn't close completely.

La struttura si trova esattamente a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto veneziano e dal centro.

La camera era un po’ piccola, non molto accogliente in quanto datata, sia il pavimento, che l’ arredamento. L’ armadio aveva le ante che si aprivano continuamente da sole. Il bagno era molto piccolo, con la tenda per la doccia piuttosto che un box e non era provvisto neanche di una mensola per appoggiare le cose, oltre ad essere vecchio anch’ esso. Le lenzuola, in 4 giorni, non sono mai state cambiate, veniva rifatto soltanto il letto. E il cambio asciugamani abbiamo dovuto chiederlo. Era presente un frigo in camera, ma completamente vuoto, neanche una sola bottiglia d’ acqua, almeno di accoglienza. La reception è inesistente, in quanto aperta fino alle 11.

The construction site in front of the hotel started making noise at 7 a.m even on Saturday. No hairdryer in the room No real blanket, only sheets. No staff to ask it for. A lot of light from the corridor all night under the door. Very loud cleaning in the room next to ours in the morning, moving beds, music etc

Nonostante si tratti di un hotel non abbiamo mai visto nessuno alla reception. Le stanze sono davvero minimal, sui lenzuoli abbiamo trovato dei capelli e il bagno fatiscente con tendine per la doccia sporche.

La salle de bain était trop petite, la reception meme si celle ci réponds au portable mais n'est pas présente physiquement. Et des photos trompeuse sur la vue mer

We came back because last time we had a great time. This time disappointing doesn’t begin to cut it. First of all nobody cares about the customer not even to simply inform them. Last year we had a bit of sea view and this year we requested the same which the just said we don’t have view available. What they failed to explain is that a huge construction building is now been erected so there will no longer be even the idea of a view. To top it up- a few days ago a sewer line exploded so all the sewage covered they whole seaside right below were we stayed so everything smell - stunk and the whole area was destroyed with feces and a no swimming the beach of course was ordered - again no one bother to notify why would they right? The room was full of damages - even the floor tiles were so badly broken that could cause a very bad accident to anyone who would stay there, but they are okay with raising the rates. Broken toilet flash, black mould in the shower and banging brooms and dragging crazy loudly the furniture from 7 am from above for departures rooms or throwing their stuff from the stairs not to carry them to clean the other rooms, well yea I guess that okay. Check out - not even how was your stay. Only a what’s the name of the reservation thank you bye. So no not a good stay at all, not gonna return and not gonna recommend. P.S. when you advertise parking make sure you explain that is find to park if you’re lucky otherwise find a private parking to pay.

Väldigt trångt rum och badrum och endast ett eluttag i hela rummet. Rummet var betydligt mer slitet än vad bilderna visar. Utsikten från balkongen behöver uppdateras då den inte stämmer alls.

- Free parking can be difficult to find nearby. We ended up parking about four blocks away from the hotel. - Very small bathroom. - We arrived about four hours before the designated check-in time, so we completely understood that the room might not be ready yet. However, when my wife asked the receptionist if we could at least access the room to leave our luggage, she was told that we had to wait until 3 PM and offered to keep our luggage behind her desk. After walking around the city for a couple of hours, I realized that I had received a message (Booking.com app) from the property with instructions for accessing the room, including the code for the key box. This made us realize that the room was apparently already ready and that we could have accessed it earlier. It would have been nice if the receptionist had let us know that the room was available, even though we had arrived early.

Les installations sont précaires. Le bac à douche fuit dans la salle de bain. L’insonorisation est défaillante.

Stanza molto essenziale. Nel pomeriggio la ns stanza si scaldava molto perché esposta al sole e faceva caldo (la sera si stava bene) Al nostro arrivo non avevano rinfrescato la camera.

Il parcheggio puo essere un problema soprattutto nelle serate di agosto in cui ci sono eventi a Chania: una sera ho girato per un'ora per trovare parcheggio. Consiglio alla struttura di ipotizzare degli accordi con il comune per far parcheggiare gli ospiti nel parcheggio per residenti. Assenza di phon e di presa vicino al letto (ce n'era solo una da un lato)

Super Lage um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu gelangen.

Zimmer mit Meerblick ist leider nur noch ein Witz. Der Klassiker: Es befindet sich nun eine Baustelle zwischen Hotel und mehr mit einem Rohbau, welcher nun den freien Blick auf das Meer versperrt. Die Baustelle fängt um 7 Uhr an zu lärmen. Frühstück wurde Punkt 10 Uhr abgeräumt. Parkplatzsuche ist auch herausfordernd.

It wasn’t anything luxury but for its worth Especially right beside chania town. It was worth it!

It didn’t have any necessary stuff in the room for example, hair dryer, iron. I would have to go down to the desk to collect it.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή όπου θες πάς με τα πόδια το μπαλκόνι καλό ζεστό νερό με πίεση και ένα αξιοπρεπές πρωινό.

Πάρκινγκ ψάχνεις για να βρεις θέση είχε φασαρία αν και δεν φταίει το κατάλυμα γιατί χτίζεται μια οικοδομή ακριβώς απέναντι αλλά το πρωινό είχαν ανοιχτές μπαλκονόπορτες και δεν ήταν ευχάριστο. Δεν έχουν πιστολάκι μαλλιών και μικρή τηλεόραση χωρίς ίντερνετ

Je n'ai pas apprécié que il y ait un immeuble en construction juste de l'autre coté de la rue.Il y a des travaux dès 7 heures le matin et qui se terminent à 15h. Je n'ai pas apprécié que la vue mer soit polluée aux 4/5 ème par des immeubles aux paraboles, chauffe eau et antennes rouillés. La mer est tout en haut. Comme sur une photo ratée, il y a une fine ligne bleue le long du bord supérieur Je n'ai pas apprécié 'que ce soit en partant que j'ai appris qu'il était interdit de stationner devant l'hôtel.

La camera aveva lo stretto necessario vicino al centro per il mare e per visitare la città.

La struttura non ha controllo notturno ( non c'è nessuno alla reception), ci siamo imbattuti in un gruppo di ragazzini che dormivano li,ma che non ci hanno permesso di riposare durante la notte, tra urla , porte chiuse sbattendo, giochi a pallone...a parte questo nulla da dire.

All online check in/access was unusual with no staff contact at all,so security seemed weak.

The location is quite one of the best things about the place

There is not even a bottle of water or kettle provided No hairdryer the cleaning was not really proper, rooms are quite old and need some renovation the worst shower gel i ever tried, and i would suggest to add at least conditioner for hair I would recommend it just as for couple days stay or rather choose airbnb.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, and close to the old town (5-10min walk). Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Communication was good via the booking.com messaging system.

Very basic facilities. The bathroom (shower) was very small and only had a shower curtain is was very easy to flood the bathroom.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement placé à 5min à pied du port de la Canée. Le couché de soleil sur la mer à 2 min à pied est magnifique. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel calme. Je recommande

Szkoda tylko,że nikt nie informuje na stronie,że kilka metrów przed hotelem trwa budowa i od rana do 14 jest straszny hałas. Brak chociaż jednego czajnika aby zagotować wodę ( ja potrzebuję ciepła do leków).

Struttura molto carina arredata a tema Africa. Camera essenziale con piccolissime cose da rivedere ma nel complesso molto buona, con un bel terrazzino e mini frigo. Non abbiamo avuto molto.contatto con lo staff perchè i nostri orari non corrispondevano con quelli della reception ma sono stati puntualissimi nell'invio delle istruzioni per il ritiro della chiave inserita in una cassettina con combinazione. Buonissima posizione per visitare la città a piedi. Parcheggio non semplicissimo da trovare ma a noi è andata sempre discretamente bene!!!
