Excellent assortment for breakfast every morning. Georgia and her sidekick ( didn't catch her name) were very helpful every day. We would have been lost without them.😉

La colazione non era a buffet per cui non sceglievi cosa mangiare peccato per lo yogurt greco confezionato mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più fresco e artigianale inoltre un po' ripetitivo nella parte salata che prevedeva uova o frittate tutti i giorni..apprezzata invece la frutta fresca tagliata..per i cornetti non ci siamo proprio una nota di demerito al servizio di noleggio auto convenzionato in quanto scortesi sia nel dare che riprendere auto che non è stata neanche controllata al rilascio e non ci è stato offerto il servizio navetta previsto gratuito ma ci hanno detto di andare a piedi con tanto di valige a seguito...consiglio all'hotel di cambiarlo con un autonoleggio più serio

All the staff we spoke to were really friendly and welcoming and had recommendations for the rest of our trip. The room itself was very clean, very comfortable (the bed was really comfortable!) and a little extras like the toiletries and the coffee pods were also very nice. The air conditioning was excellent and we enjoyed using the balcony in the morning. Unfortunately we were only there for a short stay but liked it very much. It was about 15 minutes stroll to the main historical area of the town and we were grateful for the ability to park our car.

Central location. Close to main shopping strip and access to old town. Within walking distance to Nea Chora beach. The property offered onsite parking but the most valuable asset this hotel possesses is its staff. The reception girls were so kind, helpful and sweet. We started our stay as just visitors but after our 4 night stay they felt like friends.

Solo la vista dal terrazzino ma non è colpa della gestione, essendo centrale è attorniato da altri edifici della stessa altezza quindi non è panoramico ma è lo scotto da pagare se vuoi stare in centro

On our first night we spotted large cockroach in the bathroom near the drain. I'll skip the part on how unacceptable this is. We reported it immediately at the reception. Receptionist was very polite but she couldn't give us another room because all were booked and whe gave us bug spray and told us that the manager will be there at 8am. In the morning we asked for the refund and after the discussion where they were trying to explain how the city is full of them and that the situation is none of their fault (so we should accept I presume to sleep with cockroaches during our vacation), the arrogant owner said to the manager that by their "good will" they will refund 8 out of our 11 booked nights, although we stayed only 1 night. They said they need to charge 3 nights ~ 560€ because they can't find new guests right away. Dear sir, that's not how you should run your business. In the end very bad experience overall.

Hotel vicino al centro, elegante, spazioso e con parcheggio. Buona la colazione che viene servita con attenzione, tendenzialmente però la preferisco a buffet. Bagno e doccia enormi.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare un armadio. Il parcheggio è sufficiente ma un po' piccolino.

L'accueil et le lieu sont fabuleux. La chambre était parfaite, parking à disposition. L'emplacement est à deux pas de la vieille ville. Un hôtel avec du charme et de l'âme.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They also offer a car rental service which was a big plus for our stay. Hassle free arrangements.

Our stay was great, thank you! The breakfast was really delicious. Hot dishes were served, including traditional Greek dishes, everything was very tasty. Ladies on reception were friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean, spacious and cozy. the hotel even provides beach towels. We absolutely loved our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Balance Hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. It felt like home, rather than a hotel, due to how comfortable we felt living here. The staff, the service, the room, the cleanliness, the vibe, the peace, the breakfast, the location - all exceptional and highly recommended.

Super sauber, wirkte alles recht neu und ständig gepflegt / instand gehalten. Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal - die Managerin hat uns jeden Tag gefragt, wo es hingeht und echt gute einheimische Tips gegeben, die die Reise sehr angenehm, effizient und gut geplant gemacht hat.

A phenomenal little hotel with exceptional ladies at the reception desk who take care of all your requests and provide a truly welcoming guest experience! Thank you for doing even more than we asked for. Your recommendations were excellent. The breakfast was better than that of most 5-star hotels. It included everything a great breakfast should have, and the taste was simply divine. This is definitely a hotel I would love to return to again!

Emplacement idéal à 15 mn à pied de tout le centre historique et du port vénitien. Hôtel ultra silencieux alors qu'il est en pleine ville ! Décoration artistique recherchée. Parking privé gratuit ultra pratique en pleine ville. Et enfin petit déjeuner somptueux avec un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Et en plus comme si cela ne suffisait pas, de sympathiques cadeaux à déguster le jour de l'arrivée et du départ. Qui dit mieux ? Je conseille cet hôtel à 100%.

La atención es inmejorable. Las chicas te sugieren varias ideas para hacer en Chania. Tienen la opción de alquilar bicicletas. El desayuno es muy abundante aunque no es buffet libre. Las instalaciones, en general, están muy bien cuidadas y limpias.

Did not take breakfast (too expensive). The staff were very helpful, encouraged us to try out things in Chania. Rooms were very quiet and the balcony gave us added space and fresh air.

Close proximity to the Nea Chore beach and old town of Chania. The room and the bathroom were also very spacious and comfortable.

The street was not very nice and the drains smelt.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, excellente literie et très bonne douche. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Le personnel est charmant, disponible et de bon conseil pour les visites. Le centre historique de La Canée est à 10min de marche environ.

Quartier bruyant et sans grand charme. La baignoire Spa n'était pas complètement fonctionnelle à notre passage.

En primer lugar resaltar el desayuno. No es ni buffet, ni a la carta. Uno se sienta en la mesa y rápidamente le traen una jarra de café, 2 botellitas de agua, y jugo. Enseguida llegan los panificados/bollería (que varían cada día) y pocos minutos después los platos con comida, que también dependen del día pero que siempre incluyen huevos, yogur, mermeladas, cereales frutas y otras cosas, todas deliciosas. A su vez, incluyen opciones sin gluten (pan, galletitas) muy buenos. En segundo lugar, la atención del personal, especialmente Renata, quien nos recibió a nuestra llegada con una sonrisa, profesionalismo y amabilidad que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Finalmente destacaría que al momento de realizar la reserva indicamos que íbamos de luna de miel, y al llegar nos habían hecho un upgrade de habitación como cortesía. Definitivamente volvería.

Si bien está cerca del centro, el hotel da a dos callejones, lo cual le quita puntos a la vista de las habitaciones. Sin embargo, esto no fue una molestia.

We stayed 3 nights at Balance Hotel, and it was absolutely an amazing experience! The hotel amenities are great, the room was huge and fully equipped with absolutely all what you need for having an amazing vacation! The breakfast is super delicious and fine! The staff is also super hero’s and doing their very best for you to have a perfect stay. The amazing Despina & Georgia were all what you can ask from a hotel manager/host. We love it so much, and looking forward to be here again. Thanks so much.

Gros point fort l’accueil et la chambre avec la baignoire balnéo. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et aux petits soins.

Amazing staff, beautiful property and free private parking which is gold in Chania. Room was extremely spacious and so was the bathroom. Room was cleaned every day. 10 minute walk into the old town, super safe, and the walk after a late meal was welcomed. The staff provided a welcome dessert, water bottles and chocolate upon arrival which was so nice! They were so friendly and always willing to help. 100% will stay here again during our next visit to Chania!

Room took a while to cool down but we learned to leave the temperature low before heading out to dinner so it was nice and cool at sleep time.

We stayed here last minute because our flight was cancelled. Since we stayed here 2 years ago we knew what to expect. Good location, nice big rooms, staff is friendly.

The fire alarm beeper in our room started going off very early in the morning, waking us up far too early after an already exhausting day at the airport. Unfortunately, it was not possible to reach anyone for assistance until 08:00. A staff member eventually came and removed the device, but by then the beeper had been sounding for approximately 1.5 hours. Given the inconvenience and the lack of immediate support, I believe it would have been appropriate to offer a gesture of goodwill, such as a complimentary breakfast, rather than just a quick apology.

Bardzo miły personel, dobrze wyposażany pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem, idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Chani - do starówki jakieś 10 min piechotą. Smaczne śniadanie.

Kiepski parking - na szczęście mieliśmy małe auto więc jakoś dało się tam wjechać i wyjechać ale nie bez problemów. Bardzo ciasno i na dodatek służy za kuwetę dla lokalnych kotów. Zestaw śniadaniowy jest dobierany przez hotel i nie każdemu może się spodobać - nam brakowało trochę warzyw.

We had an absolutely wonderful week that exceeded all our expectations. The Balance Hotel team, especially Georgia, were incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. Every day they gave us excellent local recommendations tailored to our plans. Our room (Harmony) was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was cleaned daily with excellent room service. The parking area is more suitable for smaller cars, but we had no trouble parking our car there for the entire week without any issues. If you need beach towels, the hotel provides them for free. They also have bicycles available for guests. On our last day, they treated us to their breakfast, which was abundant and delicious. Every time we entered or left the hotel, they offered us their tasty sweets as a compliment. It is by far the best vacation/city hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Actually everything. Location: perfect, 10 min walk to beach or old town. Also close to the main street with many shops and Café s. Staff: very polite, helpful with suggestions and friendly. Room: really big size room for two, huge bathroom... very clean and new. Bed was comfortable. With possibility of renting car or bicycle directly from hotel. Definitely come back in next visit to Chania.

Tout était parfait . Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement avec un petit dessert . La chambre est spacieuse et très propre . Le balcon est un plus pour boire son café . La litterie est très bonne . On est à 10 minutes à pied de la vielle ville , nombreux bon restaurants aux alentours . Le parking gratuit est bien pratique .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et nous avons fortement appréciés la qualité de la chambre ainsi que l’amabilité de tout le personnel. Toutes les personnes sont aux petits soins et font attention à donner chaque jour des conseils pour les visites et choses à voir aux alentours. Elles sont très arrangeantes, nous avions par exemple besoin de prendre le petit déjeuner plus tôt que les horaires d’ouverture et il n’y a eu aucun problème pour l’avoir plus tôt. Le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement bon et copieux et il y a des nouveautés tous les jours. Les chambres sont très propres et sont nettoyés tous les jours. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour accéder rapidement au centre ville à pied et le parking, bien que petit, est très pratique. Nous avons eu un goûter d’accueil à notre arrivée et deux autres collations pendant notre séjour lorsque nous sommes repassés à l’hôtel l’après midi.

La gentille du personnel notamment de la personne qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner et qui tous les jours nous a donné de supers conseils sur les lieux et activités à faire, un grand merci à elle. La chambre était magnifique, très grande, très bien équipée et la salle de bain également très spacieuse. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Emplacement idéal à 15min à pieds du centre historique.

Le parking est tout petit et très difficile à manœuvrer mais c’est un petit détail.

מלון בוטיק חדש בללב העיר 9 חדרים בלבד. חניה צמודה חינם, צוות צעיר, חייכני ושירותי למופת. לאור כמות החדרים הקטנה- שקט מאד ומאידך אין כל מתקנים כשירותי משרד או בר. ארוחות בוקר עשירות בחלל מואר ונעים! מומלץ מאד!
