I found small cockroach running around in the room and toilet. This has been reported previously in the same room # 106 but no action taken.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026A 3 star budget hotel should have a television in every room. They should come with Astro packages, YouTube movies and dramas, Netflix as well.
There are tiny cockcroches in the room, on the wall, floor and the bathroom. Please get the pest control to eliminate these insects.

Big window in between sinks and toilet no curtain or stained glass. Facing main road. No privacy.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Check in was easy. Need to prepare cash RM50 as deposit. There are iron on the hallway for every floor (i think). There's a kitchen with 3 refrigerators (but most are full), a microwave too. There are washing machines and dryers but need to pay RM15 per use (washing machine+dryer). So you may cook if you're a long term renter. There is also a gym but most equipments are treadmills, rower, and bicycles. Parking is a public park, need to pay through Flexi app but saturday & sunday & public holiday it's free. Bustops need to walk 500m away. Near to Digital Mall and Plaza 33 and one more mall woth TGV Cinema. Got restaurants nearby, 5 min walk uphill 😩.
Room 216 - the suction fan in toilet doesn't work, please repair ya. Parking also hard to find if weekdays because need to berebut with others, please plan your journey.

Reviewed May 17, 2026The location which close to Hospital University Malaya and value for money. The nearby banks (Public,HLB, Maybank CIMB), halal and chinese restaurants, fast food McD Burger King and food trucks all within walking distance. High recommended.
Frequency of room cleaning. Personally I like my room.to be clean and towels changed daily and bed linen replaced more often. Stayed for 4th nights cleanliness is acceptable so far.
