Urusan check-in berjalan pantas diserikan dengan layanan mesra daripada para pekerja hotel. Lokasinya juga amat strategik dan memudahkan pergerakan ke pelbagai destinasi menarik. Prior info about the parking would have been useful and is a great selling point for the hotel. They should make more of it.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The bed was comfortable and they had family rooms with 3 beds
Very tired, poorly maintained facilities. The ‘fitness suite’ was tiny and equipment very old and dirty. The pool is very small. People (I think staff??) had been smoking in the pool area toilets. The staff on reception were not welcoming. This is very basic accommodation which was overpriced for what you get.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The location was suitable for me. The room size was decent.
I didn't like the old towels. The towels smelt bad and no longer white or appear clean. These towels should have been retired years ago. The shower in my first room did not have hot water coming through. I had to run it for over 5-10mins to get the water only warm. It meant wasting a lot of water. There is a small step into the bathroom and easy to miss. It's a health and safety hazard. Lastly the shower glass door cannot be closed properly. Something wrong with the installation. The toilet tap for washing leaked. I consider all these as Health and safety issues.
