De badkamer heeft aan 1 kant een “muur/deur” van glas dus je hebt niet echt privacy. Prima als je met je partner reist, maar hou daar rekening mee als je reist met iemand anders of gesteld ven op privacy. Je moest ter plekke inderdaad contant betalen, dus hou daar rekening mee. Wij vonden het geen probleem We kregen een upgrade van een kelderkamer naar een kamer boven, maar ze vroegen wel of we dan een 10 wilden geven op booking, zodat hun score hoog bleef. Persoonlijk hou ik niet van zulke “deals” dus ik heb gewoon een eerlijke score gegeven.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025As one who likes to see "real life," this place is perfect. It's in a neighborhood that is walking distance from the main sites of Canakkale. Cozy rooms, immaculate. What truly stands out is the service and helpfulness of Yusuf and the others. Through WhatsApp they gave me precise directions to any place I wanted to go, good instructions for using the local buses, suggestions of places to see, etc (all in good English). Laundry service is available. You get a fridge for your room, TV, and the aircon works great. I could go on and on ... It's wonderful!

Dishonest,lies to customers, hostile and aggressive towards customers, personally witnesses this behavior during check in, to another customer asking for help, yelling at him, but I gave the benefit of the doubt, but clearly this person requires attitude adjustment training. the owner managers name is johnia, something to that effect.. this person will ask unusual and inappropriate questions, that will make anyone uncomfortable- does not know boundaries and respect, has authority complex. I would avoid this negativity all together..

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025El alojamiento más asequible y limpio de la ciudad. No hay aparcamiento privado, pero es posible encontrar plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas y seguras en las inmediaciones. El personal está dispuesto a ayudarte en todo. Las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones limpias y tranquilas. El anfitrión es profesional. Ofrecen toda la información local y buenos lugares para comer. Muy satisfecho, volveré otra vez.

They helped us with a place for dinner, and organised a tour to anzac cove which was incredible. No faults to the place, highly recommend staying here !

Reviewed May 28, 2025I very much enjoyed my stay here, the room and private bathroom were very clean and comfortable, plenty of towels, hot water was excellent, great wifi and the location made it easy to get around. A fridge was assigned to each room in the adjoining hallway with a kettle for use and the private balcony had access to lines to hang clothes. Josaph the day manager, was fantastic…after my inbound flight was delayed 5 hours, he waited up for me till after 2 am to check me in…above and beyond the call of duty! He and Jim the night manager were great, so helpful and friendly and I loved staying in this lovely quiet and very reasonably priced hotel. Thank you Josaph!

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025海岸沿いから少し離れた住宅地にあり、静か。 少し歩けば、バス停もあるような大通りに出られる。 スタッフがトロイに行くためのミニバス(ドルムシュ)のバス停の場所や時間をLINEで教えてくれて助かった！ (ネットで探しても、外国人の私では時刻表は見つけられなかったし、季節によって変わるようなので、最新の情報はとてもありがたい🙏) チェックイン時に部屋を見せてくれて、アップデートも提案してくれた！ (予約時、一番安い部屋が半地下だった) タオル、ドライヤーがあって、バックパッカーにはありがたい！ 部屋にはヒーターもあり、暖かく寝られた。 すぐ近くにスーパー(ŞOK)があって、とても便利。
できればチェックイン(16:00〜)前に荷物を預けて身軽に散策したかったけど、スタッフの勤務時間の都合なのか16:00になってもホテルが閉まっていて、少し待つことになった。 次の日のチェックアウト後は荷物を預けられたので、前日だけの対応だったのかもしれない。 支払いは、チェックイン時に現金(ユーロかリラ)なので用意していくべき。 シャワールームのトイレとの区切りはないので、慣れていない旅行者はトイレを水浸しにしないように気をつけて！(床の水を流せるように、ワイパーを置いてくれてる)

Mir konnten auf Anfrage viele Orte bezüglich Atraktionen und Restaurants in und um der Stadt empfohlen werden. Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab die Möglichkeit mein Fahrrad sicher zu verstauen. Ich bin auch dankbar für den Haus eigenen Wäscheservice.

За такую цену это отличное соотношение цены и качества Вокруг множество магазинов, салонов и ресторанов. На ресепшене встречает приятный добродушный начальник гостиницы Ахмед .Он всегда оперативно быстро решает все вопросы спасибо ему С уважением Сергей

L'habitació era una mica petita i m'hagués faltat il·luminació al capçal del llit o tauleta de nit.

The room is located in the loft and you have the sensation that you stay in the storage room in the loft rather than a proper hotel room. All other levels are great and impressive for this hotel, but avoid staying in these rooms in the loft

Warning: This hotel is a scam, dirty, and unsanitary. I initially booked a stay at this hotel through Booking.com, where the terms clearly stated that payment would be made via credit card. The policy also mentioned that if we were late, they would charge 50% to the credit card. However, the experience took a disturbing turn when the hotel contacted me through Booking.com and requested that I communicate with them on WhatsApp instead. Upon arrival, the place reeked of rot, with visible moisture and mold on the walls. The staff admitted the hotel's poor condition but offered another room, claiming it was better. Then, they asked me to cancel the Booking.com reservation and pay in cash, which is a clear violation of Booking.com's terms. I handed over my credit card, but when I mentioned I didn't have cash, they insisted I go to an ATM, despite the additional banking fees it would incur for me as a Canadian-American. They refused to accept my credit card, demanded I cancel the booking on the app, and even told me to leave when I insisted on staying. They claimed they couldn’t process the payment through Booking.com. After contacting Booking.com and explaining the situation, they confirmed that the hotel's demands were illegal and assisted me in finding alternative accommodation, even covering the cost difference. To add insult to injury, the hotel later sent me an email falsely claiming they had to cancel my reservation due to a no-show. Avoid this place at all costs.

La salle de bain était petite,et pas de vitre à la douche, donc toujours mouiller au sol.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2024Great value for money hotel. The hosts Jim and Joseph are so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough. Easy access to Anzac cove(Jim has a 50 cc bike for hire, I used it to get there), a minibus can take you to Troy for 150 TL return trip. Great place.
