I stayed at this homestay and found it very clean, with strong air conditioning and an adorable, affectionate cat. The main entrance has an electronic lock, which feels very safe. The host was also very kind — since I forgot to exchange money at the airport when I first arrived in Vietnam, he kindly allowed me to pay later, which really helped me a lot.

On the downside, I couldn’t easily find the WiFi password in the room. I only learned it by asking another guest. I also sent a message through Booking to ask the host, but unfortunately, I never received a reply. Since I had an online meeting to attend and couldn’t access the WiFi, I had to go to a nearby café, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, I recently injured my back, and the bed here was too soft for me.

Tối bọn mình có ra ngoài và có bật điều hoà sẵn (do đh cũ ko thấy mát lắm) + cắm sạc laptop làm việc, nhưng 2 tiếng sau quay lại thì điều hoà tắt + sạc laptop đã bị rút ra => có người tự ý vào phòng mình và động chạm vào đồ của mình mà k hề xin phép. Mình k biết là chủ hay nhân viên của home, mình có ntin hỏi nhưng ko rep, tới chiều ngày hsau mình có ntin tiếp là sẽ review home thì mới rep mình, đây là hành động k chấp nhận được khi làm chủ homestay mà lại tự ý vào phòng của khách, động vào đồ của khách. Các bạn nên cân nhắc về chỗ nghỉ, vì mình k thấy sự thành thật từ người chủ.

The host is sooo friendly, I had two wonderful days in Daisy's stay. Everything is clean and tidy, and she also made exquisite dresses, what a life!

Daisy’s place is very cozy. You can tell she really takes care of the place. I felt very comfortable and this was very needed after a long travel.

The facilities are a bit run down, the walls a bit dirty however the room was nicely decorated and felt homely. It was a bit far from the old quarter (I already knew this so not a problem) and I didn’t meet any other guests staying so is not social at all which is fine if you are looking for that.

I had a very good and relaxing stay here, Daisy is a very sweet host and makes sure everything is taken care of🌸❤️☺️ The location was great and very quiet in the evening:)

I liked the room. It was big and felt like home immediately. Really cozy and comfortable. The staff was also amazing and we had a great chat with her. Super cute cats aswell.

The bathroom could get renovated, not really big and not as clean as I wish.

It is comfy and feel like home. If you travel alone and need a peaceful place to stay, this place is wonderful and won’t make you feel lonely. Around here is not crowded like the old quarter but have all you want (also not far from the center you can walk and explore the city). The place is clean and even have workshop downstairs. And cats that go checking if you’re okay at night lol.

We would comeback! We definitely love it.

The location wasn't the easiest to find at first and there's no lift so if you do have bigger suitcases have to lug it up and down the stairs

Daisy (and her super adorable cat) are very kind, and her house is really tastefully decorated. Compared to other homestays you truly felt at home, which we really appreciated. The location is super accessible and has lots of stuff to do around! The only knack that has to, unfortunately, be mentioned, is that the mattress was really uncomfortable. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about in the slightest.

Daisy was a wonderful host, clear in communication, fast to reply, accomodating last minute travel changes. She offered advices and advices freely. The house was located in a quiet street, close by the center. The room was facilities matched the pictures, were cleaned and well maintained with basic facilities (kettle, water, teas on offer).

The only downside is the mattress could have used a little extra softness for my back.

It’s a very nice place with a charming flair and a very welcoming hostess. There are great places to eat and drink just around the corner.

We had a hard time finding the place at first, there is no sign outside. Hint: it’s the yellow gate. :)

Daisy is very kind and friendly. I booked the room for 1 night, it was ok. Shared bathroom, but it has plenty of cosmetic things needed.

Unfortunatelly the mattress is sunken in the middle, so the sleep was not really relaxing. I had to wake up at 5.30, so no big deal, but wouldn't chose this for more days. I also missed a wardrobe for clothes.

First and foremost, Daisy is amazing and she is super helpful, kind and reliable. It is super clean and the Internet works great

We booked this place very last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. But we didn't expect to like it so much, and actually ended up glad of our last minute plan changes. Due to the last minute booking, this meant a quick turn around for Daisy (the host), but she kindly prepared our room in record time, and the room is lovely. There is attention to detail in every aspect. With lots of (homemade?) art features which contribute to the overall beautiful theme of the room. Even down to the smell - the whole house and bedrooms have a lovely delicate floral scent. The bed is comfortable with super soft bedding. The room comes with a small kitchenette type thing consisting of fridge, kettle, table and chairs, water, cups, mugs, tea and coffee. This is great for the budget! The room and whole house feels homely and I would recommend this to anyone.

WiFi a bit slow. The room comes with a shared bathroom, although this wasn't clear when booking. HOWEVER, you would not even know the bathroom was shared, as it is only shared with the one other room on the same floor, and is kept very clean. We usually wouldn't book somewhere with a shared bathroom, but would book this place again any time.

This has been the cosiest and the most welcoming accommodation we've been to in the last three months of our travel. The host is very sweet and helpful and really made us feel welcome, the rooms are sparkle clean, bright and so cosy we wanted to stay longer just to hang out in the room. The host also has her own fashion design studio on the ground floor of the house, and she showed me how to do the embroidery which was the most relaxing evening I could ask for after wandering around the city for entire day. I can't recommend enough this accommodation!

I loved Daisys place. The room was really cute with a balcony that looked over a little back street courtyard. The area is quite and there are nice cafes around, a little walk into the main city. Daisy was a really nice host. Cute cats.

I want to say a huge thank you to Daisy. She not only allowed me to leave my suitcase before check-in and after check-out, but also allowed me to take a shower after a long excursion. Her home was so cozy and comfortable. Excellent room, bed linen, bath accessories, everything was prepared with love by Daisy for her guests. Thanks a lot! and I wish you success in your business 🫶

The hotel is located at the quite place. No noise at night. Very clean. Comfy bed. The owner’s dedication to the detail is just amazing, nice design, excellent service, fast replies, always ready to help. One of the best stays in my life, and I have traveled to more than 40 countries.

The hospitality of the host is quite great. We asked for extra big and small towels and they comfortably support it. The bathroom equipped all stuffs (shampoo/ condition/ comb/ toner/ make-up remover) just incase you forget to bring your own things, it's a plus. The location is near center also a plus.

Simply my favorite accommodation in Hanoi ! (and I tried a lot of places) 🌿 A homestay tucked away on a quiet little street, not far from the center, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Cute decorated rooms where you instantly feel at ease. Daisy and her staff were lovely from the beginning to the end of my stay, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. When I had an injury, Daisy was really kind to me by buying me a meal and ensuring I was on the mend. If you're a cat lover, you'll absolutely adore staying here. In short, an unforgettable experience that I recommend at 100%.

Nice and cozy room, in a very secure building, in a side street, so not too much traffic noise. Each floor has two bedrooms and one shared bathroom, so it's not a problem to get a free bathroom when needed. Very nice host. Not far from Hoang Kiem Lake and its restaurants.

The room was tidy and globally clean except for the floor where there were still many long black hair.

Daisy was a really nice host. When I got sick, she went together with me to the pharmacy to help me to get medicine. The room was very cosy and located in a quiet alley about 20min walk from the city centre. Daisy also has a really cute cat.

The shared bathroom wasn't always very clean. The bed was a bit hard, but that's in a lot of places in Vietnam.

Super soft comfortable bed with four pillows. Nicely decorated. Bathroom was well equipped. Friendly female staff. The building felt secure and safe. Great location - i’d stayed in the old quarter before and it was too loud and busy so this area was fab in comparison.

A lovely place, the room seemed more like a studio flat, had lots of space and was really beautifully furnished, very clean and well organized, 2 beautiful cats downstairs and a very kind friendly host 😊

I had a bad experience with the customer service of this homestay. I recently stayed at Daisy Homestay, and unfortunately, my experience was FAR FROM SATISFACTORY. During my stay, my motorbike's saddle was torn due to an incident involving the owner's cat. I messaged her immediately to report the damage but the response from the owner was disheartening. Not only did the incident occur due to a lack of control over pets within the property, but the owner also declined to take any responsibility for the damage caused and she blamed me for not keeping an eye on my vehicle (I already locked my vehicle, but what could I do with the saddle??) The dismissive attitude towards a clear and preventable incident left me feeling disregarded and disappointed. I urge potential guests to consider this lack of accountability and property negligence before choosing to stay at Daisy. The absence of care for guest belongings and the unprofessional response to incidents during a stay highlight significant concerns regarding the management's commitment to guest satisfaction and property maintenance. I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements in their customer service and property management.

Daisy's Stay is a very welcoming and charming little homestay. Located in a very convenient area of Hanoi with local food and cafes around every corner, it's hidden inside a little alley that protects you from the street noise. My room was clean and neat. Daisy herself was communicative and helpful, and made sure to take very good care of the guests.

Second time here. We had such a lovely experience the first time so we came back. Decoration is the cutest we had in Vietnam, Daisy has really good tastes ! Everything is really clean and you got everything you need in the room. Really calm. Best part ? Cats ! If you’re a cat lover, this is THE place for you. If you’re not, don’t worry they won’t bother you. We will be back !

Very clean and calm! If you want to relax after a busy day in Hanoi it’s perfect. Daisy is super heartwarming and nice, she has her own beautiful tailor clothing boutique. It looks a little like in Paris. She also did our laundry for a tiny fee and we could keep our luggage after checking out! The area is also very nice and close to old town and the good spots. There is a pho place around the corner that serves vegetarian pho. We are coming back on the day we will fly out of Hanoi, because we absolutely loved it!
