Extremely disappointing experience. The bed was literally falling apart during my stay. The wooden slats kept collapsing, and I reported the problem multiple times. The hotel staff came to “fix” it FOUR different times, yet the exact same problem kept happening again. This is not a minor inconvenience — a bed is one of the most basic things a hotel is expected to provide safely and properly. After four repair attempts, the problem still wasn’t solved, which shows a serious lack of proper maintenance. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. Every time I asked for the room to be cleaned, it was still noticeably dirty afterwards. The overall standard of cleanliness was far below what anyone should expect from a hotel. Having to repeatedly contact the hotel about basic things like a usable bed and a clean room completely ruined the experience. I expected a professional solution, not temporary fixes every time. Definitely one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve had, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The location in New Cairo is perfect. On a main streat very nearby the popular malls in New Cairo. The apartment building is clean and nice and the apartment flat itself is spacious, clean, modern and amazing for its price. Customer service is fantastic. I really don’t have anything bad to say about my stay here. Definitely will save this place for all my future trips to Cairo.
