TeeUp Home n’est pas un hôtel classique, mais un système d’appartements privés situés dans une grande tour de bureaux. À mon arrivée, j’ai attendu une dizaine de minutes avant d’être accueillie par une personne que j’avais dû contacter par message. Elle m’a ensuite accompagnée jusqu’à ma chambre, qui s’ouvre avec un code. Le système de porte n’a pas toujours bien fonctionné pendant mon séjour, mais le contact que j’avais était très présent et réactif : il est venu rapidement régler le problème à chaque fois. J’ai eu la chance d’être au 20ᵉ étage de la tour, ce qui m’a permis de profiter d’une très belle vue sur la ville. La chambre était propre et la kitchenette fonctionnelle. La piscine est un vrai plus après une journée passée en ville. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un bon séjour et j’ai particulièrement apprécié la réactivité du contact sur place.

Comme point d’amélioration, je pense qu’un système de carte ou de badge pour accéder à la chambre pourrait être plus pratique et rassurant qu’un code, notamment si celui-ci est relativement facile à deviner.

The air con in the main room was warm. I only had a short stay and the air con in my bedroom worked. I just didn’t want to complain. Bryan was amazing and made it easy to settle in.

Sincèrement 45€ la petite chambre c est trop cher pour ce que c est et pour le secteur mais sinon ça va sur le reste.

Location was good, apartment was nice and spacious and clean.

The pool hours are too short, should be open later, having to sign in to use the pool, not just free access anytime you like. The beds are all very hard not comfortable.

Well equipped apartment with a nice view and a very friendly host. Good location, streetfood and grocery stores nearby.

If you want to use the pool you have to tell the host upfront, which honestly made me use it not at all.

La piscine elle est tres agreable il y a des commodites en bas 7 eleven , autre magasin. Pour le prix c est juste correct.

20 minutes a pied du centre ville Pas de machine a cafe , ce qui es agreable le matin d avoir un bon cafe. L'appartement manque un peu d'amour , lit dur pas tres confortable , les meubles le plancher sont briser aurais besoin de reparation .

It had everything we needed, in a good part of town that was close to food, convenience stores, local food, and able to walk to the Ben Thanh markets

Špína všude kam se podíváte Při vstupu do budovy jste upozorněn, že pokud využijete na krátkodobé ubytování porušujete místní zákony!!! Velmi se mi nelíbí jednání bookingu, že vůbec nabízejí tyto možnosti, aby turisti porušovali zákon. Zároveň bazén, je otevřeny jen pro pozvané a strašně smrdí, je neudržovaný. Přečtěte si recenze na Google tato rezidence má 2 hvězdičky.

The location was really good

There were some marks on the wall and the laundry machine is really rusty.

Nothing like the photos. Even the room shown on our booking confirmation was not the one we received. The apartment felt tired, poorly maintained, and below basic standards. The bedding had a strong odor, so we left within an hour and booked elsewhere. Very disappointing and not as represented.

The overall condition and cleanliness were far below expectations.

Posizione ottima, comunicazione anche buona con il proprietario. E' un monolocale adeguato per una coppia. Sotto al condominio ci sono anche Seven eleven e altri negozi e un caffe e la farmacia

Det er det fjerde Hotel vi har boet på i Vietnam denne ferie og dette sted er mere 2. Stjernet end 4. Stjernet. Det er forvirrende at tjekke ind og man har ikke adgang til pool, før der kommer en medarbejder og giver tilladelse. Trods poolen er stor og der er mange mennesker er der kun 5. Liggestole og ingen alm. stole. Der er ingen poolhåndklæder el. Udskiftning af håndklæder på vær. Ligger i et lidt kedeligt område af byen

Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über Whatsapp war schnell und reibungslos, Die Lage nähe Innenstadt, Wasser in der Wohnung und Kissenbezüge aus Seide

Straßenlärm - es war sehr laut egal ob tags oder nachts. Genrell sehen die Wohnungen nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern, sonderns sind stark abgenutzt, teilweise schmutzig und feucht.

Der checkin ging schnell und war sehr einfach. Ich wurde unten abgeholt und ins Zimmer gebracht. Alle Instruktionen und Informationen hat man per WhatsApp erhalten. Sehr übersichtlich und unkompliziert. In der Wohnung befand sich auch ein 19l Wasserbehälter, das fand ich auch sehr praktisch.

Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschhalterung ließ sich nicht nach oben stellen, weshalb man den Duschkopf beim Haare waschen hochhalten muss. Die Tür zu dem Mini Balkon ist sehr dünn, man hört also konstant die Straße und Geräusche von draußen. Nichts für geräuschempfindliche Personen. Für den Infinity Pool soll man dem Kontakt schreiben, damit der Security Guard Bescheid bekommt, bevor man zum Pool geht. Das hat mich ehrlicherweise daran gehindert, den Pool zu nutzen.

The hotel was in a good location, and had a rooftop pool. The rooms appear to be let by different companies, so on arrival you need to message the contact and they arrive about 5 mins later to take you to your room. The room had a good fridge and plenty of water. The hotel contact gave us some good local restaurant recommendations close to the hotel.

You couldn't use the pool without messaging the hotel contact, but this hadn't been clear, so you got into trouble when using the pool without doing this first. It was OK once we understood, though still felt a bit inconvenient. The pool was also quite busy.

Grande residence di 20 piani nel quale sono presenti appartamenti in affitto. L'host non era presente ma ci sono dei ragazzi che fanno da filtro. Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il district 1.

Appartamento degradato, niente a che vedere con le foto di booking. Pulizia scarsa degli ambienti. Piscina inutilizzabile: ci sono pochissimi posti disponibili. Il check-in è stata la parte più complicata: avevo avvisato l'host del mio orario di arrivo e 30 minuti prima di arrivare. Ho dovuto comunque aspettare 20 minuti fuori dalla struttura perché la sicurezza non ti fa entrare.

Ładna okolica i blisko do centrum w dystrykcie 1. Dużo sklepów na parterze budynku, np. 7-Eleven. Ładny pool na 7 piętrze ale zdecydowanie za mało leżaków. Pokój czysty I dobry kontakt z wynajemcą

Skrzypiące łóżko, zdjęcia obiektu są nieprawdziwe. Apartament wygląda całkiem inaczej. Po otwarciu okna jest bardzo głośno od ulicy.

The room was very spacious and on a nice location with many convenient stores downstairs. The location was less crowded than District 1. The view was nice.

Everything was very squaky, from closets to bed. So it was annoying to open any closets. The waste bin in the bathroom smelled of cigarettes and there was a cockroach in the bathroom that hid in the door frame.

Can’t comment on the property, we had booked to stay at the apartment, received confirmation and heard nothing to tell us otherwise. When we arrived at 9pm in the night, we was approached by security who called for someone to meet us, a young boy appeared, looked at our booking and told us he needed to ‘call his boss’ regards the booking. Following the conversation he told us that the apartment was booked and we’d had to find somewhere else to stay.

Didn’t see inside the property, however from reading more recent reviews it sounds like we had a lucky escape. The property manager is clearly useless and doesn’t really care.

This place is operating ILLEGALLY and so anything good about it was negated by the huge problems caused by the problems we encountered as a result.

As it is illegal to use private flats for tourism, we were denied entry to the building and were stranded outside for more than an hour. The advice was to message her from the lobby but a security guard blocked our entry (note that: I have arrived in a foreign country on holiday and I am battling it out with a security guard). So this was a lie, as the owner knew we could not get into the lobby. Another tourist called her three times with no answer. Finally, we got some wifi and sent her a message, which she answered and then TURNED OFF HER PHONE! She thought we were just trying to check in early but we were arriving on an early flight and had booked and paid for the night before, we had cleared this with her. After we trudged away to find another hotel, she realised her mistake, messaged us back and said "Sorry, I was busy with my baby"! Then, as it was illegal for us to be there, every time we wanted to use the pool, we had to message somebody to accompany us there. The second day, no-one turned up and again, we had a security guard block our way. (A real fun holiday!). We just didn't even bother on the third day. You might ask, once I realised it was illegal, why didn't I just go to the other hotel? Yes, I was worried about getting my money back. Also, and it seems only a minor point compared to the above, is that the photos are very misleading, there is no luxury about it, it is a motel sized room with furniture from Ikea. At least it was clean.

Everything. It was disgusting and dirty and not as displayed on booking. We arrived and at first I did not really notice (mainly because I tend to forget things easily and I forgot to look at the pictures of the apartments close to arriving) how different it looks compared to the pictures. There was other peoples dirt everywhere and even the cloth in the sink was still wet which I find extremely disgusting. Seeing as it was a stressful day we decided to just spend as much time as possible outside of this apartment and just make the best of it. As we were checked in I was put in a WhatsApp group with four other people, three of them I did not know and have never seen. In that group we were given information about the pool and about some other stuff, for example: „Don’t make the bedsheets dirty by food or blood“. The beds were hard and obviously old because you could see by the shape that they have been used for a long time. We have made our peace with everything but then came the cockroaches and it was over for me. Other peoples dirt is one thing but cockroaches?! I have sent a message to the group letting them know about the dirt and the cockroaches, saying that because of the time (it was around 10 pm) we will stay the night but will check out the next day and demand a refund. After having to wait for a long time to actually get a response and having to then have a super long discussion and them saying they will give us another apartment, a refund is not possible and blablabla, they finally gave us our money (in cash not by card). There are signs on the front door of the building that short time renting of the apartments is prohibited. There is security everywhere and when being „checked in“ they have a rather suspicious conversation with the person checking you in. The check-in itself is relatively suspicious as you have to wait outside of the building until someone comes to check you in.

Das Apartment verfügt über sehr große Fenster und bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht auf den Saigon. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern waren sehr bequem. Durch die Lage im 22. Stock konnte man trotz des durchgehenden Lärms draußen (tagsüber und nachts) gut schlafen. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man mehrere Restaurants verschiedenster Art.

Das Sitzsofa im Wohnzimmer war leider ziemlich unbequem. Leider konnten wir das Schwimmbad kein einziges Mal nutzen, was zu einem Punktabzug führt. Generell ist das Schwimmbad nur bis 17:00 Uhr geöffnet und montags wegen Reinigungsarbeiten geschlossen – das sollte im Voraus klarer kommuniziert werden.

Die Lage ist super! Der Host ist auch immer schnell erreichbar. Und an sich hat man relativ viel Platz zu zweit.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität und es war auch nicht allzu sauber. Außerdem wirken einige Einrichtungsgegenstände etwas marode. Unteranderem ließ sich ein Fenster nicht mehr schließen und die Tür zum Badezimmer war kaputt.

This property is a great location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They are always available when needed with any requests or questions. We booked so last minute and they were able to accommodate us so quickly! Everything worked well in the apartment and is clean, and the pool was nice as well. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Beautiful property. Was upgraded to a three bedroom apartment. Unnecessary for a solo traveller. But felt luxurious for the night. Swimming pool located on 7th floor has a great view of the city below. Great communication with the owners who assist you with checking in and going to the pool. Aircon blasting to help with the Vietnam heat! Great view from the bedroom. Left the curtains up so I could see and hear the hustle below! Location is alright, but it doesn’t matter considering how cheap and affordable grab scooters and/or taxis are. Too hot to walk anywhere anyway, and “when in Rome”, take a grab scooter!!! So fun!!

Great location, easy checkin and comfortable room with aircon. Water, washing machine including washing powder and toiletries provided. Staff are also easily available to answer questions.

The photos are not how the property is currently dressed but I still think the room is adequate and good value for the location.

The pool was great ! 👍 Being at the 18th floor even the noise of Saigon wasn’t so awful. Bryan was great he moved us to a better room when I asked if possible and he was really eager to help in general 👌
