Insanely beautiful location and beachfront restaurant and pools. Snorkeling straight out the front incredibly good and can hire equipment at beach vendor. Free scuba trial in pool which was great. Views incredible. Amed is a beautiful area and we will return to this property. Amazing value for the price.

Property overcharges for transport into central Amed or anywhere. Look up Taxi company for half the price. Breakfast quite plain but for the price is fine. Very very steep driveway so if you have mobility or knee issues maybe ask to book lower villas to avoid stairs.

The staff, every single one of them were so friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast and delicious food. Location was stunning. Although it may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Pool was gorgeous. I will definitely come back. A scooter would be helpful as Amed is quite spread out. My room was beautiful, air con was excellent lovely terrace, tea and coffee and kettle provided and tv with streaming services. Faultless. Resturant food was delicious and very good cookies!!! Hôtel magnifique. Chambre no 6 spacieuse, joliment décorée, très bien équipée et avec une vue incroyable. Personnel aux petits soins et restauration délicieuse. 2 très belles piscines. Petit déjeuner face à la mer. Snorkeling au pied de l hôtel. Bref du pur bonheur !

Le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable. La chambre est très spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Nous avons également apprécié les plats proposés par le restaurant. Pour les plongeurs, c’est un hôtel parfait. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en couple, et seul mon partenaire plonge. Pour ma part, je recommande par exemple le restaurant Amed Harmony restaurant. Vous pourrez y prendre des cours de cuisine. J’ai adoré l’expérience. Il y a aussi des cours de yoga ou de pilates pas très loin.

Il ne s’agit pas d’une remarque négative mais plutôt d’un conseil pour les groupes : si vous ne plongez pas tous, trouvez d’autres activités à proximité avant de venir. Le wifi dans notre villa n’était pas top top, mais après tout les vacances sont aussi faites pour déconnecter !

Prachtige locatie en in een rustiger gedeelte van Amed. Het personeel is uitzonderlijk. Klopt, waar niet op Bali. Ze waren met alles bereidt om te helpen. Het eigen restaurant is ook goed. De lokale gerechten vonden wij goed op smaak.

Wij hadden er absoluut geen last van, ben je slecht ter been dan is deze accommodatie soms uitdagend.

Très bel hôtel situé au bord de l'océan, avec deux belles piscines donnant sur la mer. Il est possible de se baigner dans l'océan au pied de l'hôtel, mais , cependant ,ce n'est pas vraiment une plage. Le personnel est adorable, et cherche toujours à rendre le séjour agréable. Enfin les chambres sont réparties sur tout le terrain de l'hôtel et sont spacieuses avec de grandes terrasses.

Il y a beaucoup de marches à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, puisque le terrain est en restanques et l'hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport au village.

Beautiful resort and fantastic stay. We stayed in a Villa room with views of the pool and ocean and overlooking well maintained gardens as well. The massive villa had everything you needed and bed was very comfortable with clean linen. Only steps away from the main pool you could organise snorkelling and the resort had diving classes as well. We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was delicious. On our next trip to Amed we would definitely stay again. Thankyou to the lovely staff for a great stay.

It’s got the Bali feel and they offer free trial of scuba diving in the pool daily. You book. Staff are always there with a smile. It’s quite steep the driveway and a few stairs to get to the top rooms which give you a bit of a nice sunrise view if you’re at the top. Down at the pool was a nice sunset to take in.

Didn’t like that bookings and the resort stuffed up our allocation for the first night. Even after confirmation. Would be nice to have someone buy the snipers out the front through the Channels so people are not standing and destroying coal under the motorway and spend the tide is out. It’s quite dangerous to get out to the other side of coral. Maybe a line to follow? And the lunch menu could contain some lighter options like Club sandwiches or ham and cheese toastie.

Cama bastante incómoda, ya que eran 2 camas individuales juntas pero justo en la unión de ambas camas había un montículo que la hacía bastante incómoda.

Великолепна гледка, персонала е приятелски настроен и винаги позитивен. Хотела е точно на плажа, стаята беше чиста и пригодена с всички необходими удобства. Нямахме време да се възползваме от СПА центъра, но бяхме на scuba diving, който можеше да се запази от хотела и беше едно незабравимо преживяване. В ресторанта готвеха доста вкусно и менюто беше разнообразно.

Единствено включената закуска към нощувките нямаше много голям избор.

La proximité de la mer, la qualité de la cuisine. La chambre était spacieuse. Le lit confortable. La climatisation très efficace. Les chambres sont loin de la route. Donc c’est très calme. Pour les plongeurs la présence d’un centre de plongée dans l’hotel est très appréciable. Le centre de plongée est sérieux avec des moniteurs compétants et d’une grande gentillesse.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit optimaler Lage und einem fantastischen Ausblick unmittelbar aufs Meer! Auf jeden Fall ein ocean front Zimmer nehmen, da man dann zum einen den besten Ausblick hat und zum anderen auch direkt am Pool bzw. Strand ist. Restaurant bietet grandioses Essen! Für uns das beste von allen Unterkünften auf Bali. Zudem wird dort auf Umweltschutz geachtet und Plastikflaschen vermieden. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist, dass alles mit gefiltertem Wasser gewaschen wird. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!

На территории отеля работает собственный сертифицированный дайвинг-центр с многоязычными инструкторами. Доступны курсы как для опытных дайверов, так и однодневные программы для новичков (тренировка в бассейне + погружение в океане).

Отель построен на склоне, к номерам, бассейнам и пляжу ведет множество ступеней, что может быть тяжело для пожилых людей и семей с маленькими детьми. Пляж галечный и каменистый. Заходить в воду без специальной обуви (коралловых тапочек) некомфортно и сложно. Заменить старые полотенца.

Todo me parecio acorde al precio que habiamos pagado. El personal fue super atento y amables con nosotros. Tambien nos ayudaron a conseguir transporte a los templos y a alquilar una moto. La comida y spa increible. La vista y las instalaciones muy bien tambien. Tienen dos piscinas, una para sus clases de diving y otra para relajarse.

La habitacion que habiamos reservado tenia balcon con vista al mar pero era compartido con otra pareja que tenia una habitacion justo al lado. Igualmente no tuvimos algun inconveniente

The hotel had very attractive grounds, swimming pools and a beautiful ocean-side location. Our room was comfortable and had a sea-view and private terrace with sunbeds overlooking one of the swimming pools. I notice on other reviews there are complaints about being isolated with nothing nearby, but in actual fact there is a good shop and pharmacy nearby and a couple of excellent places to eat (Guesto Resto & Cafe and Waeni's Sunset View Bar & Restaurant).

What really let this hotel down badly was the indifference of the restaurant staff, the only exception was Aristana who was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him, otherwise everyone else was not very helpful. For example, I asked someone for a gin and soda and was told that there was no soda and offered me coke instead - gin and coke? Another example, I asked about one of the items on the menu and what it contained, as I have dietary restrictions and was told that I should come back tomorrow afternoon and ask someone else - why not find out now? I know that these two examples seem nit-picking but they were the tip of the iceberg of a lack of customer experience and being generally distracted. But what was worse was being deceived by the lady on reception. We wanted a taxi to Jemeluk Beach and were told that the hotel driver was not available and to ask at the hotel dive centre for a lift which they might be able to do. I asked how much it would cost and was told $50k each way. I asked about using Grab and she told me that it didn't work and to support the local taxi industry. Anyway we went to the dive centre and after a bit of a wait got them to take us to the beach and bring us back later. The actual cost turned out to be $75k each way. Checking Grab later it turned out that we could have used it and be charged $30k each way. In fairness I would have happily paid $50k to support a local private taxi driver. But what actually happened is that I paid $25k more each way which went into the hotel's pocket and not to a local private taxi driver - deception, plain and simple. With regard to our room - no A/C in the living room so gets too hot to use during the day, terrace doors in living room very hard to open and close, door to bathroom from bedroom very hard to close quietly without waking your partner up, floors dirty and bathroom smells strongly of drains.

Die Lage ist top - direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist noch besser! Man fühlt sich ruhig, entspannt, wie Zuhause. Alle Fragen sind beantwortet worden und Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Bei Bedarf werden Transfer vom/zum Flughafen mit sehr guten erfahrenen Fahrern sowie verschiedene Ausflüge organisiert. Sehr freundliche Leute im ganzen Hotel! Wie eine große Familie. Sehr sauber, ob in den Zimmern oder auf dem Gelände. Das Essen im Restaurant war immer frisch und lecker. Die Tauchschule ist direkt im Hotel. Sie ist sehr gut. Alles ordentlich, sicher und zuverlässig! Meerblick bei jedem Zimmer. Wir waren 3 Wochen dort und wollten nicht mehr weg fahren.

Alles war toll! Kein Sandstrand, aber das muss man vorher wissen, wenn man in Amed ein Hotel bucht. Ei nfach Badeschuhe mitnehmen! Es ist kein Sanur! Dafür aber super Tauch- und Schnorchelmöglichkeiten!

Had a lovely view of the ocean. I liked the dining tables down by the water, gave it a very European vibe. The room ms were basic but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Not winning any design awards and felt a little tired but all very functional. No espresso coffee available at breakfast. The spa was again functional but lovely staff and good massage.

Such a lovely hotel with a beautiful layout: small gardens everywhere with water running through them. We loved it! There are two swimming pools overlooking the ocean, with plenty of sunbeds available. The room was nice and spacious, with the balcony overlooking the sea (room no 1). Bed was comfortable with a mosquito net around. We left the curtains open in the evenings and woke up to beautiful sunrises. AC worked well and kept us cool. Food was good and affordable. We also used the onside spa which was really lovely (as a hotel guest you get a discount). Good to know: To reach the hotel you go down a paved steep slope. The hotel area is also at different levels with stairs connecting the different area. There are a few restaurants (Warung Sabar is amazing), a pharmacy and a supermarket within walking distance. Taxi to other parts of Amed is very affordable and easy to get.

The location right on the beach was fantastic and the five people being on site was so convenient, did my refresher in the hotel pool before heading out to dive. Also, having the spa onsite was bliss!

This property is not good for anybody with any kind of mobility challenge. Unfortunately, they put us at the very top room of the property and it made it hard for us to really enjoy the pool and the rest of the resort because of so many steps.

It was our second time time staying here. We love the pools with the deep water and the outlook over the beach and water. It's a quiet place where everyone can relax, with mostly adults staying there. Lovely gardens and big rooms with some great sea views. The included breakfast is good. Especially the omelette, the pancakes and the watermelon juice. The staff are helpful when we asked them questions.

There wasn't anything major. If anything, the rooms could do with more of a thorough cleaning after people leaving. While they make the beds, sweep the floors and replace the towels, there is still some dirt on the corners of the floors, dusty cupboards and the basin, taps were looking a bit old.

It had a house wreath.

It was on a steep cliff. Also, while the house reef is quite good there is constant boat traffic that goes across exactly where you are snorkeling. It’s quite dangerous and somebody is eventually going to get badly hurt or killed.

Staff service is amazing, the view is superb, the rooms are very confortable, the diving center is wonderfull. You get great value for your money.

Wifi conection is very slow and often not working properly. Restaurant food is good but not exceptional. Very difficult to find things that we didn't like.

Very good location with good snorkelling from the clean beach in front of the resort/hotel. Very nice pools and dining areas. We had not expected such a large bungalow and patio, as well as a fully working kitchen and massive lounge. The kitchen came very useful to reheat the dishes we had learnt to prepare for lunch with a wonderful local lady. There is also a small supermarket within short walking distance (3 minutes). The hotel/resort was of the right size for us, ie small and quiet but with all the facilities of a larger place. Good and tasty food on the menu. We ended up eating there every night as the road to the next village did not feel safe to walk back at night because of the lack of pavement and lights. But as the food and service were good, it was not an issue at all. Well done to the staff for negotiating the steps when bringing the meals to the tables closest to the beach. Staff were helpful when we needed to arrange transport including at short notice) and happy to share knowledge about plants found in the lovely garden.

Heerlijke plek meteen aan zee. Twee zwembaden met prachtig uitzicht en je kan meteen bij het hotel de zee in om te snorkelen. Handdoeken service voor zwembad. Eten in restaurant is goed en gevarieerd. Onbeperkt gefilterd water vonden we fijn. Massage van vrouwtje bij het strand was erg lekker. We hebben ook een snorkeltrip gedaan en veel variatie aan vissen en 3 schildpadden gezien. Zou zo weer gaan, we hebben verlengd met een extra nacht.

Onze kamer was gehorig, zat tussendeur naar kamer ernaast. Veel geluid als ze snachts arriveren of actief zijn. Balkon is gedeeld balkon, hadden we niet verwacht. Op balkon staat een overdekt open huisje, matrasje erop was echt heel vies. Dus niet gebruikt.

Too much light from the roof of the hotel next door,spoils the night sky for star gazing.

We had an amazing ocean view even from a room up the hill a bit from the water. We love relaxing by the two beautiful pools and snorkeling right off the beach at the incredible reef right off shore. The staff were so friendly, happy, and helpful. The dive center on site was also great and I enjoyed a great day of scuba diving.

The location is a little far from most restaurants, so having some transportation or budget for taxis is recommended. The restaurant menu is a bit limited and since we had a long stay it got a little old after a while.

This place is exceptional. You can’t fault a thing. The staff are fantastic and as for the view. The food in the restaurant is awesome. This place is the best place I have ever stayed in Bali and I’ve been 15 times now!
