Gostei de absolutamente tudo. A localização é excelente, perto de bons restaurantes, atrás do Cerro Santa Lucía e com fácil acesso a outros pontos turísticos, sem contar a comodidade e a limpeza do local. Eu realmente adorei.

Eu fui em alta temporada, em uma época bem fria. Acredito que só precise de um aquecedor no quarto, para épocas assim.

The location is excellent, and the apartment was clean and nice.

There was a noise coming from the building, like machines, that would occur every few hours, sometimes very early in the morning and other times late at night. It was very disruptive. Also, the shower floor was broken.

The apartment is fantastic. It is comfortable, chic, and extremely well located in Lastarria.

There could have been more towels for an 8 day stay. Or maybe a room refresh after 4 days.

Localização ótima

The room was comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a ground floor apartment which had a seating area in the patio. There is a supermarket close by and we bought our own breakfast. Lovely location.

It was difficult to communicate with the security when we arrived early in the morning but as pre-arranged, we left our bags in a small room and returned at 3 pm to check in. They were fully booked. It is not possible to get VAT back from this hotel as it is a small establishment.

Fantastic location. Close to great restaurants and supermarket was a short walk. Easy to get to main tourist sites from. Host was responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Was so cold! The heater took about an hour to heat the apartment. No curtain, just a blind which didn’t really cover the window, so let in light at night and also let heat out. The bathroom didn’t have any proper ventilation. So 4 days worth of steam in the apartment. Only way to ventilate was to open sliding window, but reluctant to do that as it was so cold. No way of drying towels, so having to use damp towels wasn’t that pleasant. My husband and I have head colds now. Bed was really soft and had roll together. Apartment wasn’t that clean either. The kettle was disgusting dirty I don’t know what it had been previously used for. Cupboards didn’t close properly. Had to ask for more rubbish bags as none found in apartment.

Nice apartment in building in late stages of renovations (no disturbances at all during my stay apart from the floor protections in the hallways). Impeccably clean. SUPER quiet.

A detail that´s not that improtant but it would have been nice to have an access code to open front gate vs. buzzing the front desk. Shower head support wearing out so shower head would sag out of position all the time.

Unhelpful older concierge who was difficult to communicate with and wasn’t very onto maintaining the security of the premises. We had 3 men following us in through the locked gate and hung around for a few minutes and stole my backpack while we were trying to communicate with the concierge. We are not sure why he allowed them to be there and the Theft played out right in front of him. So although it looks secure with a locked gate with a code, multiple cameras and a 24/7 concierge, it clearly isn’t! Tiny shower which was difficult to use and not much hot water

Wonderful environment with nice restaurants and bars within 2min walk. Best place to stay. Great host, super responsive and ready to help.

The apartment is not very spacious. It might help to remove the one or other furniture piece to make sure there is more space to move around. The bed is placed above drawers so it needs a small stair to get on it and might not be suitable for older people. It would be nice if terrace chairs and table would be cleaned before guests are supposed to arrive in apartment.

The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. I booked the ground floor apartment with outside seating. It was close to bars and restaurants and we could walk to every where we wanted to visit. There was some tea and coffee, cleaning stuff and a tea towel. We always had enough hot water for both of us. I paid with PayPal to avoid the tax

You have to use a Credit Card to pay in Dollars to avoid the 19% charges for paying in Pesos. It’s the same everywhere in Chile. Not the owners fault Also It’s an AirBnb so there are cleaning charge.

La ubicación del lugar es excelente, realmente es un punto fuerte y muy conveniente. Sin embargo, la experiencia durante la estadía no fue completamente satisfactoria. No contaba con aire acondicionado, y el calor en esta época es bastante intenso, lo que hizo difícil descansar y no permitió una noche realmente relajada. Además, únicamente había café instantáneo disponible, lo cual puede mejorar considerando la experiencia del huésped. También, el papel higiénico fue insuficiente (solo había un rollo), a pesar de que la reserva indicaba dos personas. Por otro lado, el anfitrión no se comunicó en ningún momento durante la estancia, lo cual hubiera sido importante para atender estos detalles. En general, el lugar tiene mucho potencial por su ubicación, pero hay varios aspectos básicos que podrían mejorar significativamente la experiencia.

Quite small, had air conditioner but had to keep window open to use it, no amenities on property, nothing for breakfast at all, not even coffee in the room

Clean, good kitchen equipment, safe and central location

Not that I didn’t like, but I didn’t realise the washing machine was downstairs and had to work out downloading and paying via an app

Fantastic location, near a cafes and street markets, and a park - easy walking to lots of tourist attractions. Good size lounge and well equipped kitchen - nearly full size fridge. Air con is portable so needs a door open for hot air vent. Comfortable bed, shower in bath tub - all on ground floor no stairs.

Washing machine and dryer are not in the room - central share location, and paid so you have to set up app and credit - and might need to wait. This is also down stairs.

Localização maravilhosa! Da para fazer tudo andando! Vários restaurantes próximo, rua movimentada e à noite sempre com policiamento próximo. Cama muito boa e chuveiro também; essencial para quem passa o dia rodando pela cidade.

Location, security, nice size and layout. Great exchange and communication with owner.

No condiments, oil, etc for cooking. If you are there more than a couple of days you would like to cook without having to buy everything.

Positives: The neighborhood is great - lively residential - lots of restaurants and many taxis/ubers. Next to the neighborhoods of Bellas Artes and Bellavista which also are great. Best ice cream shop in Santiago next door. Apartment was clean and there were adequate kitchen supplies. Secure - We had a gated fence and a door man. Most of the apartments in the building were permanent rentals. Peculiarities: The bed sat atop a large dresser and was about three feet from the floor. We had to use step stools to get in. There was plenty of storage space - we counted 35 drawers in the bedroom - but no towel racks in the bathroom!

Drawbacks: We were on the ground floor and while there were sliding doors to go out, there was nothing but a cement wall outside.

Localização é ótima!

Infelizmente tive experiência melhor com acomodação até no uyuni. O proprietário cobra taxação além do que estava no booking, cobra limpeza sendo que os pratos e talheres não estavam limpos e vc só tem 10 minutos para tomar banho depois fica FRIO ( detalhe ele não especifica isso no booking e nem te avisa antes, vc simplesmente é surpreendido no meio do banho que fica FRIO)

My stay was perfect. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The internet was fast and stable, I could work from the apartment perfectly, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Lastarria, with great restaurants and cafés just steps away. I really enjoyed my time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Well equipped apartment, in a lively but quiet area, lots of nearby bars, restaurants and markets. Good public transport links to the city altogether I didn’t use the metro

Better more powerful shower

Location, location, location. Super easy to travel back and forth, get into buses, get into the Metro. Close to restaurants and vibrant night life....love it.

Unfortunately the neighbours were loud. Not sure this is the property faults.

Great location, right next to St Lucia, central to everything. It felt safe and secure, I would definitely stay again.

Did not receive a password for the WIFI which was a little inconvenient but not a show stopper.

Gostamos de tudo. O anfitrião sempre foi muito solícito e nós deixou super a vontade e com uma privacidade maravilhosa. Foi uma viagem mista de lazer e trabalho e a localização foi perfeita. Fomos a vários grupos de viagem e todos mencionaram que nossa localização era muito melhor que a deles. Tudo muito confortável, organizado, bem cuidado.

Somente um funcionário do período da noite da portaria destoou um pouco. Todos os outros eram receptivos, esse senhor infelizmente beirava a falta de educação e nos olhava um pouco com raiva até. Nada que realmente tirasse o brilho da viagem ou hospedagem, mas era frustrante nem mesmo receber um boa noite.

Tudo limpo, organizado e novo. Bem localizado, cama muito boa e calefaçã. Internet excelente.

The location was amazing, so close to everything and super safe area!! And the bed was super comfortable .. would definitely be back and recommend it!

It was secured

The picture of the booking.com didn't match the apartment. The shower was leaking and when We told the host, and he asked me to take pictures and to check if the water was leaking in the apartment below. I told him I was not a plumber and to meet us back at the apartment. He never did. In the booking it said that the apartment had AC however it was a portable one and we needed to open the window. We did however the smell of the marijuana and the noise of the bars below made it unpleasant. Every time we went to a restaurant or coffee shop, they would advise us to go back to the apartment before sundown. This area isn't recommended even by locals

The location was great, right in the middle of a lively area with lots of dining options within close walking distance. Right across the street from Cerro Santa Lucia. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas and the nearby pedestrian shopping streets. The Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center was just around the corner. We felt quite secure with the 24 hour front desk attendant.

The unit was smaller than expected. There was no dining table, just 2 stools at a counter. The bed was high off the floor and needed stepstools to access it, so this particular unit would probably not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Fantastic location in the heart of LaStarria, and the rooftop is amazing, the views of the city and Andes!

Despite being a brilliant apartment it was really noisy due to neighbours playing music most of night.

So much to love about this apartment! A very liveable apartment - cooked in the kitchen and it had everything we needed for a simple meal. Very clean. Great smelling towels. Ammenities provided - hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, washing powder for laundromat downstairs (pay by app which was easy to download. There is a second wifi network you can get from the concierge but they don’t speak English). Concierge very helpful :) Perfect location - in the same street as great restaurants, Bars, cafes, street art and the Saint Lucia park. We had wine flights and were home within 2 mins of walking. Easy check in - the management contact you in advance for payment online via credit card or PayPal. Once paid you’ll get instructions about the apartment and how to access. Good wifi - FaceTime with our family back in Oz with flawless connection

Not much but some notes for those who may find it helping: 1) Pillows and bed were soft but this is personal preference - husband liked the pillows. 2) If you are a light sleeper the Lasterria neighbourhood is not for you - it was perfect for us. We just shut the doors and slept soundly.

Comfortable and quiet apartment with all facilities that you require. Excellent location in heart of Barria Lastarria. Convenient for resturants, shops, cafes and bars, central location and easy walk to city center, Bellavista, trains and most tourist spots in Santiago. Extremely good value for money.

Can't fault this place.

The apartment is located in the heart of Lastarria where there is a constant buzz and excitement in the street. Just outside, on the street, there are cafes and ice cream at one end, and Cerro Santa Lucia at the other. In the barrio you will find street vendors, excellent restaurants, convenience stores and bars. We couldn't believe our luck - we had a fabulous time. The apartment is really good, and the 24hr concierge adds to the feeling of safety. The laundry is in level -1. You will have to download the Prontopay-chile app (QR code on the wall). It tries to geolocate the laundry but fails. After some attempts it will ask for manual entry of a code. Do this upstairs where you have really good signal or wifi, don't waste time doing it in the laundry, it will fail. You can get the code . from the concierge. For us it was: pmt043, all lower case. It only registered upstairs. Then you add funds to your account and use the machines. We had a great time in the apartment, Lastarria and Santiago. We would definitely come back here again.

Location is charming for first time tourists, near attractions, apartment is clean and comfortable. Host is flexible and responsive. Check in process is easy and apartment felt very safe.

Not huge issues, just note: Although host provided detergent, the laundry was not in apartment and requires downloading of an app. Hot water is limited.

The location is excellent. The host Chris went far and beyond to help me. The apartment has everything one needs. A freestanding aircon in the lounge and a freestanding fan in the bedroom. The bed is so comfortable and I love the pillows. I arrived early in the morning so he let me in early without charge. He helped me with my washing as I can’t read the instructions being in Spanish. He even put my washing in the dryer before he left the building. Thank you Chris for making my stay an enjoyable one.

The property is in a wonderful location. Juliette balcony overlooking a lovely street with cafes, gelato shops. Extremely clean and pretty apartment. The host is very attentive and prompt.

It didn’t bother us at all but later in the evening it could get quite loud as people left the various establishments and walked the streets.

It felt like our home.

A small but cosy and comfy apartment in a fantastic location. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed to make a simple meal. The street has many great restaurants, bars and cafes.

Bathroom was very dated and needs a bit of attention. AC wasn’t really AC, but a big tube thing that you have to put outside.
