מקום מושלם על החוף דירה גדולה נקייה וחדשה עם מיזוג ומטבח מאובזר . המקום סגור עם חניה פרטית יש יציאה לים מהדירה והים מושלם . 5 קמ מהחופים המפורסמים אבל לדעתי החופים יפים יותר ליד הדירה.

חסר מראה גדולה ורשתות ליתושים זה הכל לא קריטי

We had an awesome stay. Kids love the place.

Pans could be of better quality. Else everything was okay.

The location was right next to the beach with a sea view. There were beautiful beaches in close proximity. It was within walking distance of a good local restaurant - Hidden Paradise - as well as two convenience stores. The apartment was well equipped and spacious.

You need a car to get to main shopping areas and attractions.

Maravilloso apartamento, amplio, limpio y en un lugar inmejorable, alejado del bullicio y con salida directa a la playa. Tiene todas las comodidades y está decorado con mucho estilo, La terraza es una delicia. El anfitrión facita toda la información de forma clara. Sin duda totalmente recomendable!

Het was nog groter dan we dachten. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie tuin en je loopt meteen een prachtig strand op. De kamers waren netjes en luxe. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad

Het appartement had iets schoner gekund. Maar dit kwam voornamelijk door de personen die eerder in het appartement waren geweest.

Très bon emplacement et explications très claires pour récupérer la location en autonomie. Le logement est très grand et les différents espaces sont bien organisés.Peu de monde dans la résidence .Nous avons eu la piscine pour nous la plupart du temps.Très sécurisé et dans une région de l'île calme et authentique. Proche de plages magnifiques comme trou aux bîches .Il vaut mieux, cependant avoir une voiture.

Il manque un peu de matériel pour la cuisine lorsqu'on est une famille de 5. Nous n'avons jamais réussi à utiliser la TV en français et le compte netflix n'était pas accessible avec notre abonnement.

Superbe endroit en front de mer, apartement spacieux. Propre et moderne. Nous voyagions avec un bébé et ils nous ont donné un lit enfant et une chaise bébé. Séjour parfait de 9 nuits.

Appartamento moderno, spazioso e ben arredato. Dotato di tutti i principali elettrodomestici. L'appartamento è all'interno di un piccolo complesso con piscina privata ed un cancello per l'accesso alla spiaggia. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Junaid è sempre pronto ad assistere per ogni necessità.

Everything was perfect

Excellent location, great that there was parking. Lots of space for the 5 of us. Highly recommend. We loved the apartment and hope to stay here again next time we come to Mauritius.

The only niggle was for our group it would have been helpful to have had access to more cutlery and mugs. Most things we needed in the kitchen were provided so this was the only thing that would have made our stay even better than it already was.

- Der Pool war super, aber Zugang zum Pool nur durch die Wohnungstür möglich - Parkplatz war vorhanden - Schöner Strandspaziergang möglich, auch Schwimmen im Meer, aber Zugang etwas schwierig - Sauberkeit - Küchenausstattung ausreichend - elektrische Jalousien draußen auf der Terrasse waren komfortabel

- Nur nebenan das Hotelrestaurant zum Dinner vorhanden - Supermarkt schlecht zu erreichen - In den kleinen Badezimmern war keine Ablage am Waschbecken vorhanden, weil innerhalb des Raums 2! Glastüren waren! Die zur Toilette ist total überflüssig und nervig.

Sehr gut ausgestattete neue, moderne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Zugang Meer. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum tollen, sehr großen Pool und den Strand. Drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Alle Badezimmer hatten Fenster nach draußen. Das "Hauptschlafzimmer" hat auch direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und Meerblick. Technisch alles auf dem neusten Stand: Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren, sehr schnelles WLAN/Internetzugang, moderne Elektrogeräte, etc. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Junaid der uns perfekt betreut hat und immer für uns erreichbar war. Danke auch für die Möglichkeit des sehr frühen check-in um 10.00 Uhr ganz ohne zusätzliche Kosten!

The property is quite suitable for families who are looking for a home away from their own. It is a staff-less facility...that means you are on our own.. but no worries, the host Mr. Junaid is always in touch with you thru whatsapp for any help /doubts. Swimming pool is awesome and the beach outside the property is amazing. Had a peaceful stay!!!

Spacious apartment with all amenities for a short or long stay by the beach. Responsive and helpful host. Far better value for money than a decent hotel in or around the area.

The apartment complex was practically unoccupied . On the first night the fire alarm started ringing because it was malfunctioning. As there was no caretaker on the site , even after we informed the owner and the caretaker came to rectify for a full hour the alarm kept on blaring. Good thing was it happened when we were around rather than say when kids were alone at the apartment. So this made us uncomfortable at the idea of leaving kids alone ina complex of 12 apartments where no one else was staying.

The apartment is spacious and furniture was cozy. It had everything we needed ( fully equipped kitchen, towels, soap, washer, dishwasher and their soap. Towels and when we asked for extras, they gave us. Swimming pool was amazing and easy beach access.

Lots of ants in bathrooms. Also in the outdoor balcony .. we couldn’t sit on the coaches outdoors because of ants. It would be great if they provided slippers. The chick out time is early (at 11 o’clock)

Absolutely fantastic place – highly recommended! Our stay was simply perfect. The location is amazing – right by a stunning beach with breathtaking sunsets. It’s also just a short walk to a charming village with little shops and places to eat. For larger shopping trips, it’s only a short drive or bus ride away. The accommodation itself was pure luxury – incredibly spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. For us, luxury doesn't mean a hotel with services, but rather a private unit with its own entrance, garden, and everything you need – and this place delivered exactly that. The ocean was incredible – right in front of the property there's a beautiful coral reef, making it a perfect spot for snorkeling. The host was exceptional – communication was excellent, and he was always quick to help and offer advice. A lovely bonus is the beautifully maintained complex, complete with gardens and an amazing pool. We recommend this place, and if we ever return to Mauritius, this is where we’ll be staying again!

Not enough kitchen equipment it just needs more cooking pans, storage/tupperware items, tin opener. Bit tight on storage for non chilled food items but overall a lovely apartment

Truly amazing place, right at the beachfront with a big swimming pool in a common area. Apartment felt like home! Fully equipped kitchen with some goodies waiting for us was a very nice gesture which made our arrival even better. Also a big plus was to have a washing machine there. Absolutely loved the boho style decor of the apartment. Hopefully one day I will return to this place of tranquility :)

Everything is on point

There is no standing mirror. Which is very important for the females. That was the only thing lacking.

A comparison. We rented 3 different apartments in Mauritius an this one was the best by far. A- 2 bedroom Condo -Villa Ibiza - for €300,10* for 3 nights in Troux d'Eau douce - rate 8. B- Ocean Point Beachfront Residences - Apartment A1 - for €287,28* for 3 nights in pointe aux piments - rate 11. C- Modern Apartment by the sea - for €328,17* for 4 nights in Tamarin - rate 6. *Prices include various discounts. They all rate great on indoor and outdoor space, facilities, equipment, WiFi, private parking, etc. This apartment (Ocean Point Beachfront Residences - Apartment A1) was the best by far. First of all the welcome package was incredible. Cokes in the fridge, tea, coffee, milk, bread, noodles, crisps, chocolates, macadamia nuts, bottled water. No hotel will provide this.  The apartment is new and very modern and you will lack nothing. Except maybe for a larger pot for cooking and a cutting board. There is a fan on the terrace to keep you cool and keep some of the mozzies away. 3 bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathroom and toilet. Huge living room/kitchen. Contact with the friendly host Junaid was very easy. Housekeeping will make sure you can enjoy your holiday. This would certainly be our first choice if we were to visit Mauritius again.
