Beachfront Apartment Ocean Point

Appartement neuf et très grand, bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge,...), 3 chambres et 3 salles de douche, clim partout et silencieuse, plage et mer (où l'on peut nager) juste en face, 2 parkings sécurisés. Douches qui ne debordent pas partout dans la salle de bains et jet puissant. A côté du Méridien et du Victoria beachcomber. Vue mer depuis le balcon mais aussi depuis une chambre. Nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule. Intermarché à 20 min de route vers Pamplemousse.

Apartament jest bardzo przestronny i komfortowy. Składa się z trzech dużych sypialni, z których każda ma własną łazienkę. Do dyspozycji jest również duży salon, jadalnia oraz taras. Dodatkowym atutem są dwa prywatne miejsca parkingowe. Całe osiedle jest ogrodzone i zamykane, dzięki czemu przez cały pobyt czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony i świetnie sprawdzi się dla większej rodziny lub grupy znajomych.

Bezpośrednio obok apartamentu znajduje się oczyszczalnia ścieków, o której nie było żadnej informacji w opisie obiektu. Intensywny odór praktycznie uniemożliwiał korzystanie z tarasu oraz otwieranie okien. Dodatkowo przez większość naszego pobytu nad apartamentem oraz w sąsiednich lokalach prowadzone były intensywne prace budowlane. Hałas młotów i innych narzędzi był tak duży, że często nie mogliśmy odpoczywać nawet wewnątrz apartamentu i byliśmy zmuszeni szukać spokojniejszych miejsc poza obiektem. Uważam, że tak istotne informacje powinny być zawarte w opisie obiektu, aby goście mogli świadomie podjąć decyzję o rezerwacji.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage war super, alles sehr organisiert und einfach zu handhaben. Die Kommunikation mit Viktor war sehr einfach.

Nádherná terasa a celkově skvělé vybavení celého apartmánu. Každý pokoj měl svou koupelnu. Vše bylo krásně čisté. V případě jakéhokoliv dotazu majitel ihned reagoval a byl velice milý. Bazén nádherný a velký.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Pointe aux Piments. The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The balcony offered gorgeous sunset views. There’s a nice pool right next to the beach, perfect for relaxing. The beach itself is good for walking, and the location is convenient—close to the north for access to other, better swimming beaches. Overall, a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Perfect location for families with kids (as ours), calm, no crowds around. Clean. Good for travelling to other places (by car).

This is very difficult to rate as the apartment is fantastic, spacious, clean, comfortable and very well-equipped, overlooking the ocean and pool (also superb). Moreover, Victor was very quick and responsive to any request we had.

There is only one negative point but that is really a temendous drawback, namely the drainage and organic solvent smells perceptible on the balcony and pool area coming from the workshop next door. The estate property owners and authorities are aware of this and apparently trying to resolve it but until this is successful I unfortunately cannot give the apartment the highest acclaim it deserves.

Sehr modern ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung, großer Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und bekommt immer Hilfe wenn notwendig.

Der Strand ist eher schmal. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants, man muss also ins nächste Dorf für Einkäufe - ist für Selbstversorger etwas umständlich.

prostorná terasa. Plně vybavený byt. Parkovací místo pro dvě auta v uzavřeném areálu pod dohledem bezpečnostní agentury. Velký a čistý bazén. Obchod s nápoji, pochutinami a suvenýry 100 metrů od bytu. Výtah.

V lokalitě nejsou žádné restaurace kam by se dalo dojít pešky. Velký supermarket je 15 min jízdy autem.

Location was perfect, next to beach. Had a good clean swimming pool, parking for 2 cars. Room was provided with all amenities including towels, kitchen appliances and even some food items. Owner was very responsive, we had issue with wifi on first day and he resolved it quickly.

Host was available whenever I messaged him. Cleaner came in and checked on me the day after I arrived. Loved the views, loved the quiet. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely look it up again when I come back to Mauritius.

Lights at the pool were not working, so I couldn't swim at night as it was too dark, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Lovely clean big space with the best views.

Would be good to have some coffee sachets or tea for when guests arrive.
