Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos über WhatsApp. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Hilfe angeboten. Der abendliche Sonnenuntergang und der Pool sind ein Traum.

Grundsätzlich war alles sauber. In der Küche musste leider nochmal einiges in den Geschirrspüler.

Bird mess not wiped off sun loungers at beginning of the day. The sofa in the apartment as well as outdoor chair cushions on balcony are grubby and should be replaced. One of the aircon units in living area did not work

The location of the apartment is excellent. We loved being so close to a swimming beach. The swimming pool on the property is beautiful. The apartment is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Communication from the owner, Rajesh, was excellent. We absolutely loved our stay!

It’s best location, everything around the property, Exactly same whatever you can see in photos. It’s safe also. Very nice and clean swimming pool. Parking and garden are safe and clean. Instructions given by owner also perfect and on time. No stress and no hassle. Thank you so much.

Well-presented property, well-maintained grounds and swimming pool, with easy access to the beach. Neighbours were quiet, plenty of parking (allocated) and friendly maintenance staff. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully kitted out with everything we needed, including a utility room - great for families on a swimming holiday!

Damp smell in the utility room which permeated through to the rest of the flat. Disappeared when windows were open and can probably be addressed by checking the plumbing in that room.

Große Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon und Meerblick. Der Poolbereich und der Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen waren gut gepflegt. Alle drei Schlafräume haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es war ruhig und sicher.

Das Sofa war abgenutzt und hat die großzügige Atmosphäre im Wohnzimmer verschlechtert. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Kinderbett herum. Außerdem waren kleine Ameisen in der Küche, wahrscheinlich wegen der Zuckerdose. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche hat ein Gecko gewohnt, war aber selten zu sehen 😊

Excellent location, walk straight onto the beach, great sized pool, only downside is that as it is a dark colour, it gets very warm by midday - great swimming early and late though. The development was pretty quiet throughout our stay, only 3 out of 15 units occupied, so almost as good as having it all to yourselves. Close to all the necessary amenities, a great noodle shack almost next door.

As is often the case, a few basics could be better, for example, the bowls provided are very small and there are only 4 in an apartment intended for 6 and there were no tall glasses. The fans did not work on arrival, as the power circuit had tripped, and the batteries in 3 of the aircon remotes had to be replaced. All minor things. The only slightly bigger issue has a very foul blocked drain smell that pervaded the development for 3 days. It turned out to be something to do with the resort next door and the manner they have waste water removed, but really not pleasant out at the pool or on the balcony.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Point Beach Front apartment with absolutely breathtaking sunset views over the ocean, and let me tell you, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the apartment, I was greeted with a sense of serenity and luxury. First and foremost, the location is simply unbeatable. Waking up to the sight of the ocean stretching out before me and being able to witness the stunning sunsets right from the comfort of the apartment was truly a privilege. The views alone would have been enough to make my stay unforgettable, but the apartment itself was equally impressive. (and the pool is lovely too!) The interior design was impeccable, with a modern contemporary style that exuded elegance and sophistication. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, from the sleek furniture to the tasteful decor accents. It was a space that felt both stylish and comfortable, a perfect retreat after a day spent exploring the beach. Most importantly, it was quiet! In terms of amenities, the apartment was incredibly well-appointed. Everything I could possibly need was provided for, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathroom fixtures. The level of cleanliness was also exceptional, with the apartment sparkling from top to bottom. I also have to give a special mention to the on-site agent (Yash), who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay (but without being intrusive). In conclusion, I cannot recommend this Ocean Point apartment highly enough. From the stunning views to the stylish decor to the exceptional level of cleanliness and service, every aspect of my stay was simply flawless. If you're looking for a truly unforgettable beach getaway, look no further than this beautiful apartment.

That my stay wasn't longer!

The property is in an excellent location, quiet area but close enough to Balaclava/Turtle Bay beaches and Northern beaches by car. The apartment is impeccable, beautiful pool and stunning sunset views from the main bedroom, lounge area and terrace. The three en-suite bedrooms have comfortable beds and quality linen. I recommend this property without any reservations. I have stayed at four places in Mauritius, for reference, and this has been the best overall experience.

A shower on the pool would be great. Especially after the beach.

The communication from the host from the day of arrival was exceptional. The property is secure, with a security guard on site. The apartment is clean and overlooks the ocean. Its well-kept with modern finishings. All bedrooms are ensuite and there is a powder room for visitors. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and pots and pans if your stay is on a tight budget. Eating out all the time can get expensive.

It would be nice to have square to round adapters to cater for guests that have tech that would need this. A full-length mirror would also be a nice add on. Overall, everything was great!
