Le faltan muchas cosas que por mi experiencia y el precio que he pagado debería tener un alojamiento de esta categoría, no tiene cafetera, ni tostadora, ni microondas, escasísimo menaje de cocina. Que la habitación de arriba esté abierta es un poco incómodo

La ubicación en pleno centro de Oslo y acceso a pie a lo mas relevante a visitar. El apartamento es.acogedor y muy practico. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Oslo unos dias. La atencion e información recibida por la anfitriona es muy clara.

La cama que esta en el piso de arriba no es accesible para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. El baño es algo pequeño pero da el servicio.

Comme nous n'avions pas de connexion internet avant d'intégrer le logement, nous n'avions pas pu recevoir la procédure d'entrée dans l'appartement. Ces informations nous sont parvenues seulement le lendemain. Il a donc fallu téléphoner à plusieurs reprises et ce n'était vraiment pas évident. Il faudrait préciser aussi qu'une des chambres est en mezzanine au dessus du salon avec un escalier très raide pour monter ce qui peut handicaper certaines personnes.

Great location and a modern apartment. However while it’s mentioned as 2 bedroom, one bed is in the loft with steep narrow stairs. Also AC is only central for ventilation.

Poor arrangement of basic facilities - no tea, coffee and the owner refused to acknowledge that these are standard provisions. No Microwave(only an oven). Even bath soap was missing. The clothes cupboard has no shelves. Not a single hook or jacket hangers anywhere.

Good communication from the host. The unit is clean and there is plenty to do within just a few blocks of the building. The building felt very safe, even if the hallways were bare bones.

On warmer summer days, having some air movement can make the unit more comfortable at night. The description says there is air conditioning, but despite adjusting the thermostat when we arrived, it did not really change the temperature even after 24 hours. Having some fans to help with air flow would be nice.

Nette kleine Wohnung sehr nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Oper/Akershus festning/Tjuvholmen gelegen, kleiner Balkon in den Innenhof, der bei Traumwetter viel genutzt wurde.

Badezimmer etwas umgeräumig, Küchenausstattung eher spärlich.

Excellent location, near shops, restaurants and attractions. Very spacious with good heating. Great apartment if you plan to eat out must meals.

This place could easily be a 10 if a few additions were made. 4 dinner plates would be nice, hooks to hang towels in bathroom, coffee pods for machine. Be aware it is 1 bedroom and a loft with steep staircase. More suited to a family if 4 with older children. Would not suit 2 couples or family with young children.

Un manque criant d'équipement : il manque des verres, des assiettes, des couverts Il n'y a qu'une poêle qui colle et une toute petite marmite Tellement dommage par rapport au logement pas de micro onde non plus Pas de dosettes de café avec la cafetière Autre point noir mais qui n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement : ne louer pas de voiture si vous restez sur Oslo. Le stationnement y est hors de prix

Great location close to opera house and harbour and good shops / restaurants Nice spacious living area.

Just needed a few more kitchen things (glasses, cups etc). Also a very small bathroom for 4 adults.

The apartment is very Comfortable and clean, although it is above pub and cafes, it’s quiet, the sound proofing works very well. Location is very good, we walked to the opera house, Munch exhibitions, central station. There are lifts in the building, but there are few steps when you walk into the building before reaching to the lift, it might be a little huddle if you have heavy luggages.

The location could not be any better, right in the city center. The check in process was easy once we received the detailed instructions while in a taxi on the way to the property. The keys are easily retrieved win a PIN code at the cashier at a convenient store about a 2 minute walk around the corner from the apartment. The keys get returned to the same place upon departure. The apartment was a nice size with a view of the courtyard. We liked that it had a washing machine. We appreciated the host allowed us to access the apartment 30 minutes before the designated check in time.

Communication from the host was slower than we would have liked. We travel 4 to 5 months per year and this was our 16th accommodation on our current 90 day trip through the Nordic countries. We like to know in advance what to expect when we arrive at a new accommodation, will we be meeting someone or will it be a self check in. In this case we did not have any idea how the check in would work until I got a reply to a message informing the host that we were in the taxi from the airport on the way to the property. My inquiry a few days before arrival acknowledged our requested check in time but did not address my specific question was to whether we would be meeting someone of doing a self check in. Supplies in the shower included a near empty watered down bottle of shampoo and an empty bottle of conditioner. There was only a single roll of TP in the bathroom with no spares. Because of its location, size and decor this place could easily be a 10 out of 10 perfect apartment with a bit more attention to customer service and providing reasonable supplies like we typically expect in both hotels and apartment rentals.

Fabulous location, stunning apartment in an amazing building. Great facilities - plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Washing powder, bin bags and dishwasher tabs provided.

No instructions sent for checking in and collecting the key from the nearby supermarket. No information in apartment about how the dishwasher works, temperature control etc. A small thing but only three bowls for a family of four

Too few cups and glasses, would have enjoyed a toaster (not essential). A BIG thank you though for the coffee capsules, absolutely appreciated this!

Fabulous apartment in a great location.

The location was great. Close to transport and shops and restaurants

We had 4 people staying and only 3 bowls, 3 glasses, 3 coffee cups. So we had to wash up a dish before someone else could eat or drink. It would have been great with 6 - 8 bowls do you could save water and stack the dishwasher

Location was excellent.

I was surprised by the hallway corridor area, it was very institutional like. The apartment itself was very nice, but we were all a bit taken aback when opening the door to the hallway. There were no towels provided beyond one bath towel per guest. No towel to dry dishes and no hand towel in bathroom. Also the bathroom was rather small and there was no place to hang any towels. There was a clothes drying rack though so we hung our bath towels on that. For a family it worked well but I think for two couples would have not been very comfortable.

Fantastic location, close to restaurants, shops, trams and buses. 10min walk to waterfront. Clean, spacious apartment. Felt very secure.

Not set up for self catering. Full kitchen but no saucepans, only 4 sets cutlery, glasses and mugs. Mismatched dinner plates. No oven gloves or tea towel. 2nd bedroom is a mezzanine and fully visible and audible from the lounge/diner. This should be mentioned in the description on booking.com. Needs some drawers or shelving so clothes can be unpacked. Huge wardrobes would easily accommodate some more practical storage

Fantastic apartment in a good location, easily accessible on foot from Oslo Central Station and near to Karl Johans Gate where the shopping belt and Christmas Market is. The apartment is well furnished and sleeps our family of 4 comfortably! Many eating places and grocery shops nearby. Host was responsive too! :)
