Reviewed Sep 15, 2026- Lage (von Sulzano aus ist man schnell an den schönen Orten des Iseosees) - Parkplatz on site - Gasherd und Waschmaschine - Pool zum abkühlen - zwei gratis Wasserflaschen - einfaches Recycling
- Möbel und Ausstattung eher minderwertig (v.a. in der Küche), manche Lichtschalter hatten irgendwie keine Funktion und man hatte das Gefühl, es passt nichts zusammen - nicht sauber: Krümel auf dem Esstisch, Flecken auf dem Bettlaken, Geschirr in den Schränken klebrig - hellhöriges Haus - insgesamt haben wir uns nicht wirklich wohlgefühlt

Reviewed Aug 2, 2024Der Standort, Randlage von Sulzano, war gut und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist soweit mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Das Grundstück ist gesichert mit einem Elektronisch verriegelt Tor und Video - Überwacht. Der Aussen Bereich lädt zum sonnenbaden und entspannen ein...
Das gesamte Möbiliar gibt den Eindruck von gesammelten Sperrmüll wieder. Die Küche ist das beste Beispiel... Türen mit falschen Beschlägen, sodas sich diese nicht schliessen lassen, wobei dieselben teilweise stark beschädigt sind. Töpfe und Pfannen würden ich in Verbindung mit dem Gasherd nicht benutzen! Die Pfanne ist verbogen, mit viel zu kleinen Rand. Hier kann heissen Fett auslaufen, Brandgefahr! Beim Schlafsofa ist eine Querstrebe abgerissen. Die Dusche könnte auch etwas Chlor vertragen... Der kleine Aussen Pool ist zwar gut gemeint, aber unbenutzbar...Man kommt zwar rein aber sehr schlecht wieder raus. Wasser wird vermutlich gereinigt aber die Bekenrandverkkeidung (Innenseite) ist stark verschimmelt. Dieser fällt dann ins Wasser, wenn man diese hochklappt...Der kleine Whirlpool ist auch nett gemeint, aber gab nach 10 Minuten den Geist auf...
