The property was clean, beautifully put together, and just an absolute delight. Perfect aesthetic being next to the Mayan temples. Couldn’t beat the price either. The staff was very helpful and the outdoor restaurant and bar was charming and impressive.

Alles! Lage direkt neben den Ruinen. Die beiden Pools. Das Restaurant. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage. Viele Echsen auf dem Grundstück 🙂

La comida es regular, sobretodo en el cuidado en la preparacion y podrian mejorar la calidadnde los ingredientes. Laneelacion calidad precio no es la mejor

Emplacement exceptionnel juste en face des ruines d'Uxmal : donc pas besoin de payer le parking. Hôtel exceptionnel avec ses 2 grandes piscines. Nous avions une très belle chambre, spacieuse, confortable avec une petite terrasse devant pour profiter le soir. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très agréable. Nous avons pu tranquillement visiter tous les sites de la Ruta Puuc ainsi que la Ruta de Los Conventos. Petit déjeuner très bien, parfait, consistant et servi avec soin.

El servicio para llegar al hotel desde Maxcanú, es inexistente y los servicios de taxi son superiores en precio que la estancia en el lodge. Deberían tener mejor conectividad si uno no llega en vehículo propio.

Obsługa w recepcji - recepcjonistka rejestruje bez słowa, bez słowa zmieniła mój pokój z dwoma łóżkami pojedynczymi na łóżko małżeńskie, dowiedziałem się dopiero idąc do pokoju; więc pokój z dwoma łóżkami jest droższy niż z jednym małżeńskim - nie dostałem rekompensaty.

Le dîner et le petit déjeuner ne sont pas bons: du mauvais assemblage ! Les plats arrivent tellement vite que la cuisine est bâclée ! La salle de bain complètement obsolète

We had a wonderful stay in the lodge, great location and very friendly personnel. Highlight of our stay (besides Uxmal itself and the pools) was the tour around the haciënda and picking eggs before breakfast.

Location is very good net to the ruins. The choco museum is also very nice. The pools are big and the breakfast was nice.

Beautiful resort feel with multiple pools, palm trees, and clusters of buildings instead of one large hotel. Our was spacious and comfortable.

We were there during the off season so the pace of the service was a little off. Also, we had the hotel wash some of our laundry which was VERY expensive (like $95 for a medium sized laundry bag!)

Très bon séjour. Lieu exceptionnel, dépaysement total. Nous avons pu profiter des deux piscines dans un cadre magnifique. Le personnel est très attentif à votre bien être (aide pour les bagages, cocktail de bienvenue, petites attentions etc...) Chambre propre, confortable conforme aux photos avec des produits d'accueil locale dans la chambre (savon, café, produits de toilette...) Excellent petit déjeuner complet jus de fruits boisson chaude fruits pain oeufs pancakes etc.... Nous avons dîné à 4 au restaurant le soir. Nous avons tous apprécié nos plats! Prix correct et produits de qualité! Parking avec de nombreux stationnement facile d'accès. La localisation de l'établissement est vraiment top, a seulement quelques mètres du site archéologique et du musée choco story.

Juste un détail, réception pas très bien indiqué à partir du parking de l'hôtel. Nous avons un peu tourné en rond avec nos valises ;-)

Inmitten von Bäumen und Natur. Vogelgezwitscher und sonst Ruhe. Verschiedene Pools und direkt neben dem Eingang zur Maya Stätte Uxmal. Das Zimmer verfügte über 3 Betten und einem grossen Bad sowie einem Kühlschrank.

Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel. Zudem hatten wir Insekten im Zimmer. Die Moskitonetze hatten Löcher. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten. Die Preise im Restaurant sind sehr teuer. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Hay 2 piscinas, muy bien porque asi no se atosiga el espacio Los espacios muy grandes Aire acondicionado en la habitacion + agua potable que traen cada dia Desayuno muy completo y bueno , si pides pueden llevarte a dar una vuelta a la granja la verdad es que es muy interesante

No estaria de mas poner alguna amaca mas, habia 4 en total para toda la pedazo piscina que habia :) pero en general todo muy muy bien

Uitermate vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig hotel, unieke plek in de jungle, prachtige gebouwen en zeer goed onderhouden locatie. Recht over de toegang tot de Maya site van Uxmal, de tempel ligt op letterlijk 5 minuten van je hotelkamer. Uiterst hygiënisch ook, en lekker eten in het restaurant. Mexicaans ontbijt zeer degelijk.

Dichtbij Uxmal ruïnes. Letterlijk binnen paar minuten lopen. Kamer en bed waren prima.

Veel vogel poep overal. Hotel heeft beste tijd gehad. Prima voor 1 nacht. Weinig respons van de personnel in de restaurant op onze vragen. Alsof alles te veel was. Natuurlijk erg veel last van mosquitos maar dat hoort erbij in de jungle.

We love The Lodge! It's a paradise to visit. Highly recommended! Also, what birdsong in the morning. Incredible! Good food in the restaurant. Also only 200 m to the entrance of Uxmal. Better to have more days here than in Chichén Itzà. We actually went here twice! That says it all, right?

Emplacement à l'entrée de uxmal. Le personnel est adorable. Les 2 piscines très rafraîchissante. Super petit déjeuner compris dans le prix le matin. Grande chambre et propre.

Le restaurant le soir cher et vraiment pas bon trop gras. Chambres qui ont des volets en bois pas de réel fermeture fenêtre hermétique ce qui fait qu'en période chaude la climatisation à dû mal à rafraîchir la chambre et est très bruyante.

Great location to Uxmal

Only one outlet in the bedroom, terrible tv connection & few selections on the restaurant menu (which was expensive).

The staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. The access to the ruins is a plus. The visit to the Chocolate museum, a first-class exhibit, was an unexpected highlight.

The transportation from Tren Maya is a problem.

Great location right across the street from the entrance to Uxmal. The pool that we went in (and there were two that I saw) was nice and refreshing. The restaurant was good as well, we had dinner and breakfast there. It's an older facility but fine for a one night stay. Also a 3 minute walk to the Chocolate Museo which is worth a visit.

Our room was on the end and it was large but there isn't a glass window on the end so you cab hear the road noise. I don't know if the other rooms have the same lack of windows so ear plugs are recommended. Also we had a large spa tub which is difficult to step in and out of.

Ich mag weiche Betten, aber das hier geht entschieden zu weit. Und wenn man dann nachts aufwacht und riesige Ameisen über einen krabbeln ist die Nacht vorbei. Und das einzige das ich in solch einer Unterkunft möchte ist ein erholsamer Schlaf. Übrigens war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und ans Telefon ging auch niemand. Das Essen im Restaurant ist wie das Frühstück einfallslos und der Weißwein warm. Unser Dinner startete relativ gepflegt und ruhig und uns wurde mitgeteilt dass das Restaurant um 21 Uhr schließt. Man hatte allerdings vergessen zu sagen dass ab 20 Uhr ein Buffet aufgebaut wird und ganze Reisebusladungen das Restaurant in eine Kantine verwandeln. Auf dem ganzen Gelände darf man nicht rauchen, wie fast überall so üblich in Mexiko. Allerdings raucht das Personal ganz ungeniert überall.

Un superbe cadre tout proche de l’entrée des ruines d’Uxmal, très pratique pour visiter tôt le matin. Des espaces extérieurs avec piscines magnifiques et agréables. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et sympathique. La chambre est propre.

La chambre pour 4 est peut être un peu petite pour le prix (les lits doubles sont étroits). Le réfrigérateur serait moins dérangeant dans la salle de bain.

The location was excellent, short waking distance from Uxmal ,the staff was very friendly and kind and the breakfast was really good but pricey.

The beds were really uncomfortable, the bathroom was old and had moldy, we did not had a phone to communicate with reception, the tv was old and we could not figure out how to make it work.

Très compliqué d’avoir de l’eau chaude. Lieu isolé Hôtel vieillissant qui vit sur son emplacement. Nous avons demandé à annuler une de nos deux nuits . Réponse positive lors de notre départ et nous n’avons jamais été remboursé. Très mauvaise gestion. Une fois de plus booking n’est pas correct

The hotel grounds are gorgeous, you are literally in a resort in the jungle, steps away from mayan ruins. The breakfast is great and the dinners are just okay. The staff is very friendly! The facility is so incredibly cool. This is a great place to stay if you need a home base to explore Ruta Puuc or want an adventure you won't forget!

Hôtel très bien situé juste en face du site d’Uxmal. Idéal pour faire la visite à l’ouverture après un délicieux petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est typique et très propre. Deux belles piscines. Très bon accueil.

First night had a room with a toilet that would not flush. Second night had a room with no hot water in the shower.

Location. 2 minutes walk from Uxmal. Everything was okay.

It was a little run down. Things looked untidy and a little dirty. But weren’t. It needs a bit of tlc.

L’emplacement idéal pour la visite des ruines. Le petit déjeuner fabuleux, les repas au restaurant tout autant succulents La piscine, le cadre naturel de l’hôtel. Le personnel très gentil et attentionné.... encore merci à Bersain pour son aide pour nous faciliter notre arrivée depuis la gare du train Maya de Maxcanù.

Notre arrivée à l’hôtel complètement râtée... la réceptionniste galopait devant nous sans se retourner dans les couloirs et escaliers pour nous montrer notre chambre.... nous suivions avec difficulté derrière avec les bagages... Dommage qu’il y avait aucune aide !! Chambres très sombres.

C’est un lieu propice à la détente avec une belle piscine, un très bon restaurant et un service impeccable. J’ai adoré le site qui est splendide.

Pas assez de savon, tres tres humide dans la chambre, il faudrait un déshumudificateur. Petit déjeuner a la carte et tres limité. Les jus de fruits sont coupés a l'eau.. Mauvais Wi-Fi Prix tres cher par rapport aux autres hotels de meme standing au Yucatan Chambre 2B store cassé et serrure difficile a ouvrir.

The Mayan style and nature details; the people is very nice and kind.

The landrovers that cross in front. They are noisy, unpleasant, and smoky. They shouldn't be on the road, much less in front of the restaurant and the ruins; they violate Mexican environmental laws and regulations.

I appreciated the consistently kind, attentive, and most hospitable staff who are all from local Maya communities nearby. The hotel rooms are reflective of the traditional Maya home architecture that gives the feeling of being immersed in nature while very comfortable and protected. The location is unbeatable -- a few steps from Uxmal.

The best possible overnight location to be at the entrance gates of Uxmal ruins at 8am and gain entry to the wonderful site with only a handful of other visitors present. To be among the first wandering about before all the tour buses arrive is a privilege- this is a beautiful site well worth the journey. The lodge is very pretty, the staff excellent and the room very comfortable . The hotel can organise a private guide in any language required and a couple of minutes walk from the hotel restaurant takes you to the entrance kiosk.
