Мне было максимально комфортно и тихо. Был общий холл между номерами, но никого там практически не было. А вид из окна просто шикарный. Если буду в Хошимине снова, то обязательно выберу это место.

К сожалению, я приехал ночью, а заселение только в 14:00. Но это моя проблема, я подстроился..

Tous les équipements mis à disposition pour une chambre seule. Bouilloire, frigo, clim, petit bureau, sèche cheveux et la grande puce à partager avec la terrasse vue sur la ville. Très calme. Le lit deux places. La réactivité de l'hôte.

Le matelas. Il doit être à ressort. C'est moins confortable. Et cela fait un peu de bruit.

Booked for 1 night and extended. Would have stayed longer if it wasn’t booked out. Roosters craft beer is 10 min walk, decent gym for 70k is 10 min walk over the bridge. Beautiful views and super clean.

The views are amazing!! Great location in a cozy neighbourhood with great coffee shops and craft beer places. The place is a 4 bedroom house/apartment with each room having a private bathroom and kitchenette. Then there’s a communal washing machine, kitchen with microwaves, toilet, balcony, dining table and couch. Place was super comfy, quiet and clean. We extended our stay and only left because it was booked out. The views, I’m still obsessed with.

Исключительно позитивные и радостные эмоции. Нам повезло и мы пожили практически во всех комнатах 🥳. Совет путешественникам: старайтесь бронировать заранее - больше выбор комнат. но если поездка скорая, то вот как поступили мы: при бронировании мы сокращали даты пребывания по 1-2 дня и видели больше вариантов. И например, на первый день бронировали одну комнату, на второй день другую и так далее. Обязательно хотя-бы 1 день поживите в комнатах с видом на реку и небоскрёбы - это очень красиво 😍

This is a perfect place for a short-term stay. The room is located in an apartment building, making it safe and easily accessible. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a desk, a small refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The shared bathroom was also clean, with the toilet and shower in separate areas, which made it more convenient to use. The self-check-in process was simple and hassle-free. I was able to access the property using a door code, which made check-in very convenient.

The only thing I found a bit unusual was the layout. There was no kitchen or bathroom sink, but there was a kitchen sink installed inside the room. Since the room was quite small, it didn’t seem practical to prepare or eat food there. The bathroom only provided shampoo. There was no hand soap or body wash available. As I stayed for three nights, it would have been nice if complimentary bottled water had been provided for the entire stay instead of just the first night. The lock on the bathroom door was also broken and should be repaired.

The room was clean and have a good smell. Near to Phạm Viết Chánh, a famous street with bar and restaurant.

The location is inside an alley. The room have not direct light.

Extremely good value for money. Room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed! Bathroom needs some really good cleaning, using chloride. Or even better, new tiling. The latter would Make everything perfect =10/10! The city view from the balcony of the common space is unbelievable, especially when the whole city lights up in the evening!!!!

The bathroom is outdated and not really clean. Use Chlorine to keep everything clean and free from fungi!

Стильно! Все есть ) удивило, что есть и микроволновка и даже стиральная машинка ) и вообще все для уикенда есть ) мне лично понравилось ) хороший вид) и вообще разрешили после выезда оставить вещи и даже сходить в душ перед отъездом в общей ванной) я довольна размещением )

The view is nice, the room is spacious, and the neighborhood is cozy.

The place has a really great view and the bed is pretty comfortable. There is a desk (was important for my work) and a kitchenette in the room.

What i didn't like was 1) ants in the shower and the kitchen b) the kitchen towel wasn't clean and there was a long hair on one of the plates when i wanted to use them for the first time.

Nice little apartment with private bath but a common toilet. The staff is amazing and so sweet. Location is good also considering the prize. You need to go about 30 minutes to the center of Ho Chi Minh if you don’t want to grab a taxi. Also such af stunning view from the balcony over the city.

Très bruyant...

Mọi thứ rất tốt, chỉ có điều home ở chung cư nên khách ra vào mất phí gửi xe 🥹, qua đêm 10k, còn ra vào thì 5k, lúc đầu mình hơi bỡ ngỡ

An ninh, riêng tư, vị trí sát bên quận 1, có ban công, view nhìn ra Thảo Cầm Viên, Bờ Kè, Trung Tâm SG. Xung quanh dân cư đông, rất nhiều hàng quán cafe, ăn uống.

Fantastic views of the city and river from the balcony and incredibly good vfm. Local shop around the corner and lovely cafe 10.07 served delicious drinks on our doorstep. Quiet rooms and felt very secure.

The location was splendid, the view was a million dollar view, absolutely mesmerizing. And the furniture was new and clean. Strong wifi, perfect for work.

No sink in bathroom, was weird to spit in the same sink I left my dishes. No common area was nice but no kitchen and people were not interactive.

We only stayed one night but it was comfortable. There was a shared bathroom- we had it to ourselves. There was a large kitchen area, although we didn’t use that. The room had a shower in it and a really lovely view. The owners were very helpful with how to get in as it’s self check in.

It’s self check in, which wasn’t a problem for us but it’s more like an air bnb stay rather than a hotel.

The room was not clean, hairs everywhere from the previous guests? Bed was very squeaky and no sink nor mirror in the bathroom, a door separating the bedroom from the bathroom would also be nice to have.

If there was a small (shared) kitchen it would be perfect (for example 2 cooking hobs, pan, pot and a microwave)

Everything was good, nice clean and spacious room. It was also very nicely decorated and cozy. The contact was also great, and the instructions on how to get in were also clear.

The owner was kind enough to let me drop off my luggage in the apartment before my check-in. The place was clean and I love the interiors. The living room was spacious and the view from there was just amazing! There’s also a balcony where you can enjoy your the view with your fave cup of coffee! The bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up! My room included a kitchenette which was really cute! They provide the microwave, electric stove, frying pan, chopping board w/ knife, cutleries, mugs, plates and bowls as well as dishwashing liquid. There was also a mini fridge and a sink. My room also had a private bathroom (keep in mind that it won’t have a sink in there, you’d have to use the one in the kitchen area) They provide towels, toilet paper, room slippers and a hairdryer in the room too. There’s an iron and a cushion in the living room where guests can iron the clothes too. Thank you to the staff as well for maintaining the place. ☺️

Would have been better if the ants could be controlled (pest control i guess?) but they do provide insect spray which was great. I guess it’s inevitable to have the ants especially when the room has a kitchen in it. Also would be better if the bathroom would have a door instead of just a curtain.
