I had a wonderful stay and the people were full attentive to my needs and wishes. I thank all the team and a special thanks to Vikram and Gyanu for their attention and help in any details. The design was very unique and would have loved to meet the designer and in architect of this hotel Thanks again to the team

The smell in some situation but it has nothing to do with the hotel I guess with Rajkot itself and I understood that in big cites in India this is normal

Room lobby area, something needs to be done with the carpet, constant dumpy smell as u come out of the lift was slightly unpleasant, perhaps having the carpets thoroughly cleaned and give it some freshness

The room was big, the shower was excellent, the hotel was neat and tidy. The staff were very helpful. Liquor store was at the hotel.

I feel it was a bit overpriced. The restaurant doesnot serve any non veg items however thankfull they did serve an omlette in breakfast.

The physical experience at Sayaji Rajkot is genuinely impressive. The room interiors are modern and aesthetically pleasing, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I specifically appreciated the comfort of the bed, which ensured a great night's sleep. The room layout is also well-thought-out, featuring an additional seating arrangement that makes the space feel more functional and premium. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the quality of the facilities and toiletries provided definitely met the standards of a luxury hotel.

Despite the beautiful hardware, the "software"—the staff and service—needs urgent attention. The primary issue is that the staff does not seem professionally trained compared to other major hotel chains. While they are polite and "try their best," they lack the skills to actually resolve problems. Their only solution to any conflict is to repeatedly say "sorry" without offering a tangible resolution. The Major Incident: Valet Parking Breakdown The biggest frustration occurred late at night. The valet parking staff apparently leaves by 10:00 or 10:30 PM. For a hotel of this stature, this is unacceptable. The Chaos: By 11:30 PM, the entrance was a total mess. Guests were forced to leave their cars at the entrance, leading to a massive "back-to-back" parking jam. The Lack of Solution: No one on the night shift had any clue how to manage the situation or move the vehicles. Coming back to your room should be a relaxing experience, but instead, it turned into a parking "horror."

Room ambience was not good, Washroom was not clean as expected, toilet jet spray was leaking. Simply ask one milk shake without ice cream / shake with dry fruit, because of long travelling and fasting. Unfortunately not available and not tried to give some other options.

The food, the staff, the layout, space in the rooms, room service, cleanliness was exceptional. Everyone was well treated too. Only downside which is slightly minor was the wifi was playing up a few times other than that I cannot fault the hotel awesome location. I would definitely go back.

We were there for 3 nights and had a an excellent time. Breakfast and Dinner was superb!! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Ruined a dress sent for dry cleaning , make various excuses , said they will sorry it . then lied and blamed my wife saying she must have done it .Treat women like second class citizens .

The rooms are big, quiet and clean. Unique and spacious configurations for bathrooms.

The Breakfast service was good and the spread was nice. The breakfast staff was courteous and the quality of food was good. The Bathrooms of the hotel are good and the hotel premise are clean.

The staff is discourteous and unwelcoming. Before checkin, they were interested in knowing when will we leave. the rooms are small and sheets were unclean and there is no room service.

The staff were very helpful and overall the stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet had an excellent spread and the dinner buffet was great as well.

The room was a good for 2 but a tight fit for 3.

When I tried to cancel one day out of the two days I had booked, Hotels.com said they can not reach any representative from Sayaji and Sayaji said they can not do anything as we didn't book directly with Sayaji. Please note, I had initiated this change within the dated allowed as per terms.

restaurant was nice and food is good, excellent service, staff are not alloowed to except tips.

You can book taxi from a counter near reception, but lady serving was not interested in serving customers as she was busy browsing on her phone. coridor is bit outdated.

Paid 1500rs a day extra for balcony room but balcony was useless because no table or chair was. Supplied . Asked about it in reception but they smiled!😞😞😞

Breakfast was exceptional, staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of variety, . They also made breakfast for when we told them we were fasting. Location is great near to where we need to be.

Checking out at 10 o’clock was the only issue.
