Чисто и уютно. Хороший вид на город с 6 этажа. Персонал доброжелателен. Завтрак набрать белки, жиры, углеводы - сойдёт, но для любителей разнообразия, может не понравиться, так как там только китайская кухня. Расположение хорошее, в 500 метрах трц, метро, а рядом есть отличная пельменная. Парк и главная достопримечательность в километре-двух.

Любителям поспать тут не понравится, а меня спасли мои шумоподавляющие наушники, так как ремонтные работы на улице (не в отеле) весьма громкие. У окон совсем нет звукоизоляции, а работают они и днем и ночью. Но отель к этому не имеет отношения, поэтому снижать оценку считаю несправедливым.

Muy bien ubicado. En la línea de metro directa que va y viene del aeropuerto y caminando al centro. Justo al lado hay un sitio sencillo para comer muy bueno. Buena habitación por el precio.

Había obras en la calle y ruido, pero es algo temporal que pasará.

Una muy buena ubicación, con un personal atento y eficiente. La dicha, de las mejores que he probado en china, incluso superior a muchos alojamientos de 5 estrellas en los que he estado.

Essbereich war zu klein, sodass man manchmal oder je nach Uhrzeit warten muss, bis ein Platz frei wird. Außerdem gab es wenig Auswahl bei Frühstück.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great price for the location, close to tube. Rooms were great .. especially the heated toilet seat! Just what was needed for an easily accessible, short stopover. Took less than an hour to the airport.

Die Lage ist ziemlich gut in der Nähe einer neuen Mall und neben einem Restaurant. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und eine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen gab es auch. Es gab auch einen extra Service, dass die Wäsche von den Mitarbeitern in den Trockner gebracht wird, sobald die Waschmaschine fertig war und such auf das Zimmer gebracht wurde.

Отличное расположение отеля. Прямая ветка метро от/до аэропорта, от метро до отеля идти мин 7, очень удобно. Завтрак был разнообразный, сытный и вкусный. Постель и полотенца идеально белые. Сотрудники ресепшн очень гостеприимные и вежливые!

Специфический ароматизированный чай в номере, мы такой пить не смогли. Отсутствие крючков или полочек для полотенец уже использованных.

Pese a que el desayuno era muy bueno, lo servían en la zona de recepción, que era muy pequeña y siempre había esperas para conseguir mesa (tampoco ayudaba que los húespedes chinos que iban solos, en vez de ocupar la barra, ocuparan mesas de cuatro).

Great location to the shopping malls at Tiyuxi road. Many eateries near the hotel. Our kids like the AI automated rooms. 前台员工 - 婷 is helpful when there is problem with 1 of the room on my first night and assisting me to return my taobao parcel to the seller.

There was cigarettes smell in one of our room when we were back to the hotel on 1st night. However, the hotel staff managed to change our room as my kid is sensitive to the smell.

The location was good and the staff were super-helpful! If you speak Mandarin, you can make use of the voice-controlled automation in the room. Rooms were clean. There are malls, many eateries and a metro station nearby too. And for once, the mattress was firm!

The voice controls in-room only worked in Mandarin.

Excellent value: staff, position, breakfast, cleanliness, comfort. I'd book again.

Just a minor personal preference: a bit too many electronic controls into the room (lights, curtain, etc.). I'd prefer quick old fashion manual switches especially when coming back at night and just wanting to go directly to bed. But, nothing critical, just a minor note. I'd still book again next time I am in town.

Was a bit small and not easy to find cos we got mixed up with a different hotel from the same chain.

The location is close to shopping and eateries. We were attending the Canton Fair and there was a free bus shuttle to and from the venue. Complimentary delicious fruit tray delivered to our room every day.

Location was awesome.

I checked the room size before booking. However when we arrived my room size was 30% smaller than advertised. I was sharing a room with a friend and we didn’t have space to move. We didn’t have space to store luggage. We didn’t have a wardrobe to hang clothing. We didn’t even have space to open the suitcases. I complained to hotel who said the manager is not available. The manager never met me. But I got the staff to get a tape measure and measure the room. They lied saying the measurements were correct. I then had to measure myself with them present and show them and write it all down and calculate in front of them to have them admit not only was their calculation wrong the room was in fact correct 30% smaller than advertised. I am in process of getting a full refund due to the inconvenience for the 5 day stay in a tiny room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and easy to access, which made our time in Guangzhou much more comfortable. What made our experience truly special was the hotel team. They really put a lot of effort into making our stay pleasant, and we could feel that everything was done with care and love. The service was thoughtful, warm, and attentive throughout our visit. The breakfast was also delicious, with many different options to choose from, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Susu, Zz, and Ww for their kindness and attention. They helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend this hotel.

La mejor manera de terminar nuestra estadia en China. El hotel desde afuera o al llegar no parece lo que es. Al ser bien centrico, la recepcion es mas estrecha de lo normal, pero ahi termina todo lo no tan comodo. La habitacion estaba perfecta, super amplia, comoda, muy bien equipada, comoda, etc. La zona de desayuno es muy amplia y comoda. El desayuno esta bastante bien. El personal es muy muy servicial y atento. La ubicacion es inmejorable, con todo cerca, todo; ideal para alojarse cerca de todo lo mas interesante de Canton, o lo mas moderno y vistoso. Para lo demas, la estacion de metro de las lineas mas utiles para recorrer, esta a 300 metros. Genial.

Al ser una habitacion exterior que daba a 2 grandes avenidas de la ciudad y en donde en este momento hay una gran obra del metro de la ciudad, era un tanto ruidosa, sobre todo para dormir. Te proveen tapones de oidos si es necesario, pero puede ser incomodo para ciertas personas. Para nosotros estuvo bien y pudimos dormir y descansar.

조식의 종류는 다양하지 않았지만 그래도 깔끔하고 맛있는 음식들 위주였습니다. 직원들이 전부 친절하고 가까운곳에 지하철도 있어 교통은 편리한 편입니다. 캔톤페어를 위한 셔틀버스가 있었습니다.

Limpio, habitación pequeña pero la cama muy cómoda y el baño muy limpio y cómodo. Buen desayuno con opción occidental. Snacks a la tarde muy bueno, y si bien en la recepción no hablan inglés, se esfuerzan para comunicarse vía traductores. Opción sencilla y cómoda para quienes van a descansar luego de trabajar todo el día como fue mi caso.

Es difícil encontrar el hotel en Amap, o Didi, pero tomando las debidas precauciones con antelación (marcándolo en favoritos) se soluciona,

La cama era muy cómoda con sábanas de mi buena calidad. La ubicación del hotel excelente. Cerca del metro línea 3, cerca de shopping malls y muchos restaurants. El inodoro muy moderno con calienta asiento. La atención del muchacho que hablaba inglés y recibía a la gente excelente. Tenía servicio de bus a la feria y como extra algo de comida a la tarde y a la noche sopas gratis.

El desayuno es muy bueno. El café no era rico y la cafetera no tenía para calentar leche. No tenían huevos hechos en el momento. Faltaba un poco de variedad. El ascensor un poco lento.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en Tianhe, habitaciones limpias y desayuno normal, poca variedad, lo que hace la diferencia es la atención de los chicos, de recepción y que están en todos lados, buscan como solucionar cada cosa y entenderte, un detalle muy lindo las frutas todas las noches en la habitación, agradecido a todos.

La habitación que nos tocó al inicio tenía mucho olor a cigarrillo y la 2da. Aún con el apoyo de los muchachos de recepción también tenía algo de olor, un solo elevador hace complicado el bajar y subir en horas pico, desayuno poco variado.

W recepcji otrzymaliśmy kontakt bezpośredni na WeChat do kierownika hotelu i tym kanałem można było zgłaszać wszelkie potrzeby czy problemy - np. prośba o fakturę za pobyt, prośba o żelazko, przechowanie bagaży itp. Dziewczyny w recepcji z angielskim różnie, ale starają się ogarniać temat przez translator w telefonie. Otrzymaliśmy pokój 502 - duży i przestronny, na dodatek wyjątkowo zautomatyzowany (np. elektrycznie sterowanie kotary, różne kolory i natężenia oświetlenia, samoczynnie spuszczająca woda w toalecie itp.), chwilami aż za bardzo, bo rozkminienie sterowania np. oświetleniem wymaga dłuższej chwili. Łóżko ogromne i wygodne. Śniadania w stylu azjatyckim, raczej nie europejskim/kontynentalnym. Ogólnie świetny hotel w centrum Kantonu. Polecam.

Uwaga na lokalizację, bo w niedalekiej odległości od siebie w Kantonie są dwa hotele o tej samej nazwie K.FROM i można się lekko naciąć jeśli taksówkarz zawiezie Was do tego drugiego hotelu. My mieliśmy właśnie ten problem, więc to niewielka przestroga dla przyszłych gości - oczywiście nie wpływa na moją ocenę hotelu jako-takiego.

I travel a lot and usually stay at 5-star hotels like Hilton. I have to say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in my life. Definitely the best value for money I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The staff is amazing, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Some of them didn’t speak English, but Google Translate was enough to communicate. The breakfast is great, with lots of good options for people who don’t eat Chinese food, omelets, fruits, yogurt, different kinds of bread, cakes, etc. Amazing. The shuttle to the Canton Fair was excellent and made it really easy to get to the exhibition center. The location is also very good, next to lots of restaurants and a short walk from a commercial center with shops and cafés. It’s also close to the metro station. The room is great! Comfortable bed, excellent sheets and pillows, and a great shower. The amenities were more than enough, with lots of little touches to make guests happy. Free water bottles everywhere in the hotel, and I’ve never seen so much complimentary food. They were serving food, tea, and coffee in the lobby all day long. I don’t have enough words to thank the hotel team. I was traveling by myself, and as a woman you always have to be extra careful, but you made me feel at home ❤️

The hotel is clean with a pleasant ambience. It is located fairly close to TMall along with the metro which makes travelling via the metro very convenient. Personally, the breakfast tastes better than a number of street food as it is not heavily seasoned with MSG and comes in a variety of choices. The hotel staffs are friendly and readily available to provide assistance. Special mentions to Comet for her proactiveness in cleaning the tables during the busy morning breakfasts as seats are few compared to the available rooms.

The rooms are rather small for the price paid compared to other choices but the hotel location is good so it is within expectations. It would be great if the hotel could invest more in the gym as it is quite bare and the space dedicated is also quite small.

The staff were polite and helpful, the room very comfortable and clean. The hotel is very near to loads of restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast was good.
