The mattress wasn't very comfortable at all, I could feel the springs. However, they gave me a topper which helped and the rest of the stay was great.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Great location. 10 minute walk to Grandview Mall and 2 minute walk from Fashion Tianhe. Lots of Restaurants around the area. Staff was great and helpful. I needed to ship out a parcel and they took care of it.
Common areas like the lift and outside corridors were a bit rundown. Inside the unit was fine though.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Отличное место! Идеальное расположение: в шаговой доступность крупные знаменитые тц, магазины, кафе, метро и т.д. В минуте ходьбы круглосуточный минимаркет seven eleven. Приятный очень вежливый персонал (ресепшн, охрана), которые во всем помогают и подсказывают. Мы приехали раньше заселения на 2 часа, но нас все равно заселили и заботливо включили кондиционеры. Очень просторные апарты со всем необходимым: фен, утюг, столовые приборы, умные унитазы, зонты и т.д. Теперь будем останавливаться только здесь!
Никаких недостатков!

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025The location of the Apartment was excellent. It is in the middle of Tianhe district easily accessible. Metro station was very near by and it had a so many shops underground. . There were two seven eleven stores with in 2 mins walking distance and a shopping mall right in front of it. And to buy grocery there is AEON super market in a mall that can be reached through by the metro station walk. The host's were very friendly & helpful in finding us taxis on our every move outside. They even provided with Chinese names written on for the places we wanted to go to. There are lots of food options with in 5 mins walking distance. Canton Fair complex was only 15 mins by taxi. They refunded the taxi fare for the morning travel to the fair ground and while coming back, they gave option to take a bus. But do take the receipt from the taxi to get your amount reimbursed. Rooms were very big, comfortable. Cleaned & maintained it very well. The provided ample supply of drinking water bottles as we cooked during our stay.
The Property got old and it shows. The breakfast was routine and nothing much for a strict vegetarian like me.

The best part is the laundry machine - wash and dry, and a drying rack. The price is less than a 5 star hotel in the same area, so is good value.
The carpet in the hallway seemed dated and need a thorough wash.

1) Master bedroom bathroom no privacy (full transparent glass, and the curtain is fixed outside the bathroom .... speechless) 2) Apartment is old . I first stayed in this property in 2009, and no visible upgrade of hardwares; 3) Understand the owner of this apartment block has started selling strata units. So you have actual local residents living next to your service apartment, and many are doing renovation... so the place could be noisy with knocking and drilling; and the lifts are kind of messy at times... 4) Breakfast is no way near Ascott high standard, which I can understand since Ascott group is just an operator. The property Owner is not willing to spend much since they have progressively selling off the apartment units.

The property is having renovations now and is very dusty everywhere. Housekeeping needs Improvement and the staff at the restaurant needs to be trained as the breakfast place is not clean and tables are dirty. We have stayed 3 times and each stay is more then 10nights - this is our last try as the cleanliness is getting from bad to worst
