Siqi was very helpful and kind. We had a lovely stay. Thank you for everything.

Breakfast super. Very good breakfast. The location is super super good, close to mrt and in the very center. Close to fruit shops, super market, big malls, Many street foods

the room is dirty, the shower is too small and some damages . The room smells bad, the first one smells smoke, then change the room yet the smell is not fresh in the air

Good location

Very strategic location

Very convenient location, anh Wendy is very helpful!

Équipe accueillante

RAS

Location and stuff behaviour

The location was perfect next to the metro. The lady at the front desk Ms. Siqi was very helpful.

Hotel staff

My room was completely dark because the window was completely covered

Perfect location 2 mins from the metro station, friendly staffs, good breakfast, spacious room. Thanks for the warmth and help of Zizi and Siqi specifically.

Nothing

Great location — convenient with lots of shopping and dining options! Free breakfast is fabulous and delicious!

2nd floor is a smoking floor and they do not disclose it during check-in. Limited facilities.

emplacement

établissement pas bien éclairé (chambre et réception)

Zizi the best

ZiZi - the best!

Zizi has upgraded for free my booking windowless room to one with window. The location of the hotel a 2 minutes walk from the metro. Asian and Western-style breakfast, plenty of choice, hearty.

The cleanliness

-

The location is great near activities area. The room is decent and clean. Breakfast is moderate for muslim. Positive having free laundry and ironing areas

Room with windows - noisy from outside

Great hotel, lovely breakfast and amenities

Great location close to many amenities.

All good

Just breakfast finish at 10h3 so it's time 8 wake up so I buy breakfast and I never go because it's close... Lost money..

Super locatie

Nothing

Very disorganized

Everything

Laundry needs more washing machines. Morning breakfasts should have more varied menus, not almost same menus everyday.

Room size small. Good location

Looks abit old

Nada

Location. Clean. Modern. Zizi was so nice at reception.

Friendliness and professionalism of staff.

The property was very clean

Nice place to be

De locatie was goed. Veel fruitwinkels beneden. massagesalon, loopafstand naar malls. Ontbijt was ook okay (standaard Chinees).

De handdoeken zijn wel aan vervanging toe.

good

Its really in a good area. The staff are really kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The BREAKFAST is a point -1 .very disappointing!!! Always very COLD FOOD/ VEG i touch the hot plate only to notice they were always turned OFF !!!! WHAT DO YOU SAVE BY TURNING OFF THE ELECTRICITY on the BUFFET . A few min before end of BREAKFAST everything is turned off...very disappointing!!!

The area and staff were very good

Cold old food..very disappointing breakfast. Dont bother to wach up for it.

Siqi is very good

Excellent location . The room is very clean, towels are soft and clean as new . Staff are very patient and went out of their way to help

Reception area is too dark and small , the steps are at the reception is really not necessary and is hazardous. Anyone who accidentally misses the step can end up knocking their head against the reception counter !!

Very nice service and especial thanks to Ms. Siqi for her great service

Hotel bem localizado e equipe super atenciosa

Limpeza e bom atendimento

very dirty

Great service and lovely staff! Problem with bathroom but they sorted it the next day. Great selection at breakfast.

Merkezi konumda olması ve çalışanların yardım etmesi

Good location, easy access to all places.

Ottima posizione, camera spaziosa

It was a wonderful experience Thanks a lot for your help Hope to see you next time insh'Allah

The location was really great, and the worth of money was high. The staff spoke English and the location is surrounded by good shops and massage parlors.

Of course if you are looking for swimming pool or so, it might not be the place. This is the best for business, solo trip, or a nice family rest in the middle of Guang Zhou

Wendy is good service

No

Very helpful stuff

Clean Smelling nice

The room was clean and met all our expectations.

Atendeu perfeitamente as nossas expectativas

Great location

Very good location

Wendy at the reception was a dear, and got us citronella bracelets.

The toilet and shower are separated from the sink

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. Whenever I needed help, someone was there to sort it out, including extending my stay on short notice when I got stranded in Shenzhen. I especially want to mention Siqi, who was incredibly kind and made a real difference in my trip. She helped me ship my luggage to another hotel in China via SF Express and walked me through the whole process. Navigating the Chinese apps and menus on my own would have been a real struggle. With her help, it couldn't have been easier. Great value and genuinely friendly staff. I'd recommend this hotel to any visitor.

Nothing!

Very kind and helpful staff

Everything was good

Straatkant was rumoerig. Eventueel kamer zonder raam boeken.

Tucked down a small side road that bustles with small fruit shops, this hotel did everything we needed it to do for a short sightseeing stay. Close to metro station that provides access to the rest of the city. The breakfast selection, although not exciting or extensive, was good enough. A small bar next door provided some much-needed drinks late night!

The rooms were quite small with nowhere to put luggage out without tripping over. No real public areas for sitting or drinking.

The staff were friendly rooms etc were very clean. We had a great time
