Great location and what truly stands out are the hosts. They got us a great jeep tour and even a taxi to the bus stop. Moreover, supplied us with recommendations of food and beautiful places. Great place but above all great people, and that matters even more for your stay:)

Wir hatten ganz oben das Zimmer und die Aussicht war einfach toll! Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war sauber und top ausgestattet. Würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten :)

Hele lieve behulpzame dame. Het ligt tussen gewone woonhuizen, vlakbij strand met de vissers. Buiten de drukke toeristische hotels buurt. We hadden 2 2 persoons bedden boven elkaar en ruime badkamer, naast de keuken die we ook konden gebruiken.

De bus zette ont te vroeg in de straat af, google gaf ook niet de kuiste lokatie aan. Maar 2 oudere dames wezen ons de weg. We waren de hele dag buiten, heerlijk aan zee. Waardoor het feit dat onze ruime kamer geen raam had niet echt een bezwaar was.

This was a lovely little homestay, in the fishing village of MuiNe. The room and bathroom were both clean with adequate toiletries provided. There was aircon. The water was hot. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was excellent. It was a little further out from MuiNe centre but quieter and more peaceful. I walked to MuiNe for b/f and dinner and took grab bike back. A 10 min walk to the start of the main road which leads to mui ne centre where you can watch sunset from. Big Chill Food Court was a good place for b/f, lunch, dinner, but also lots of other restaurants on that road.

Was clean, cheap, and the family was very nice.

We brought 3 big bikes and they were not prepared for that at all. Parking was too small and nothing else nearby.

The room was very clean and the people were very friendly. They always said hi and gave us a good welcome. We even were allowed to check in a bit earlier to drop our bags. The area was near a lot of locals and local shops, which we really liked after the busy city.

The owners are friendly and the lady speaks good english🫡

Only complain i have is that my laundry got mixed color with white so that ruined absolutely al my white clothes I have to say tho she was kind enough to wash for free but i would have preferred to pay and get the laundry done correctly rather than get all my white clothes destroyed🫡

The owners are so helpful and friendly. The room was very pretty, cosy and clean. They have a wonderful top roof with a 360° view over the town. Very unique and well done 👍🏼 Very nice place to stay 🙏🏼

Great clean place located close to the fishing market. The hosts are great!

The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice location with a lovely roof terrace with a lovely view towards to water. The hosts were incredibly friendly and so helpful, organising for our coach to pick us up closer to the accommodation.

Lovely little home with a cool rooftop area to watch the sunset from. Owner helped us with organising a tour of the sand dunes the day we arrived, for the following day. Was a community fridge to store and drinks for the room and the owner was kind enough to allow us to use her washing machine to wash our clothes, free of charge! Prior to our arrival the owner also messaged via WhatsApp with a plethora of advice and recommendations helping us plan our short stay!

Slightly out the way from the main tourist area which has 2 different food markets. However it is just a short taxi journey using grab and is relatively cheap. Didn’t cause any issues for us!

This must have been one of the cleanest rooms I've ever seen! They have also put some thoughts into making this place. It is so nicely decorated both inside the room and in the common areas. Everything looks so beautiful. The room was very spacious with excellent lighting. The WiFi is superb. Excellent view from the 3 floors common areas. The location is good for My Ne town but not for the best beach, but as I only had 1 full day to explore, it was perfect to be in town close to the bus to Nha Trang, as the sights are then stretching out in both directions. It's easy to find the homestay IF you read the message they send you with directions! The young couple in charge are so friendly.

They packed away the cozy outdoor sitting area on my 2nd day. Hopefully that was only temporary as it was such a blow.

The owner let us do a laundry is the only thing positive from my stay there.

The most important is the attitude of the owner towards the guests. Also she made little mistakes like forgetting to give us pillow cases. Later on my wife found some cooked rice in the bed and me, a cooked noodles around the basin (also no hot water correctly, just burning hot or cold, and half broken shower). And no curtain to block the light in the morning. 6am. All the time the water pressurizer was kinda humming like 3s on, 5s off. After complain about all of this i could finally sleep around 0:30. And you listen the neighbours like no wall between us. Woke up at 1:30 by their noises. Woke up at around 6am by the host herself. Making so many noises like no guests in her homastay. . And then later on, like8:30 the niehgbourg again with super loud music, also her whole family was on the house living their life by 9 am. When i complained to her she just say, i quote "it's a homestay, you live like the family live here"!! I was shocked to listen to that!! It should be the opposite. I'm there guests and i do pay! Then her sweet attitude from the previous day become a very aggressive 'Karen'. Unbelievable!!. I needed to complain for everything and she is not happy about my complain, also saying that it's very different with other people... But she was super happy to take my money at the end. With no little reduction for all of this. (5000dong even she didnt wanted to) Another thing is off, the location of the homestay. It's on the middle of nowhere and about 500 meter of the location, not on the same road. And i bet i forget some others bad stuffs there. I just wasted one night and 10€

Was a little far from the restaurants and bars, but more than achievable on the scooter that the hosts provided.

Homeowner did not speak English She only showed us to our room and gave a bottle of water and left, did not see her again until check-out. Hard to make room dark at night. No hot water. Due to no communication we had to wait for check-out, partly our mistake but some pro-activity from owner's side woukd be nice.

The house owner was very friendly. She actively introduced us a lot of information about the food and tourist destinations in Mui Ne. The room was well decorated. It was well worth spending time on this homestay.

Phuong (owner) is one of the sweetest people we have met in Asia. She is kind and nice, washed the laundry for us and provided us with useful information. The room was clean and comfortable. As for the location, it was very calm and close to the food market, but if you need more night life, then it might not be for you.

I loved everything about this place, it was probably the most clean and most comfortable stay of my whole time in south east Asia. Our room was very modern, it had a smart tv, the bed was really nice and the bathroom was super clean. everything about the room was amazing. Bike available to rent from the host which is nice. The house owner is super nice and did everything to make sure our stay was good. I Even got a free Vietnamese dish on arrival it was lovely fish soup. would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

Everything was so amazing! The family that owns the place is so lovely and helpful. Best location and a beautiful room! We loved the balcony at the house. We recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!!
