Sehr nette Inhaber! Der Raum war schön sauber und auch geräumig. Roller konnte man direkt dort mieten. Die Lage war auch gut. Die Rote Sanddüne ist nur 5 min mit dem Roller entfernt und das Fischerdorf 3 min. Gute Kaffees und Restaurants mit leckerem vietnamesischen essen sind auch in der nähe.

Die Matratze war für uns etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmacksache.. :)

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, mặc dù mình đến trễ nhưng cô chủ vẫn thức để mở cổng đón mình. Sân rộng đậu ô tô thoải mái, phòng có quạt hút thông gió tốt, thiết bị trong phòng mới hoạt động tốt

De kamer is heerlijk, het bed ligt lekker, de mensen zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Zeer aan te raden en ik kom zeker terug!

Vị trí nằm ngay giữa trung tâm phường Mũi Né gần làng chài và đồi cát đỏ, rất yên tĩnh không quá đông đúc và ồn ào như khu vực Hàm Tiến thích hợp cho những ai thích nghĩ dưỡng yên tĩnh và thích các hoạt động địa phương. Home cách biển chỉ 2 phút đi xe rất phù hợp cho gia đình có con nhỏ người lớn tuổi không gian rất thoải mái có nhiều cây cối, còn có bàn bida free. Chị Host rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, hỗ trợ hết mình khi khách cần. Mình còn book được jeep tour giá tốt ở đây, chị chủ còn có nhiều gợi Ý cho các hoạt động thể thao ví dụ như lướt sóng, chèo sup,…. Mình đã ghé lại nhiều lần và rất hài lòng vì sự hiếu khách của chị chủ, tới đây bạn sẽ không lo đói vì chị ấy luôn chuẩn bị trái cây cho khách😊😊

Heel aardig personeel en een fijne kamer. Dit was de eerste kamer in Vietnam waar we verbleven waar geen schimmel op de muren te bekennen was.

Mocht wel een kapstok staan of 2 haakjes aan de muur ergens.

Very reasonable price and clean comfortable room

I would advise people to let the hosts know if they want to leave in the early morning because I tried to go and photograph the dunes for sunrise but the gate was padlocked and there was no way to get out so I ended up going back to bed

The value for money is excellent, and the location is perfect as well: the Red Dunes and the Fairy Stream are both very easy to reach. It’s a pity that we only had one night – we would have loved to stay longer, as several days here would have been just as fantastic! ☺️ Thank you for this great experience – we would definitely come back! Splendidissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti in modo caloroso dalla simpaticissima proprietaria. La camera è molto grande con un'aria condizionata super efficiente e moderna, un bagno molto bello, la smart TV, il bollitore (pulito) ed un letto comodissimo. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Lo staff è sempre pronto ad aiutare sia con noleggio scooter che con consigli su luoghi da vedere ma anche con l'organizzazione di tour o la prenotazione dei bus a prezzi local. Inoltre come dimenticare il mio compleanno mi hanno pure regalato la torta :) <3 Persone stupende davvero!

Расположение. Если вы собираетесь поехать в Муйне, то изучите район. Это реально деревня, пляжа нормального рядом нет. В день выселения очень не понравился момент, когда кто-то из персонала дёрнул ручку двери, ушёл, а затем без стука открыл дверь. Такого не должно быть ни при каких обстоятельствах. Это недопустимо. В последний день в номере не было электричества, хотя на территории гестхауса оно было.

Grande chambre, lits confortables, fille des gérants qui parle anglais. Scooter loué sur place (1 Sym bof mais ça va pour 1 journée) toujours du personnel sur place. Emplacement à 5-10 minutes du centre mais au calme

Humidité dans la chambre, pommeau de douche HS, obligé de le dévisser pour l’utiliser.

Les hôtes étaient adorables, je n'avais jamais eu d'accueil si chaleureux ! Stella parle très bien l'anglais, elle et toute sa famille nous ont fait nous sentir comme a la maison. Mon copain avait perdu son téléphone dans le sleeping bus qui venait d'Ho Chi Min, Stella nous l'a ramené, elle nous a aussi réservé le transfert pour Da Lat, nous lui sommes très reconnaissants 🙏🙏 Le lieu est situé dans un coin calme, pas loin d'une rue avec des restaurants. Stella nous a aussi organisé une excursion pour les dunes + village de Pêcheurs + Fairy Trail. Les lits étaient très confortables, en bref tout était parfait 😊

Accueil chaleureux avec noix de Coco. Très belle chambre. Il faut juste se méfier car il y a 2 hôtels qui portent le même nom. Très bien

Nous avons eu énormément de plaisir à séjourner au Beachside House. La chambre était très confortable, spacieuse, avec une douche bien chaude, une climatisation parfaitement fonctionnelle et un frigo très pratique. Stella et toute sa famille sont des personnes d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriantes, attentionnées et prêtes à aider. Ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée, et nous garderons un très beau souvenir de leur accueil si chaleureux. L’emplacement est également proche du centre (15mn à pied) et le cadre est paisible. Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés et espérons pouvoir revenir un jour ☺️

Good location. Easy access to everything. Stella and her family look after very well. Stella speaks very good English, which is quite unusual in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

Parfait, la chambre était jolie et propre. La jeune femme de l’accueil est souriante et chaleureuse. De plus l’établissement propose l’activité pour se rendre dans les dunes de sable de Mui Ne. Je recommande !

The staff were super friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us! Slept like a log, bed was hard but actually really comfortable and room was nice and clean, definitely recommend! Also go to Dong Vui for food really good.

The staff where more than helpful and so kind can’t fault it at all, place was kept clean and tidy and room where big size with nice beds and warm showers

The accommodation was very clean overall. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need — a fridge, air conditioning, and shower essentials were all provided. The host was extremely friendly and very helpful. I felt very welcomed by the family. The scooter rental went smoothly without any issues. She also gave me great tips for sightseeing and even arranged a taxi to the bus for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place! Lovely greets from Germany, Nadine ❤️😊

Room rate is of exceptional value and place looks quite new, with everything working. Stella the owner is such a helpful girl with great advice on anything you need and especially good restaurants in the area.

The shower drain could be unclogged as the water stayed on the bathroom floor a long while. And the huge spiderweb above the bed could have been cleared as well.

Very fresh and clean place, quiet at night and an incredible coffee shop right outside the place. Very luxurious and spacious room and bathroom. Everything was amazing, especially for such a low price! Friendly staff!

Only thing is the bed is very hard, almost like sleeping on wood. I slept good tho, but good to have in mind! Not so many restaurants in the area close by but cheap with transport.

The family were so welcoming! The lady who we spoke to most who managed front of house was so kind, looked after us both extremely well! We only stayed here for one night but if we had longer we would have been able to make use of the swimming pool over at beachside 1, there are two properties under the same management! So it’s nice a pool is included with this house stay, it’s just a little walk down the road. The accommodation was clean and spacious! There’s a pool table to use in their communal area and in the evening the place is lit up with fairy lights! It’s beautiful

The only downside which is not their fault at all is there’s a large fish drying factory next door and unfortunately our room faced it, so it can get a little smelly. However we found that if we blasted the aircon and didn’t turn the extractor fan on in the bathroom, the smell wasn’t all that bad! The beds were a little hard however it’s manageable for the one night, even two!

I liked how spacious the room was with high ceilings. Bathroom was nice too.

The neighborhood that it is located in is dark and quiet at night when walking.

The hosts are absolutely next level - they help you with everything and make you feel like part of the family.

The shower head was leaking a lot of water, the water was not getting warm in the morning. Beds are really hard.

The place to be in Mũi Ne. The Host Tu aka Stella and her family are really lovely people. Everything you need is there. They helped us a lot and welcomed us very friendly. Tu showed us the best spots and the communication with her was very efficient. It's our first experience with homestay to live alongside with local family. They got even a pool table and a huge chill area. And you can rent bikes without problems. It was really a nice memorial experience on New Year. Glad to be there. You wouldn't regret this. If you plan to stay longer, the bed is bit harder then European Standard.

First of all the room was alright. There was air-conditioning and a small fridge that worked well. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay and it was spacious enough.

When we arrived (at around 6:30 pm) the bathroom was very wet even on the toilet seat. Moreover the towels that were provided to us had stains (it looked like old blood). This is especially not nice when you see it after showering. The pillowcase didn't look clean. As mentioned in other reviews already, the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. The backyard is quite noisy and you can even hear the billiard balls. Another important aspect to mention is that the atmosphere was very callous and not inviting. It seemed to us as if the hosts were annoyed by their guests. There is also only one person who speaks English, but she is rarely available. We felt ignored several times. The location of the hotel is not nice and a bit far away from everything. You really need a motorbike to reach nice beaches and tourist spots (this is available at the hotel). The hotel would be alright for the price if you felt welcome. But unfortunately you don't at all. There are better places in the same budget category.

Comfortable, large enough, welcoming hosts who make an effort to communicate despite the language barrier, located close to the beach, and has a functional fridge and AC. I extended my stay.

There is not much to do nor many restaurants around, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Wifi could at time be somewhat disfunctional.

The size of the bedroom, kettle, fridge, large bathroom, outside area really nice. The bed was good for me, maybe be a bit hard for someone else

As I booked the room a half an hour before my arrival, the room wasn't quite ready. Meaning, the fridge was really mouldy but as I said I understand if the room hasn't been used for some time. I also had little ants walking on the bed, floor.

The staff were so lovely and helpful I honestly recommend this place so highly my stay was great, clean, comfortable and quiet. I found it to be very accommodating, would stay again in a heart beat.

Was a little difficult to find vegetarian food in the immediate area but I hired a bike and within a 5 minutes drive found plenty of great options :)

Hotel is located a bit far from the main(?) area so ut was really quiet, no someone's sining, no dog's barking :) Room is spacious and all rooms are located on the 1st floot, you can easily bring your beloning in and out! Hosts are so friendly and there is something special in monrning hours.

The staff were super helpful and lovely. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. I liked that we could play pool and were were also offered apple couple times!

If I had to choose I would say it isn’t the best location. As a vegetarian I struggled a bit to where to eat in the area apart from one restaurant and also the beach was full of rubbish ( which isn’t the accommodation fault obviously)

The owners were very helpful and kind. We could rent motorbikes for reasonable price from them. When I got hurt, they took me to the pharmacy and helped me. They took us on bus to Buôn Ma Thuột and gave us tips on what to do there.

Fantastic. We felt right at home! We booked seven nights and were so comfortable that we stayed another seven. Stella, her family, and the team of staff are very attentive, kind, and welcoming. We felt like part of the place; they invited us to spend time with them and the neighbors, as well as to socialize in the common area. The superior room is very comfortable, very bright, with a refrigerator and a separate bathroom downstairs. It's an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. They also rent scooters for 150,000 dongs right there. You can travel to the beaches, visit markets, or go to Phan Thiet. The area is wonderful and very peaceful. Stella helped us with anything we needed or asked about, including booking our ticket to another city. Thank you so much for everything; we will remember you fondly.
