Gió Homestay and Coffee

Jenny is such a lovely host and the cafe is so beautiful! Our room was super bright and spacious, the beds were very comfortable as well! Definitely recommend staying here

We did some laundry which was still damp when we got it back and the outdoor kitchen only had one very crusty pan which made everything taste quite burned

Great service. Very nice room, balcony with a view. Good juices and smoothies. Jenny was very helpful and also booked bus tickets for us. Close to red dunes.

Unfortunately, the town itself seems to have had better days.

One of my favorite stays in Vietnam. I just wish I'd stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful garden and amazing room.

The owner is lovely and super accommodating. She also helped book us our tour to the sand dunes. And helped us book busses out of the area 👌🏻

Everything. The room was just so lovely, the gardens, the common area, everything was just beautiful. Staff were beyond helpful, and incredibly kind. Jenni is a fantastic host whose husband is always on hand to help as well. As a solo traveller, I felt like family here and would definitely go back.

A very calm and relaxed Homestay, it’s in a perfect spot not too far from a walk into town and you’re greeted by Jenny the Owner who is the most welcoming lady. The room was more than clean and more than enough space for me to do what I needed. She has an amazing property and takes good care of it, The staff at the house are amazing too doing my laundry for me with no stresses and not to mention waking up in the morning to a fresh orange juice from the cafe at the front.

Great breakfast options (not included in the price) and very nice owner and friendly staff. I had forgotten my credit cards at the place and the staff had brought it to me to the bus stop after I had left. It is very clean and I extended my stay to 3 nights, just relaxing, reading, going to the nearby beaches. Perfect place to escape the hustle from the bigger cities of Vietnam. All in walking distance: restaurants and shops, beach, sand dunes, bus

Gigantic room which was really nicely decorated. Felt cosy and had a balcony that you were able to use too. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. You can also get breakfast and coffee at the Homestay which is useful. They had a cute dog too!

Gio homestay is like oasis in the middle of the desert We really liked the greenery around the house and courtyard + fish pond👍 Jenny is soo nice😊 You can also take breakfast, lunch and dinner at Gio's kiosk. Everything is homemade and delicious. We also rented a motorbike with a good price. Room was huge, excellent. We stayed on top floor, which has good view to the sea. Location is great, because is off the main streets, so there is peace and quiet.

On arrival at Gio Homestay I was welcomed with a big smile from the owner Jenny .. She showed me to my room which was tastefully decorated , clean & with a nice bathroom .. The Grounds of the property are calming & relaxing & very well laid out & I felt very comfortable there .. Although the location of the property is a little way from the main centre of things Jenny can rent you a Scooter at a good price so that you can get around & see the sights , which I did .. The young girl that works there is very nice & helpful & will also make sure that you have a pleasant stay & all that you may need There is a roof terrace with a great view of the surrounding area & an on-site coffee shop .. All in all a great place to stay at a lovely family home .. Highly recommended ...

I think most things are covered pretty well although a fridge in the room & the Wi-Fi signal can be weak at times & these things would have made it even better ..

Jenny was extremely helpful and sorted out our transport back to HCMC. She communicated very well and promptly. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Could highly recommend Gio Homestay

Room was nice and clean. You can drink coffee in the garden. Ladies who own the place and work there are great! Really helpful and kind. We stayed for 2 nights, and had a nice rest.

Location is not great, but if you have a bike its cool.

Superb staff, perfect place for its money, has wonderful garden, nice menu with granola and drinks, the room had little smoke smell, but overall it was nice. Hot water, again beautiful garden, had great pleasure having breakfast there on our terrace. Thanks for everything 🙏

Spacious but a bit far from beach and quite windy on the top of hill

The property is really cute inside and all the rooms have a lot of colour which makes them quirky and different. The air con was brilliant and the room had a hairdryer and a nice bathroom. They also did a Lauder service, which we used and it came back smelling fresher than anything we have had our whole trip! They also did a bike rental, which made it easy to get around. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Only thing I would say is the location isn’t great, most of the restaurants are down near the backpacker area but with a bike we were able to get everywhere easily.

Love how the place is designed, feels like home. Also, the sweetest people own the place, who do everything for you. We left a sweater on accident and she did everything in her power, to get the sweater to Da Lat (our next destination). Plussss: good food!!!

This homestay was like coming home abroad! It is not only a beautifull place . There is much love and effort in every corner. The owner is a helpfull, lovley person. Lives at the place with her family, which makes it even more familial atmosphere.

very peaceful place in Mui Ne. the owners are super nice and helpful. the place has a nice garden and beautiful pond. it is close to the market and the red sand dunes. I had a good time staying there.

Great bang for your buck At the price of a hostel, we got a private deluxe room ocean view. Jenny, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, we booked a sleeper bus to Dalat through her, and everything was flawless.

The only downside is that it's far away, but they offer motorbikes for rent

Lovely place with great and friendly staff. The location is a little out of the way of the main strip but that meant lovely a quiet, just you’ll need a scooter or taxi to go to the main areas. Still would highly recommended.

The kindness and the helpfullness of the host Jenny, with her reccomandations was amazing, with thereby also the aesthetic and cleanlyness of the accomation was stunning!

Very beautiful place, rooms made with soul

Very nice stay, the owner was very helpful as we checked in late in the evening and the staff even helped us arrange bus tickets and rode us to the bus station. Rooms were clean and comfy. Balcony had a sink and food prep area. Would stay again.

The shower temperature was a little up and down Taxis can struggle to get right to the front door so you might have to walk a little for a grab. But only 5 minutes maximum.

Jenny was a super warm and nice host. She was happy to help and always available. She gave us a lot of very good recommendation nearby for restaurants and activity. And the house and our room were just perfect, big, confortable, with a nice view and very luminous.

A bit far from the main avenue and you need to tell the taxi the exact address otherwise he gets lost but everything went fine

The accommodation was very nice. Room and bathroom were very clean. The interior and garden were very nice. It was quiet during night.

While the location is closer to the town, it's to far from the beach. To be fair, we knew that before booking, but we thought the town is more interresting for travellers/tourists. Communication with staff was a bit difficult.

The AC didn't work and the inside of the room was hotter then the outside, so we didn't sleep well. When we confronted the owner about it she kinda blamed us and then she tried to show us how it works over text, but we already checked out.

The owner can speak good English. She is humble and positive with her attitude. The garden and surrounding are well decorated, unique and memorable for a homestay experience.. Helpful on scooter renta and arrangements. Simple and straightforward design for the room and therefore it is spacious for me. Helpful assistance via Zalo app by chatting with the owner.

Limited food menu. Dusty fan. Poor English spoken staff. Difficult to adjust the water temperature for the shower. Bed bugs. Humid in room. Stray dogs on street.

Good communication with the owner through WhatsApp. She helped us booking a tour upfront as we arrived late in the evening.

The hoste gave many advices, asked many times if she can help for planimg things. Wonderful garden.

The room and the property are beautiful. The place is super clean and the host is super friendly and helpful. Their are many plugs in the room, AC and Fan. The room is very quiet and facing a cute garden. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is clean. They provide two sets of fresh towels, toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo. The WiFi is very fast. They rent scooters and provide laundry services. They can also organise your transfer by bus to many cities.

There were several small issues due to host not being onsite (for family reasons) and her staff does not speak English. There was miscommunication on the scooter that led to the host husband having to wake me up at night to get the keys back. The staff also forgot to pick up my laundry. On the second day, the gate was not open at 4:30am when I left for my sunrise tour. I had to do it myself in pitch black, install a ramp and get my scooter out. The staff gave me back my laundry with a lot of wet items and all smelly (probably because it was packed still wet).

The Homestay is like a peaceful quiet oasis. The rooms are really beautiful, the mattresses are hard but comfortable and the bathroom is clean and big. We only stayed one night but wished we could stay longer. I can highly recommend the Homestay to anyone! it really is a hidden gem 💎

The room was really spacious, modern and practical. The garden area was beautiful with chairs to sit at, swing chairs and even a pond in the middle that you could cross on stepping stones if you wanted to. There is also a drinks bar on site which serves up delicious coffee :)

Beautiful place, a lot of work put into the facility, the staff secured motorcycles for the night but there was no problem with receiving the key to the gate due to the early departure, we regret that we could not stay longer, we highly recommend

the owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming and e.g. helped us to rent a scooter; free hot water in the kitchen; nice view from the rooftop terrace; someone put a lot of thought into interiour design and decoration, the whole place is an eclectic wonderland

we personally didn’t like the location too much and would prefer a guesthouse close to the beach next time
