Super clean rooms, lovely staff

Dès que nous sommes arrivés nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement avec un thé marocain. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et c’est avec gentillesse qu’ils nous on fait monter dans notre chambre. Ça tellement bon au sein du Riad! Le petit déjeuner et super bon et variés d’un jour à l’autre j’ai beaucoup apprécié ça. Le Riad est propre nos draps étaient changés chaque jour ainsi que le ménage était fait chaque jour dans notre chambre. Le Riad est non loin des commerces, des musées, restaurants et surtout de la place Jemaa El Fna on peut faire beaucoup choses à pied. Je recommande +++ foncez !

Everything it’s photos don’t do it justice if your looking for somewhere to spend a few nights in marrakesh this is the one breakfast included the staff were amazing one of the staff in particular went above and beyond for us and made the stay so so good can’t praise it enough we’re from Scotland !!

Loved the staff, location, and breakfast! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Samira, Hamza, Lubna, and Hayat took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. For the first time at any hotel or riad, I truly felt at home. Feeling so comfortable and welcomed in a foreign country was such a special and unexpected experience. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was different and delicious every morning. The freshly squeezed orange juice and Moroccan black coffee were definite highlights. And I still can’t get over the homemade Moroccan bread, especially the Msemen, that they served every morning! The staff at the riad made our entire stay unforgettable and honestly made us fall in love with Morocco even more. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made all the difference. If I ever have the chance to visit Morocco again, I would 100% stay at the same riad. Highly, highly recommended!

We had an exceptional stay at this riad the staff were absolutely so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and tasted genuinely homemade and fresh we felt so comfortable and welcomed during our entire stay. Honestly everything was on point

Je recommande cet établissement pour son calme, sa propreté, son emplacement idéal, ainsi que le dévouement du personnel. D’ailleurs, j’ai même prolongé mon séjour alors qu’à la base je ne devais rester que trois nuits.

Amazing riad and the rooms were very big for riads! It’s a bit challenging to find the location (have to park little far) but the room is very clean, staffs are really nice and beautiful interior design

Super emplacement dans une petite ruelle de la médina. Le Riad est géniale la chambre est très grande et une petite piscine qui fais énormément de bien. L’accueil aussi du gérant et de tous le personnel qui prenne soin de nous.

Fabulous location, beautifully appointed, quietly intimate, comfortable environment! And the best staff!

The staff member who served breakfast was lovely and the breakfast food was delicious and plentiful. The reception staff were a bit basic. The location is great.

The reception staff provided the most basic service. We stayed in 2 riads during our visit and this one was not as clean and the beds were older. The pool water in the courtyard was a bit murky and as it’s in the courtyard, it’s not as private as pools that are on the roof.

Location. Also, the staff was courteous, helpful and went out of their way to assist in every way. Hamza, the front desk clerk was exceptional.

The breakfast was not freshly made. It was more store bought then heated up and served. The orange juice, however, seemed to be freshly squeezed.

Property was located in the old town a short walk from the main square. Hamza was an incredible host - made my stay really comfortable and easy. He was very helpful sorting taxis and giving advice for my time in Marrakesh. Thanks Hamza!

Everything was great

My only advice would be if arriving at night, make sure you have the Google maps offline/downloaded. As the taxi cannot drive near and you must walk in alleys that are quite tricky to navigate. From my understanding this is common for many Riads Breakfast, staff and service were all 10/10 and location to center is ideal!

Très joli Riad , joliment décoré. Emplacement idéal. Central et calme à la fois . Des petits déjeuners traditionnels copieux et variés . Un personnel accueillant, à l écoute, toujours disponible et très attentionné.

La struttura era in una zona centralissima della Medina. Camere nuove e pulite, staff molto gentile.

Le Riad est vraiment très joli et décoré avec raffinement. L'emplacement est top car 1) Situé tout au bout du mini ruelle, donc très calme et 2) En plein plein centre de la Médina: quand on sort de la ruelle, on est littéralement au milieu du Souk dans le Flow, dans le tumulte, c'est à dire que tous les commerces sont à quelques secondes/minutes à pied. Enfin, ou surtout, le jeune homme à l'accueil du Riad est tellement gentil et serviable: Remarquable !

My room was at the bottom floor near the pool. Because of that I could smell mold.

Riad Al Uzza was recommended to us by a friend and our expectations weren’t disappointed. Is in a convenient position, in a really nice area of the Medina, maybe the less chaotic. The women of the staff and Hamza were amazing, really welcoming since our arrival and always ready to be make sure to give their guest the best experience. The ground floor is really peaceful, it will be the best place to come back to after a long day out. The breakfast is so good, freshly made every morning, the best way to star your day. Thanks again to Hamza and all members of the staff.

Beautiful riad.. Amazing staff!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits. Le riad est fidèle à la description Notre chambre se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée et était spacieuse et confortable. Malgré notre arrivée tardive Hamza nous a accueilli a l'entrée de la médina pour nous conduire au riad. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux copieux et varie tous les jours. Tout le staff est très professionnel et aux petits soins.

Peut-être le manque de luminosité dans les chambres.

Riad was beautifully decorated, and had a lovely roof terrace. Rooms were lovely and beds were comfortable. Such a great central location in the heart of the medina and the spa was great.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, mooie riad die met veel smaak werd ingericht te midden van de Medina, heel goed gelegen, alles kon te voet afgelegd worden.

L'établissement dispose réellement de qualités : situation excellente, propreté, décoration et gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons constaté un écart notable entre le prix du séjour et le niveau de professionnalisme : Points de dysfonctionnement : Nous avions expressément demandé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée pour nos beaux-parents (difficultés de mobilité), confirmé deux fois par le propriétaire. À l'arrivée, on nous a annoncé qu'aucune chambre RDC n'était disponible. Le directeur a minimisé : « vos parents sont en pleine forme. » Concernant le dîner prévu à l'arrivée : nous avions précisé que nous souhaitions dîner au riad compte tenu de notre arrivée tardive et du mauvais temps prévu. Aucune information n'a été donnée sur la présence d'un restaurant mitoyen, pourtant facilement accessible, qui nous aurait permis de dîner sans avoir à affronter la pluie battante. Au lieu de cela, nous avons été accompagnés vers un autre établissement sans que la solution interne ne soit proposée. À notre départ (5h30), nous avions demandé un porteur pour les bagages dans la médina. Confirmé par l'accueil et le directeur. Le porteur n'est jamais venu. Bilan : Les prestations matérielles sont au rendez-vous, mais la qualité de service et l'écoute client ne correspondent pas au positionnement haut de gamme. Pour ce prix, on attend mieux que des promesses non tenues.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au riad en famille avec deux personnes âgées.

Le point fort de ce Riad est vraiment l’emplacement qui se trouve à 5 minutes de la place Jemma El-Fna. La chambre est confortable, la literie est parfaite et la salle de bain très confortable. La clim fonctionnait bien.

La déco est assez standard et manque d’originalité. La terrasse est basique, pas cosy , et le petit déjeuner très moyen, même pas de fruits. Le prix est disproportionné par rapport à la prestation et services disponibles. Prix d’un 4* mais pas au niveau.

Very nice small Riad, great location at 5mins walk from Jemaa El Fna square. Room was simple but large and nicely decorated. Riad was clean and staff friendly.

Nothing bad, but facilities in the rooms could be improved with at least a kettle or coffee machine.

La paz que transmite el riad. La decoración, la tranquilidad, el desayuno muy bien. Todo el personal muy amable. La terraza una maravilla.

Puse un poquito de menos por la habitación, nos tocó una en la planta baja, y aunque me daba un poco de "miedo" escuchar ruidos de recepción y de los desayunos pero llevé tapones y la verdad que no se escuchó nsda de ruido. Incluso sin tapones creo que no hubiera habido problema. Lo peor sí fue el olor a humedad de la habitación, nos toco una semana de lluvia y no sé si tuvo que ver, como las ventanas Dan al patio interior tampoco habia mucha forma de ventilar, ese detalle fue lo mas incómodo.

We werden zo warm ontvangen door de mensen van Riad Al Uzza. De riad is mooi, gezellig en een echt rustpunt in de drukke medina. Wij logeerden er 4 nachten. Het ontbijt was lekker. Ook heel fijn om te ontbijten in de zon, op het dakterras. We raden wel aan om een transfer van de luchthaven te regelen via de riad zelf, want de riad zit wat verscholen. Om er de eerste keer te geraken, word je best begeleid.

Lovely kind staff who were extremely helpful. Location was perfect for main square and souks. Very clean and quiet which made it a very relaxing stay.

Riad was a little hard to find

The general location is excellent, but the immediate approach is untidy and grubby.

Although very comfortable generally our room (a superior double number 3) was very small.

Super riad, au milieu de la Medina. Très belle décoration. La chambre était bien et propre, le lit confortable et la salle de bain immense. Le riad est très bien situé. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Petit déjeuner très bien et différent chaque jour, à prendre sur le rooftop. Le plus, le joli petit sac en toile offert qui a été très pratique. Excellent séjour au Riad Al Uzza, le personnel est vraiment au top et tres accueillant.L’endroit est magnifique, tout est au carré même dans les détails.Excellent petit déjeuner sur la terrasse qui est très agréable. N’hésitez pas une seul seconde vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

We had a fantastic stay at the Riad and 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. What really made the experience stand out was the hospitality. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay — but a special mention has to go to Ahmed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, always with a smile, and with that rare ability to make you feel both looked after and completely at ease. He was there 24/7 ! The riad itself is beautiful and pacific - is a perfect escape from the intensity of the medina. Cleanliness was also impeccable. Rooms and common areas were consistently spotless, which made it even easier to relax and enjoy the space. We’d happily stay again.

La ubicación es un poco difícil, en Google maps te lleva por otra calle, pero nada complejo y difícil de localizar.

struttura nuova e ben tenuta. curata nei dettagli. rispetto ad altri riad le stanze, compreso il bagno, sono spaziose. La ragazza che ci ha accolti ed offerto il te' è stata veramente gentile.

Purtroppo la posizione non è buona, non è facilmente raggiungibile e su google maps non è ben segnalata, infatti ci siamo persi due volte prima di trovare il riad. non è un posto da prenotare se avete intenzione, come noi, di uscire la sera e prendere un taxi perchè per arrivare alla strada principale ci vogliono 5 minuti totalmente immersi nella medina e di sera non è proprio raccomandabile. La cosa più grave è stato il "presunto servizio h24" perchè inesistente. Io e mio marito siamo usciti la sera e al nostro rientro a mezzanotte non ha aperto nessuno nonostante avessimo bussato per più di un'ora, abbiamo anche provato a contattare invano la struttura. La paura che ci ha assaliti in quei momenti è inspiegabile, nel cuore della medina, di notte, da soli e fuori al riad. Per fortuna dopo un'ora si è svegliato un altro ospite e ci è venuto ad aprire altrimenti avremmo dovuto soggiornare altrove. La struttura è molto carina, nuova, ma la posizione e il servizio non valgono il prezzo.

Mooi en propere riad en zeer behulpzaam. We hadden 2 kleine probleempjes in de kamer en die werden dadelijk opgelost.

Moeilijk te vinden, dus een tip hang een bordje aan het begin van het kleine steegje. We misten ook wat vers fruit bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt mag iets meer variatie hebben, maar was wel heel vers !

Ottima la posizione, facilmente raggiungibile. Gli interni sono carini e gli arredi sono nuovi. Il personale accogliente.

La struttura ha molte cose lasciate al caso per il prezzo che chiede. Il personale a disposizione è solo un guardiano, anche notturno e le cameriere/cuoche che si occupano di stanze e cucina. Manca un punto di riferimento a cui chiedere informazioni o assistenza. Il livello di inglese del personale non è buono. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda che sembra disponibile solo la sera e la mattina presto. Dopo colazione, quando piu ospiti utilizzavano la doccia, era solo tiepida. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato detto che non potevano fare niente. Il bagno puzzava di fogna, probabilmente perchè era un periodo piovoso, ma anche li non hanno potuto fare niente. La colazione era scarsa, praticamente sempre uguale, solo dolce. Non sufficiente per il prezzo che chiedono per il pernottamento. Non avevano espresso ne un latte che non fosse di mucca intero. Caffè americano imbevibile. Il manager della struttura si è presentato solamente al momento del pagamento, e ha richiesto un prezzo piu alto se volevamo pagare con carta: cosa molto spiacevole indipendentemente dalla percentuale della commissione. Su google maps e su booking l’indirizzo segnato è sbagliato, il taxi ci ha portato lontano dal punto di arrivo, non per colpa sua, e abbiamo dovuto pagare un sovrapprezzo per raggiungere l’hotel. La struttura non si è scusata e per tutto il periodo non abbiamo avuto modo di chiedere a nessuno una sorta di rimborso, perchè nessuno ne sapeva niente. La stanza era molto fredda e l’unico modo per riscaldarla era l’aria condizionata, non sufficiente. In sintesi la cosa peggiore è che manca un personale di riferimento. Certo le cuoche molto simpatiche ma non c’è una reception qualificata. Per il prezzo richiesto davvero un servizio approssimativo, lasciato al caso, poco piacevole. Struttura molto bella in foto, dal vivo una palazzina normale, stanze nulla di che.

Magnifique ! Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Le Riad est idéalement placé, la décoration et les équipements sont top. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, nous avons été guidés à chaque étape de notre séjour. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Prima locatie midden in de souks, het was wel even zoeken, want Google maps brengt je ergens anders. De kamer was vrij ruim en schoon.

Het ontbreekt de riad aan charme en hartelijkheid. De riad zelf is prachtig, maar het personeel, of eigenlijk het gebrek eraan, maakt dat het kil en onpersoonlijk aanvoelt. Er was enkel een jongeman die amper Engels sprak. Voor ontbijt moesten wij zelf steeds naar hem opzoek gaan om te vragen of we ontbijt konden hebben, meestal zat hij dan in een hoekje van de keuken op zn telefoon te spelen. Er kon geen goedemorgen vanaf. Melk voor bij de koffie werd in een mok gedaan waardoor het moeilijk was om dat in je koffie te schenken waardoor het steeds 1 grote knoeiboel werd. Ontbijt was karig, we moesten zelfs om brood vragen, want we kregen enkel een msemen en een plak cake en wat fruit. Douche lekte aan de zijkant waardoor het bij het toilet helemaal nat werd. Je krijgt geen sleutel van de voordeur, je moet steeds aanbellen. 1 keer kwam ik terug en heb 4x gebeld, maar niemand deed open...heel vervelend, toen maar weer de stad in gegaan, terwijl ik eigenlijk op mijn kamer wilde zijn...

De Riad is gelegen in een smalle, doodlopende steeg waardoor het heel rustig is. De kamers en Riad zelf zijn leuk ingericht en er hangt een fijne sfeer. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt wordt elke dag vers gemaakt en smaakt heerlijk.

De bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant en de water temperatuur van de douche is wat lastig in te stellen.
