Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, con todos los servicios necesarios. Se puede llegar andando a casi todos los puntos de interés del centro (otra cosa son las cuestas y las escaleras, pero esto es Oporto). No llevamos coche pero parece que se podía aparcar fácil. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026El apartamento nos gustó mucho en general. Tenía pequeños detalles que se agradecen (,jabón suficiente, pastillas para lavavajillas y lavadora y café para el primer día, etc). La ubicación buenísima.
El sofá cama es incómodo. Los niños se quejaron todas las noches.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Son emplacement, la propreté, le stationnement facile aux environs. Tout étaient parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 ados. Beaucoup de rangements aussi. Les plus, un grand frigo et un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sécheuse.
Le matelas du divan lit était limité pour de grands ados.

Die Größe ist optimal, Bett sehr bequem mit vielen Kissen Das Apartment war für uns die letzte Station von mehrerer Aufenthalten in Portugal. Und Hurrah, endlich eine richtige Bettdecke.. Großes Badezimmer, flauschige Handtücher. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per Code. Super Lage. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder nehmen

Es könnte noch etwas mehr Geschirr geben.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. It is located on the top floor and has everything mentioned in the listing. A big plus is that the heating worked very well, which is important as many apartments in Portugal are very cold in the winter. The apartment was also fairly quiet, the location is very good, and the building looks nice and relatively new.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned. The windows were dirty, the bathroom mirror and shower were visibly dirty, and there were many marks on the walls. The kitchen was unusable due to extremely dirty appliances (toaster, coffee machine, kettle). No proper cleaning supplies were provided, only a very used sponge, which was placed on the lid of the garbage bin. In the bathroom, there was no toilet paper at all, so we had to buy it ourselves. For a one-week stay for two people, we received only two bath towels and one hand towel. In the bedroom the duvet cover zipper was broken, so our feet were touching the duvet directly, which is unsanitary, especially since only the cover is washed between guests. There was also a maintenance issue: one of the interior blinds did not work, so the living room window could not be fully opened. Communication was good before arrival, and we appreciated the early check-in, but during the stay there were no instructions and no information about check-out.

Al entrar el edificio olía a humedad. Llegamos un día de diario, justo a la hora de comer y nos costó encontrar sitio para aparcar. Pero por la noche ya lo pudimos dejar en la puerta. El apartamento es estupendo pero algún detalle tonto que eche en falta, por decir algo, es que el jabón del cuerpo/ manos estaba como aguado y no había alfombrilla para la ducha.

Bei offenen Fenster etwas lauter. Die Küchenausstattung ist spärlich, die Spülmaschine macht keinen Sinn. Die Zugangsdaten zur Wohnung bekamen wir erst 4 Stunden vorher - kein beruhigendes Gefühl. Auch hinsichtlich des checkouts mussten wir anfragen, was zu beachten ist, weil seitens des Vermieters keine Hinweise kamen...

L appartamento è completo di tutto, abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in 4 persone e siamo stati benissimo! Si trova in zona tranquilla che in 2 min di camminata si raggiungono i luoghi d interesse ! No information was given beforehand on how to get the keys. I had to contact the owner at the day of arrival by WhatsApp to get the info. It would be nice to get the info at least 1 day ahead of time. Note also check-in is around 4 pm which we felt was late.

It was handy to have soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped ( microwave is within the oven) and fine for a short stay. I would definitely recommend.
It would have been really helpful to have instructions for some of the facilities rather than waste time trying to work it out. Plus a list of local attractions and places to eat, is always handy .The flat was slick and modern but there was a lack of basics like dish towels , draining board and no dishwashing tablets. But these are minor details.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2024Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated modern flat in an excellent location. Very quiet and well equipped with everything needed for a one week stay in Porto. An exceptional amount of storage space. Joao was a very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend this flat.
One suggestion is to have a book for guests (or more info online) with a few essential instructions, such as what to do with rubbish and recycling and how to lower the bedroom window blind, which I didn't figure out until the second night.

Simply walk through the park 50 m from front of building to plenty of quality restaurants and keep walking another 300 m to the city centre. And there’s a fantastic bar about 50 m on RHS of corner that’s a redeveloped house with multiple levels. Communication by the owner was exceptional.

It is a bit far from the city center so you have to walk a bit to get to the main attractions.

The water pressure was poor and made having a shower difficult. Water would come on for 10 seconds and then stop for 10 seconds.

The house owner is really friendly and helps a lot. I have to say this flat is much beyond my expectation just like Porto is. I will definitely come back to this beautiful city as well as this flat.
