Neom's Golden Gate

Very nice and well maintained property.

I had a good stay and a comfortable room and service

Peaceful area, all facilities were exceptional.

Booked 2 Triple rooms and 2 Double rooms for a family function for 2 days The staff was very friendly and cooperative Located in a calm and quiet place

Focus more on verification of room cleanliness expecially wash rooms before a hand over

It’s calm & quiet

Very good atmosphere and friendly staff

I am a regular guest at this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. They have never disappointed me. The service is consistently excellent, the staff are friendly and professional, and the overall experience is always comfortable. During my most recent stay, they went above and beyond by accommodating an early check-in at 6:00 AM, which was extremely helpful after my journey. The team was very understanding and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff for your hospitality and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

Good room

Staff behaviour good

Awesome stay experience.p

It was completely in outskirts, markets and all are around 1km away while checking out no one was there at reception

Property location is nice. Construction also look new

It appears that no cleaning is happening. Before I accepted, I looked into three rooms, but I found old sheets and unclean linens in each one. Also, toilets were not adequately cleaned.

Only one towel provide for 2 people staying . Kindly improve on it

Attitude of the owner. Cleanliness of room and bathroom

Location. Being residential area there was no restaurant/ grocceey store nearby. There was no electric socket near bed so it was inconvenience in charging mobile or gadgets.

The stay was quite comfortable. Basic facilities were available; Lift, Kettle, hot water, ac, common sitting area etc They provided tea bags and sugar. The Building is rather new and room was clean . The staff were very helpful. Provided extra bedsheets and teabags. Helped to find a driver for Airport shuttle. Thank you.

.

Location. Looks good. Clean. Parking, basic

Owner managed. So resources stretched and may be cutting corners. Not up to the standard. I asked them to change bedding finding our it wasn't changed. Room cramped to rhe core. I slipped and broke my nails. Thst cramped.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to the riverside ( great for a walk), great choice for a small group, dedicated carpark, quiet and safe locality

Not close to some eating places, isolated.

Pulizia ottima e bagno pulito e tutto funzionante, aria condizionata e ventilatore ottimi per la stagione calda, personale gentile

Tutto ottimo

This hotel is really clean with a comfortable bed, represents good value for money

A pleasant stay with well-maintained rooms and courteous staff. The location is quiet and suitable for a relaxed stay💯

The staff were courteous, the room was clean. Overall good

I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it.

At the last minute cancelled by them. We clearly confirmed our stay several times and on the date of check in also we phoned they asked to come to us but cancelled after getting in the station. This made us in trouble.

Wygodny hotel, 15 minut od lotniska, dobrze wykończony, wszystko działa jak trzeba. Miła i pomocna obsługa, dobry kontakt.

Great & clean hotel, friendly staff, would definitely stay again. Within walking distance of the HS Sree Veda Ayurveda treatment center, very convenient.

We had a truly delightful stay at this charming hotel where the staff were none other than the owners themselves. Their hands-on approach and personal care made all the difference—they went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and stress-free. From thoughtful room arrangements to helpful local recommendations, their dedication and warmth were evident in every detail. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being welcomed into a well-kept home. Highly recommended for those who value genuine hospitality and a personal touch.

From the moment I arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate interiors—everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and truly inviting. The ambiance was calm and refreshing, making it a perfect retreat from the usual chaos of travel. The hospitality was absolutely top-notch. The staff were not just helpful; they were genuinely kind and attentive, anticipating needs before they were spoken. What made the experience even more heartwarming was that the owners themselves served as caretakers. Their presence added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience—they welcomed guests like family, shared local tips with warmth, and ensured every corner of the hotel reflected their pride and care. It’s rare to find a place where professionalism meets heartfelt service so seamlessly. I left with lovely memories and a sense of connection that goes far beyond just a hotel stay. Highly recommended to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and the kind of hospitality that stays with you long after checkout.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An Exceptional Stay That Felt Like Home

Quiet..Well maintained, Clean, new property with friendly management. Great choice for leisure or business. Easily accessible to main highway..

Location in remote area. Away from main road

There is no cafeteria. Walk a long distance to get a cup of tea

Location

Access to location

Everything was excellent

I had come for a Swimathon event and for reaching to the venue, the location is good. The vicinity is very safe as I have walked the area early morning to reach the event venue. Also, the Aluva shiva temple is close. The room, though small is comfortable for one person. The caretakers were very polite and helpful. There is no restaurant attached. Swiggy and Zomato delivers here and so they used to collect and deliver it to my room.

While I paid Rs.1379/- (including taxes) for a night's stay (2 pm to 12 noon), when I needed an extended stay for a couple of hours as my train was in the evening, I paid Rs.1000/- for just 5 hours. This is a bit expensive. Maybe the hourly rate can be revised?!!

Very friendly staff and comfortable one to stay. Will recommend to everyone.
