Bathroom had off smell I had to request more than thrice for room cleaning The towel l got was not clean and had soap I wonder whether they were not clean

The bathroom was too smelly on the first day and it was not in good clean condition I had informed multiple times to the house keeping lady foe cleaning and was not been cleaned when l came back at night This has happened twice and l had informed the front office at night Someone was knocking the door at night 11:20 pm and had to call the receptionist at night This was also repeated in the morning, when l checked it was the same man And during daytime around 11am an old lady just pushed the door and tried to open the door

Front desk staff interaction and cooperation. Location. Value for money.

Breakfast opens only at 8am (late). Housekeeping can be better.

There were no tissues even in the bathrooms. There was no Shower Gel, Shampoo, or even a soap holder in the bath. Food was bad, there was a lot on the menu, but no items were available. Breakfast timing is not suitable

Location view from room was amazing. Breakfast was limited and acceptable. But don’t buy any food extra from the restaurant of the hotel as this is super expensive.

Please provide food at the restaurant with reasonable price. WiFi connection was poor during the stay which could be improvised.

reception staff exceptional/later arrival with 25kg bags each. Teed up driver next day/no problems.

day after we arrive was Lord Shiva fasting day so all temples full/timing problem was ours!

Room was clean. Size of the room was just ok.

Room service was too slow. They took 1 hour 20 minutes to serve just tea and lemon juice. Staff were not so friendly. Checkout time was 11.00 am, we requested to extend till 12.00 and they denied, though it was not fully occupied

Toiletories such us tissue etc was not placed. But when requested it was provided. Twin bed was unable to join and use. Double bed room was not available.

I booked here for my parents while they were on transit in Aluva. They were happy with the service, cleanliness and quality of the property.

The location is a main asset for the hotel as well as the well groomed staffs with their knowledge of how a hotel runs. The room service staffs and front office staffs are well aware of their roles and duties. The in-house food service and contents were top notch!!! There wouldn’t be nothing short of saying, Park Residency Arcadia, Aluva is a wonderful place for stay, food & worth every penny.

The room was clean.

The food choice for breakfast can be better. The pillow weren’t comfortable.

In food service they won’t oblige . They say they stick to there hotel timings only . They won’t oblige for 30 mins early breakfast also

Can improve cleanliness

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. They can improve on breakfast menu and wifi connection problems were there ( Poor connectivity) .

We had a delightful stay at Park Residency Arcadia. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The staff. Exceptionally helpful, kind and always greet you with a smile. The hotel was well maintained, clean and up to a good standard. The location is also good. Drivers can easily find it.

We stay only few hours Lot of manual writing forms, staff on front desk was respected but need training more . , internet very slow or not connecting . Via checking out payment Machine not working ( not charged) 😃

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, then when we tried to check out and pay they told us they don't accept international card!!! We stayed in other hotels in India, without any stars, or less stars and we could pay with our cards so how come a 4 star hotel near to the airport doesn't accept international cards??? We didn't have any cash anymore as we got rid of it the day before so we had to go to an atm (they are so far we had to take a taxi) and almost missed our flight because of this drama!! Also, when people are in the corridors talking you can hear everything from the room, we have been woken up at night because of it. The breakfast wasn't good at all either, very limited choice. For sure we would not recommend neither stay there ever again

Good location for the airport

Gym was closed without any reason and we were told an earlier takeaway breakfast would be sorted for us to take to our early flight (which never materialised). Additionally the price of the hotel was not as per the agreed booking.com fee - additional “taxes” were snuck on the bill on top of existing taxes!
