Cet hôtel est super propre, le réceptionniste charmant, le petit déjeuner, pris dans un restaurant adjacent, bon. Le quartier, excentré, me plaît, et la proximité du métro est un vrai bonus.

The location is not much difficult to reach.The overall experience at the hotel was good.

The programmable perfume dispenser at the room which I could not operate made the room ambience bad. I think synthetic perfumes are not good in closed room.

I really liked the room. It was neat, clean, and had all the necessary facilities.The ambience was calm and welcoming. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.The staff were very polite and addressed all our needs promptly.

Everything was great, but check-in time could be a little more flexible. Early check-in or a bit of leniency would be helpful, especially for guests arriving early. Similarly, a slightly extended check-out time or a reasonable half-day charge option would make the experience even better.

Clean rooms,room service very good

Near to Aluva Railway Station and Metro station is at a walkable distance. Rooms were very clean. Staffs were good in communication and also quick to resolve any of our queries. Very supportive in general. I had a one night stay as an interim stop in my journey. Worth the money i spent.

Extremely clean, the whole room smelled disinfectant and you could feel how fresh the sheets were. More than friendly reception and very helpful personnel. They supported us with all our requests for late check in, transportation even for breakfast. The room was bigger than its actual size due to proper architecture. Everything is new and functional, AC, WC, amenities, all plugs working.

Not very soundproof. If you have loud or noisy neighbours you might need earplugs;)

Well kept and looked after well. The room is clean and all essentials were there. The staff is friendly. The staff said that the owner is running this because of his passion. And that shows well... good 👍 keep it up. The breakfast is arranged at a nearby a small but good vegetarian hotel. We had early breakfast from there and it was quite good.

The place where it is situated is closer to the market. So you need to keep that in mind.

The location is very close to the Metro, bus stand, and market. The hotel staff were supportive, and I would prefer to stay here again if given the opportunity.

There is no restaurant at the property, but the hotel is close to many dining options, making it easy to find meals nearby.

Room was good and had required facilities. Value for money.

Main entrance is a common entrance to many businesses and not very clean. The whole building is not the hotel. The hotel is only on the 3rd floor.

very friendly and helpful staff, they went out of their way to make everything easy. they organised a taxi and few other travel aids for us. A big thank you to Riyaz and team 🙏.

Hospitality and Forbes standard service and behaviour by Receptionist Aamir. His Good vibes and Kind behaviour made our entire stay at Mezkar Residency the best amongst our international Leisure vacation.

Little busy area, rooms were not spacious but stay was good, staffs were friendly and good hospitality.

Very strong smell of Naphthalene balls. Not worth for money. Not even 3 star facility.

Everything except water tap

The shower tap was not working properly. Even after they have repaired also it was not fine, ⁷and it was really a waste of our time

For the breakfast we have to walk for 5 minutes outside of the property. At night they close the main entrance aslo

Breakfast is not served at the hotel.They give a breakfast coupon to Shanoy Restaurant,have to walk 200m to this restaurant.Breakfast was just ok but not very good.
