A localização é excelente. Perto de vários mercados e do ponto de tram para ir para estação de trem/ônibus, que é uma do lado da outra, com destino ao aeroporto. Apartamento pequeno, mas completo e bem aconchegante. Agradecimento à atenciosa Mathilda, que sempre respondeu minhas mensagens em até dois minutos.

Location was very peaceful but still only about 10 minutes walk away from Kamppi shopping center. Silent room, easy access, view to the backyard. Also only about 10min walk to the sea. Several food stores just "behind the corner". Bed was firm and nice, sheets, towels and all needed was availabe. Even coffee, which was a nice surprise. Room was neat and tidy, and looking pleasant. Kitchen pretty much fully equipped with necessaries.

All the electronics were like "one use away from breaking" in the room... Microwave oven made some loud squeaking noice when using it. Tv remote buttons didn't react properly. Cooling fan couldn't stand on it's own, so it needed to lean to the wall and couldn't be moved. Tea water heater was just old and looking untidy from inside. Hair dryer... well, using that didn't feel safe bcoz of it's condition. Also, the big towels kinda started to do a certain odour after getting wet, so wouldn't hurt to wash them in 90+ degrees every now and then. Also the toilet sink could use some more through scrubbing. And the toilet carpet shoud just be changed or just removed, it had past it's best days. So had the kitchen seat covers.

Уютная небольшая студия со всем необходимом, чистая и близко к центру. Было тихо, так как окна выходят во двор. Для двоих отличный вариант.

Было бы здорово, если бы для готовки был не только сотейник, но и сковородка. Кровать была удобной, но дополнительные подушки тоже были бы большим плюсом

Boa localização. Apartamento acolhedor, com muita luz natural e quente. É muito silencioso, não se ouve qualquer barulho do exterior. O prédio tem um bom elevador, o que é ótimo. Tem uma ótima televisão com Netflix. Anfitrião muito disponível e simpático.

Poderia ter mais toalhas (apenas uma toalha de banho de tamanho médio para cada hóspede). Roupa da cama com tamanho pouco adequado: edredão e capa demasiado pequenos para a cama.

Gute Lage

Sehr schmutzig, viele Haare von den Vorgängern, WC sehr klein - wenn man duscht ist das ganze Bad unter Wasser.

Ubicato in zona centrale. All' interno dell' appartamento c' era tutto, confortevole e silenzioso.

De passage à Helsinki pour le travail, cet appartement m’a parfaitement convenu pour la semaine. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel, excellente localisation à proximité, des commerces et des transports mais au calme malgré tout. Les instructions d’entrée sont claires

Asunto oli hieman epäsiisti ja niin kylmä, että tärisin kylmyydestä koko sielä olo aikani. Tämän vuoksi oleskelu sielä ei vastannut odotuksia enkä kokenut saavani rahoilleni vastinetta.

Hyvä sijainti, siisti asunto. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi ja oli kuten kuvauksessa. Avainten nouto toimi näppärästi.

Pyyhkeet haisivat pahalle: olivat ilmeisesti kyllä pestyjä, mutta kuivattu tunkkaisessa/kosteassa paikassa.

Viihtyisä, hyvä sijainti, hiljaiset naapurit.

Superbe appartement, idéalement situé néanmoins dans un quartier très calme. Propre, literie agréable et confortable. Le prix est très correct pour la capitale. Recommandation ++

Pyyhkeet pahanhajuiset, ehkä likaiset. Pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet huonolaatuiset. Viikon oleskelussa tarvitsisi kahdet pyyhkeet. Astiat voisi uudistaa pienellä rahalla. En löytänyt astianpesukoneen pesuainetta. Vessan lattian kuivatukseen tarvitsisi lastan tai imukykyisen mopin. Ulkoportin lukko temppuili, siitä tuli turvaton olo.

Clean central studio in the city center. Small but comfortable.

Everything was good.

Good location and clean apartment. Compact but had everything we needed. Good value for money. Lots of supermarkets near property and close to public transport. Responsive host.

Unfortunately the host sent the wrong details of the key lock location which meant we had to contact them and wasted 30mins walking around looking for the original location. However the host did respond quickly to my message and we were able to find the key and the apartment ok.

It was central and it was quiet. I had all that I needed and was close to public transportation.

You know, I was happy with it. I would suggest better pillows, but beyond that, it met my needs very comfortably.

parts of the apartment are very narrow (the bathroom in particular), which might make it hard for people with mobility issues to move around. the only seating options are very uncomfortable folding chairs in a dark nook or very, very wobbly bar stools.

Excellent cosy apartment in the city centre, walking distance (but also well-connected by metro and tram/buses) to all the major landmarks, to the forefront park, to the central station and next door to a massive shopping centre (Kamppi). It was just perfect, all facilities (like kitchen, washing machine, shower, etc) worked perfectly. I think it’s a great value for money if you want to spend a longer period of time (I stayed 1 week) in Helsinki. I was alone and working from home, it can easily accomodate 2 people, it’s a bit crammed if you are both working though.

Everything about it is perfect. Location, the apartment itself and the communications with the staff Sunny.

Excellent location, good price, very clean

The bed was quite comfortable and fit the two of us perfectly. Everything from towels, vacuum, hair dryer and shampoo was provided at the accommodation. The person running the place was very nice and made sure to give us detailed instructions on how to get there and what to do when we were leaving.

There wasn't any shower caddy to hold the shampoo and shower gel so the bottles kept falling over on the floor.
