Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours serviable, respectueux et attentif au moindre besoin. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et familiale, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme à la maison. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique : des arbres fruitiers partout, une végétation luxuriante et un environnement paisible qui invite au repos. La piscine est très propre et parfaitement entretenue. C'est un lieu idéal pour les familles avec enfants, où chacun peut profiter de vacances en toute sérénité. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous détendre, vous ressourcer et passer des moments inoubliables, ne cherchez plus. Cet hôtel est un véritable petit paradis sur terre. Nous y reviendrons avec un immense plaisir !

Séjour absolument parfait au GARDEN OF ASNI ! L’accueil est au top et le personnel aux petits soins du début à la fin. L’environnement est idéal pour se déconnecter : calme, nature, dépaysement total. Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai, c’est certain. La prochaine fois, ce sera pour y rester plus longtemps ! J y étais jamais .. j'étais déçue on m a appelé pour annuler la réservation apres confirmation sur booking et me demander d envoyer une demande d'annulation gratuite qui sera acceptée . Et j'étais pas remboursée en totalité !

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, hilfsbereites, freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Wir waren ohne eigenes Auto angereist und darum auf Taxivermittlung angewiesen, die auch sehr gut von dem Verwalter umgesetzt wurde. Dennoch ist der Aufenthalt hier nur mit eigenem PKW zu empfehlen, auch teilweise Selbstversorgung notwendig.

Sanitäre Anlagen unmöglich! Toilette nicht festgeschraubt. Meist kein Wasser vorhanden, auch nicht am Waschbecken, wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts nur einmal duschen. Wir bestanden nach der ersten Nacht darauf den Bungalow zu wechseln, da im Bad und den Zwischenwänden überall Feuchtigkeit und Schimmelgeruch auftrat. Der zweite Bungalow war nicht mehr feucht, dafür hatten wir kein laufendes Wasser! Die Sitzflächen vor den Bungalows waren durchgebrochen und dadurch nicht benutzbar.

The garden and roses were not bad.

I planned a weekend with my parents that was ruined by this establishment. It was overpriced and poorly managed. They do not honor their reservations or their word. ​Before arrival, the owner called to claim our booked suites were "unavailable" for the first night and moved us to a 2-bedroom apartment, promising the suites the next day. This never happened. We were stuck in a dirty, uncomfortable apartment with non-functional showers for the entire stay. ​I noticed the owner keeps all suites listed as "available" on booking sites even when the hotel is full, forcing guests into inferior rooms with no refund. ​Additional Charges: They try to charge for extras during the whole stay. They even charged for the coffee served with breakfast despite breakfast being included. They also « offered » a dinner soup, and insisted it was "free" multiple times, then tried to charge us for it at checkout. It feels like a trap at every corner. ​ When I tried to complain, the owner was kind of rude and dismissive, acting as if I were the problem. ​Poor Value: Overall, the location is not great and the price is far too high for the service and quality provided. You can find much better options nearby.

Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht überein: die Armaturen und das Waschbecken im Bad waren ungeputzt, der Boden schmutzig. Der Sicherungskasten stand offen, die Abdeckung zerbrochen daneben. Das Frühstück konnten wir erst nach mehrfacher Bitte vor 10:00 Uhr erhalten, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Das Grundstück betreten und Verlassen ging nur mit Anruf an den Hausmeister, der das Tor öffnet. Die Kommunikation hat hierfür mäßig funktioniert und wir standen von beiden Seiten immer wieder vor verschlossener Tür.

De bedden zijn groot en liggen prima. De kamer is groot. Het eten - vooral de Tagjne! - was uitstekend. Mooie tuin.

We hadden 4 nachten geboekt en zijn na 2 nachten vertrokken. De badkamer was vies en blijkbaar al langere tijd niet meer schoongemaakt. Er hingen nog handdoeken van de vorige gasten. We konden onze kamer niet op slot doen en de kluis was niet te gebruiken. We kregen ook geen sleutel om erin of eruit te kunnen, waardoor we ons opgesloten voelden. Direct ernaast is een moskee waar ’s ochtends om 5 uur werd opgeroepen tot gebed. Het was buitengewoon koud en we moesten overal om vragen: een extra deken, schone handdoeken en water. Er was geen verwarming, noch in de kamer, noch in het restaurant. Ondanks dat de airco op 28 graden stond, was het verschrikkelijk koud. Ook met warme kleding was het alleen in bed uit te houden. Het toilet wiebelde en de bril was kapot. Douchen in die kou leek wel een moedproef. In het restaurant hebben we met jas, sjaal, muts en handschoenen gezeten. Het eten in het restaurant was superlekker, maar de service was waardeloos. We kregen niets te drinken, niet eens water bij het eten. Ontbijt was alleen om 10:00 uur mogelijk, geen koffie beschikbaar.

Les logements à l'écart du village sont constitués de grands bungalows individuels, en dur, avec de larges baies vitrées. Ils sont répartis dans un magnifique et grand jardin planté de multiples arbres fruitiers différents et de beaux rosiers. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Les "suites" sont de très grandes dimensions, propres et très bien décorées. Des chaises longues sont judicieusement réparties tout autour de la piscine, dont certaines à l'ombre, ce qui est fort appréciable pour se relaxer ou prendre un bain de soleil.

Les bungalows n'ont pas de clé et la manœuvre de certaines baies coulissantes est parfois difficile.. La piscine est peu profonde et mériterait un bon nettoyage de surface pour oser y mettre un pied. La présence d'un minaret tout proche dont l'appel à la prière vous réveille en sursaut à 5h30 du matin. A noter que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour.

Toilet seat broken Toilet needs securing to the floor No toiletries provided (clearly stated that they were provided). Only one towel for the swimming pool provided, although the pool was covered in leaves. Right opposite a mosque.. Needs a little TLC

Le gérant de l'hôtel est très sympa et serviable. L'hôtel est magnifique et très calme. Verdure et calme assuré. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les environs de Marrakech (Imlil - Moulay Brahim - Amanar). Merci pour ce séjour.

L'équipement de la chambre est acceptable. J'aurai préféré un bureau à l'intérieur de la chambre et une télé. Le restaurant propose un menu limité à un prix relativement cher. Sinon chapeau pour l'acceuil et la gentillesse du gérant Mohamed.

I loved this special place so much. The staff were unbelievably kind. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and to accommodate our schedule. I've truly never had an experience like this. They even brought us freshly picked plums from their trees! We are truly so grateful for the kindness that was extended here. I would 1000% come back here.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were spacious, bright and well decorated each with a great views of the gardens. The gardens even in the winter were lovely to walk around and I can only imagine how incredible it must be in the summer. The best part by far was Mohammed our host and the owner of the hotel. We were looked after so well from the moment we arrived. We were served an incredible dinner, also cooked by him and a fire was lit in our room after dinner to keep us warm in the evening. We slept so comfortably, and then woke to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sun out on the patio with a view of the lonntains and garden. It seems to be a quiet time of year and so was very peaceful, Mohammad welcomed us to stay into the afternoon before we left to get a taxi back into Marrkesh from Asni which was a short walk from the hotel. We wish we had longer to stay here.

The spacious rooms did mean it got a little chilly at night in the winter. However, it wasn’t uncomfortable.

We stayed here after a long drive from the desert. The location and setting was very calm and relaxing. The room was modern and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable and softer than usual. The host was really friendly and kind.

The heater in the room didn’t work super well, so our room was pretty cold for Dec. The hot water didn’t last for 2 showers. Breakfast was standard Moroccan and came 25 minutes late, which would usually be fine but we had other commitments to get to. Note, there is also a mosque right opposite so if you want a sleep in, put some ear plugs in.

Das grosse Bungalow ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einem gepflegten Garten mit Pool. Asni ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, und der wöchentliche Markt am Samstag ist absolut ein Besuch wert. Mohamed, der Gastgeber ist äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stand uns jederzeit für Auskünfte und Hilfeleistungen bereit.

Das Frühstück und Nachtessen waren ok.

Der grosse Garten mit den vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind herzig eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber Mohamed war sehr bemüht, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, hat kaum Touristen.

Beautiful gardens and location outside of the town. Swimming pool and fruit trees were lovely and beautifully maintained. Lovely breakfasts and dinners. The accommodation was fabulous and spacious with very comfortable beds. Very peaceful atmosphere. A special mention for Mohamed our host who could not have been more helpful, spoke good English and gave us a personal sight-seeing tour.

Nothing, it was pretty much perfect.

Klein paradijs in een rommelig gehucht. Hele mooie ruime kamers, met zitjes buiten. Kleine dingen die niet functioneren worden gelijk opgelost. Ontbijt en diner goed.

Zwembad groot, maar ijskoud. Zal de tijd van het jaar zijn. Ziet er prachtig uit, maar begint al mankementen te vertonen.

une fois à l'intérieur de l'établissement, l'ambiance était très agréable, grand parc et jardin, très belle piscine, les bungalows sont très grands à peu près 65 m² pour une chambre et salle de bain, joliment décorés.

Ce qui était dommage c'est que le lieu et la construction initiale ainsi que la décoration de cet établissement ont été très bien pensées et réalisées, mais aucun entretien, beaucoup d'appliques étaient cassées, les tringles à rideaux tombaient , les baies vitrées fermaient très mal, des prises ne fonctionnaient , et les interrupteurs de la salle à manger étaient vraiment très sales… bref dommage pour un si bel endroit. L'accueil par contre a été excellent de la part de Mohamed.

Amazing unique place. Incredible home cooked food. The staff were incredible, Mohammed was superb as host and became our children’s best friend ! This is a unique place well worth visiting.

I really appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, especially Mohamed the manager and Mohamed from the restaurant, who were both very attentive and kind. The suites were cosy and very comfortable, and the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. The beautiful setting, with plenty of fruit trees, made the stay feel unique and refreshing.

We stayed as a family of four in one of the villas. The space was enough to accommodate all of us, though we spent most of our time in the garden and pool area. It's a really beautiful setting and environment. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We also ate at their restaurant and the chicken tangine was great. Breakfast in the morning was simple and tasty. A really nice break from the hecticness of Morocco driving.

A very peaceful place, be there in times when you just need to rest and wake up on birds chirping, i was there for one night and i make it two nights, and what makes it an exceptional experience is Mohamed, a very serviable host...
