One of our rooms had bed bugs and we are still buying medicine to cure from the stings. In the other room, the AC was not working.

Die Lage ist perfekt, gleich neben dem Bahnhof. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Great location near Termini. Room was clean, freshly renovated, spacious and had a fridge. Staff were friendly and checkout was simple.

Don't let the lack of a 'proper' entrance or front desk dissuade you from using this great little hotel for a short Rome visit.

We stayed at this hostel for 3 days in Rome. Overall, the hostel itself was quite good, especially for the price. But unfortunately, our first experience at the reception was so unpleasant that I would not come back here. We arrived at around 13:20, and I had already said that our check-in would be at 14:00. The woman at the reception immediately asked for our passports. I only gave mine because I thought she needed the passport of the person who made the booking. She answered in a very passive-aggressive way: “Passportsss.” From the very beginning, we felt uncomfortable. She then explained that we needed to give a WhatsApp number so she could message us when our room was ready. The problem was that I made the booking with my phone number, but WhatsApp was on my husband’s phone. We needed to change the number, but our English is not very good. She was speaking very fast, and whenever we asked her to repeat, she would roll her eyes and repeat the same thing just as quickly. It really felt like she was treating us as if we were stupid. Then she told us to put our backpacks in the storage lockers and gave us a note with instructions for the code. We were a bit confused because of the language barrier, but eventually found the lockers. Unfortunately, all of them were full, so we went back to the reception. There were other guests at the reception who spoke English better, and we noticed that her attitude towards them was completely different — she was smiling and much nicer. At one point, another guest asked if she would get a WhatsApp message when the room was ready, and the receptionist got irritated and said something like, “Do you see a phone in my hands right now?” The other girl was actually very polite. The girl also asked her where she was from, and the receptionist said she was from Brazil. So, just to make it clear which receptionist I am talking about: she was a slim white woman with dark hair and long, narrow glasses.

The bed was clean and it was a 20-30 minute walk from the centre, or 1-2 minute walk from the train station.

The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall/broken, and most times I could not get warm water and had cold showers.

Vše bylo nové, čistě, moc hezké. Lokalita skvělá, kousíček od Hlavního nádraží termini, kam jezdí přímý spoj na letiště.

Meli jsme pokoj pro tři a hrnečky a skleničky byly pouze po dvou lisech, jinak vše v pořádku.

This was a nice little hotel with good facilities. The room was clean and had a good A/C, comfortable bed, nice shower and a fridge. Before check in we could use the lockers downstairs to store our luggage. The staff was friendly and gave tips for the area. Also, extra points for the laundry machine and a dryer: they were free and easy to use for the guests. The location of the hotel is very close to the main train station and the Termini metro station.

The area is a bit dodgy especially after dark; we encountered no problems though.

I like the location and the room was really comfortable

Majority of the people were very friendly, professional and nice. Only one very rude red hair lady treated us like we are brainless people because we dared to knock at the door. She claims is not her duty to open the door (our mistake for forgetting the code once)

The location was perfect out the way enough to be away from the hustle but still close enough to walk to the attractions colosseum was only a 20minute walk. The room was everything you need for a short break, It was cleaned every day, and the bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

Close to station, within walking distance with suitcase, had lockers to store cases on day of arrival and day of departure, restaurant on site, felt secure with locked doors on way in as well as inside.

The modern aesthetic of the room and how 3/4 staff were so kind and hospitable.

The skinny lady with red hair who checked us in: she was disgusting hostile and sour which was completely opposite to her amazing colleges.

Hotel na kod podany w pierwszy dzień pobytu. Bardzo czysto . Duże łóżko . Super działająca klimatyzacja mimo że było 40st i pokój na poddaszu -6 piętro.

Takie same śniadania codziennie.

The hotel itself was lovely. The aircon got really cold which was great in the heatwave and the staff were great at getting back to me with any questions I had and info for checking in. 20 minute walk from the colosseum and so close to the train station it was super helpful. We also utilised the free washer/ dryer which was great too

Unfortunately the street we were on had a constant police van so there was a lot of different police issues going on along the street. This is of course not the hotels fault but maybe something to consider when you stay. Everything regarding the hotel was lovely!

Ficamos neste hotel pela segunda vez pois estava em viagem pela Itália usando principalmente o trem.Tudo excelente com destaque novamente para a localização, praticidade e atendimento da recepção pela Mirella que nos atendeu sempre com eficiência. Usamos os porta volumes no check out enquanto aguardamos o horário de nossa volta sem nenhum custo adicional.

La struttura era pulita e ordinata, sopra le mie aspettative, vicinissima alla stazione Termini e, veramente quella zona non è per nulla piacevole, ma questo non è certamente colpa della struttura

The room and location were great, we did have any issues finding the place, check-in was straightforward. The bedding was clean, we had good AC especially useful for summer holidays

The shower in our room was TINY, I think it was 60cm x 60cm. This is the only dissapointment, felt like we could only run water on our bodies and not actually shower properly.

I arrived in the evening to check in after making a non-refundable reservation. The receptionist was initially dismissive and unexpectedly accused me of being "rude" simply because I politely suggested she finish assisting the guests she was already helping before checking me in. When it was finally my turn, she refused to proceed with check-in because I initially showed a photo of my passport (which had been accepted at other hotels during my trip), even though I later provided the physical passport. She also claimed my booking did not exist, only to find it after checking again. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she called her manager and later told me she had reported me for being "rude." When I asked for her name because I wanted to make a complaint myself, she gave it once but refused to repeat it when I couldn't hear it clearly, saying that it was "my problem." The situation then became much worse. She told me, **"You live on the street."** When I openly said I was going to record what she had just said and asked her to repeat it on camera, she tried to grab my phone. At that point, I genuinely no longer felt safe and left, despite having a non-refundable reservation. As I was leaving, she told me, **"Go back to your country."** When I again tried to record what she had said, she became even more aggressive and threatened to break my phone. Because I left immediately, I can't comment on the rooms or the facilities. However, my first impression of the area also didn't make me feel particularly safe, and I ended up returning to my previous hotel. I contacted Booking.com to report what had happened. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the situation. They advised me to leave a public review and informed me that they had forwarded my complaint to the hotel's management. As far as I know, nothing has come of it.

I needed a place for 1 night close to the Termini station. it was clean, spacious, AC worked, the refrigerator worked. there was shampoo, shower gel and, hair conditioner. it's loudy outside, but I knew that it would be like this. in the end of the day, I needed it just for a night, so for this price - it was perfect

We booked this stay months ago with family to stay at the same place. When we arrived at the hotel there was a mistake with the room allocation, we booked a family room for 3 people but when we got there it was a single room! The hotel was full so they offered us another hotel 5 mins walk away but there was not room for 3 people so we had to split up. Bea the manager was very helpful and apologetic she did all she could to make sure we were ok, she said the fault was with booking.com

Tudo, desde a localização até o pessoal com destaque para a Mirella que sempre procurou nos atender em todas as questões. Também muito bom o restaurante Enotico que tem parceria com o hotel.

Apenas devemos ter cuidado no deslocamento pela região o que é normal para uma metrópole e região de estação ferroviária com intenso trânsito de pessoas.

O café da manhã era muito restrito, sem informações claras. A comunicação com a recepção também era muito difícil, com pouca resolutividade. Pouca segurança de acesso ao hotel. A informação de que a entrada poderia ser feita pelo restaurante não procede, tendo sido impedido por funcionário do restaurante

L’emplacement idéal pour être extrêmement près de la gare. L’accueil est très bien surtout quand on tombe sur quelqu’un qui parle un petit peu français. L’hôtel est très propre. Chambre nickel! Le petit frigo est un plus quand on est en pleine canicule. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Le seul point négatif est la douche. Il faut trouver le bon fonctionnement des portes 😂! Sinon rien à dire.

l hotel è una “base” sicura che si trova a cento passi dalla uscita giovanni Giolitti, zona interdetta e sovrastata da popolazioni provenienti da terzi mondi, aggressive e minatorie, tuttavia mi sono trovato molto bene in questo hotel e lo staff era molto educato e disponibile, solamente una ragazza dai capelli rossi è stata piuttosto scontrosa e (forse pensava di essere simpatica) rispondeva con un certa attitudine da sapientona sminuendo i clienti, tutto sommato però sono contento..

Sposób w jaki zostałam potraktowana przez Panią z obsługi ( podczas wymeldowania z hotelu, było skandaliczne ) gestykulowała i ręką wskazywała że mamy sobie iść. Bardzo dużo podróżuje po świecie ale pierwszy raz się spotkałam z takim zachowaniem. Mam też zarzuty co do śniadań była tylko jajecznica, jogurt i podawane przez obsługę.

Moderno, cómodo limpio prolijo. Atención super amable de la.gente. Tiene lockers y lavarropas. Tiene clave para todo lo que lo hace super facil. A 100 metros de la estación

Termini ha mejorado mucho. Todavía hay personas en situación de calle, pero no me pareció peligroso. Nada que decir.

My room was not clean properly

Pokój / 6ste piętro / był ok , spory ,czysto cicho , jak na upały po 38- 40⁰ i poddasze klima dawała radę. Ogólnie mogę polecić mimo że okolica przy dworcu , wiadomo kręcą się różne okazy ale na każdym rogu była policja i nie odczuwaliśmy zagrożenia.

Termini tren istasyonunun arka sokağı, zaman kaybı hiç yaşamadık özellikle de dönüş için koştur koştur gitmek zorunda kalmadık. Oda tertemiz, yeni, kullanışlı, klimalı, espresso makineliydi, yastıklar ve yatak çok rahattı. Kahvaltı için sipariş alıyorlar kahve, çay, omlet, yeşillik, yoğurt, meyve, kızarmış ekmek ve kek getirdiler. Öyle açık büfe düşünmeyin.

Otele ve Odaya şifre ile giriliyor pek sorun değil ama ben pek sevmedim. Otelin çevresi biraz evsizlerin kavga edenlerin olduğu duvarların sidik koktuğu bir yer. Otel kesinlikle Temiz ve güvenli dipnot.

Lo unico que no esta tan bien es la ubicación, es una calle complicada, zona mala, pero no nos pasó nada, simplemente hay que ir con cuidado. Por el dia hay mucha gente rara tirada por ahi, basura, y a la noche se suele poner la policia por lo que uno se queda mas tranquilo ya que deja de haber gente. pero si vuelves mas tarde por la noche puede que ya no haya la policia.

The inside of the property was nice, rooms were nice and a decent size. Right next to the train/bus station so makes it easier to get to the places you want to get too, station has a little mall in it too which is handy. Staff were really friendly too

Only downside was the area and its surroundings. Located in a very sketchy area with a lot of sketchy people walking around. We had a late check out and was worried something would happen when leaving

the ceiling in the room we had looked quite cool.

well. there were protruding screws heads in the wall around head level behind the bed, so you needed to be ultra careful when in bed if you wanted to sit up and watch TV. if you wanted to shower you needed at least 2 hours between person or you got luke warm water. the light switch for the bathroom if by the room front door. nothing like having a shower to have the lights accidentally turned off as the other family members want to change lighting in the main room and don’t know what switch. good luck with the micro elevator with luggage. and it’s Rome so i gather it’s just noisy all the time.

Very close to metro termini and was easy to get around Rome in just a few days The property was basic and clean and staff were friendly.

The location, leaving early in the morning with my rucksack and another bag i was clearly marked and followed straight out of the front doors to the train station around the corner. Every time I changed direction or stopped two men did the same.
