I hoped the hotel was located near restaurants and it wasn't as great of a location as the reviews suggested. The accommodations were decent and it was located near a freeway. There wasn't a lot of chain restaurants nearby. That isn't the fault of the hotel, but my expectations were high based on the ratings.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. The room was very comfortable.

We were lacking in towels and bath cloths but the staff made it right. Also there were no lines or blankets/pillows for the pull out bed. We had to send for those too.

They had trouble with my reservation and we had to change rooms after first night but it worked out.

5th floor was very musty and smelled like smoke in hall. The front desk gave us spray to keep in our room instead of moving us or comping snacks or beverages if there really wasn’t room.

Allie was great at checking us in, comfortable bed,and very clean!

The night desk lady was rude and inconsiderate. We arrived at midnight, exhausted, and she made it the process 10 times worse. She said she was going to charge me more fees even though I paid online in advance, refused to get my night right which concerned me for the reservation and when I said I didn’t appreciate her being rude she said “Oh well”.

Very nice suite for $3 more than standard room. Staff friendly. Mostly nice and clean furnishings.

Couch needs steam cleaning or discarding. Minor cosmetic touch ups in room could make this newer hotel just right.

This location was incredibly clean & homey. We had a short stay but enjoyed it very much! The bed was very comfy, the bathtub was clean, and the curtains provide much darkness. The breakfast was also very nice!

The room had a hole in the wall beside the shower and there was visible bugs. The shower had black mold in it. There was also a lot of mildew around all the hardware in the bathroom. The bed I believe was broken because it had a huge dip in it. But the bathroom just seemed to be very unmaintained. I would have expected better from such a new hotel. I didn't notice the mold black mold until the second night when I decided to take a bath. When I looked up I could see all the mold. I didn't think the toilet worked very well. Plus the hole in the wall.

We loved the breakfast. It was excellent! The rooms were very comfortable and accommodating. Prior reservations made check-in and check-out so easy.

It was noisy in middle of the night with people talking in the halls at 3 AM. And there were people above making lots of noise. Wish the rooms were more soundproof.

The housekeeping staff I had to chase them down for the 2 days I was there for them to do come to room to clean bathroom & fresh towels remove trash, left it at the door one time, was gone for about 3 hours & trash was still sitting at our room door, each time we catch the Housekeepers they will say we don’t speak English, so talked to them in Spanish ,now they looking crazy, saying Si

Location very convenient for meeting up with other family/friends living or driving into the area. Breakfast was as expected, not exceptional but not subpar either. Placement of gravy in a corner was not accessible when others were making waffles. All staff that I interacted with were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very clean and well updated. Spacious lobby and eating area served as a nice place to eat pizza delivery without messing up our sleeping room.

Wifi was slow and sometimes unavailable or buffering. In your defense, we had 4 devices going all at once (cell phones, iPads, or Switch electronics. Never turned on the TV!

It is consistently clean with great staff. It has become my go-to for work related visits to Nashville. Best value for a safe, clean, well-kept property with good service.

The tv options aren’t great but thing else is good so it hasn’t stopped my staying there.

The bed was AWFUL, the mattress was not even and caved in in several areas.our backs were totally out of sync by the following day.

I liked the location and comfort of the bedding.

I didn’t like that housekeeping stalked my room waiting for me to check out. I left 25 minutes before checkout, and they were just standing with their cart ready to enter. I get wanting to complete your job, but it makes guests feel rushed when you do that.

The first room we were placed into, the air conditioning did not work. We were moved to a second where the power outlets and light switches did not work. We were then moved to a third room that smelled strongly of marijuana. There was someone in the parking lot rummaging through the backs of trucks as well.

The girl at the desk was probably the rudest most overworked person I’ve ever met. Made an already stressful situation 10 times more stressful with her lack of handling job duties. She should have just stayed home that day I guess. The POWER went out at 3am leaving people unable to enter/exit rooms!

Smelled clean in the hallways like a nice floral scent. Once you opened the door to the room it smelled like a bad chemical.

Tables downstairs weren't getting cleaned off long after breakfast.

Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast area was nice and clean.

Hotel room wasn't very clean. Had a strong stale cigarette smell. Bathroom mirror and mirror in the room very dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty. Old food had been left in the mini fridge. Picture hanging in the bathroom had broken glass and the blinds were broken. Whole room felt a bit on the shabby side.

The breakfast could have used some healthier options, but for being free it was good.

I felt the noise level was heard through the room and I really couldnt sleep till I put my noise canceling on. Also, I would have expected someone in the hotel to notify people to keep it down after 11 pm.
