One snotty night time front desk member
Swimming pool hot tub
Breakfast too early 6-to 9am. On the check out day the cleaning lady insisted on cleaning the room before the check out time.
Very spacious and I like they had a gym and pool.
Paying for parking at the hotel I thought it was all included.
The size of the room.
The price we paid was 100.00 more when I booked the room than the day of the stay
The bed, the layout of the room, the Evelyn and Crabtree products. The breakfast, the omelettes were incredible. It is probably the reason that we booked embassy because of the breakfast included in our stay.
Several of our outlets did not work, leaving our phones and electronics lacking charge. You were unable to use the bathroom receptacle for the hairdryer as an example.
We were allowed to check in early and no extra fee!
Pool always seemed to be full of children when we wanted to use it.
Parking is always available and has a good location. Girlie who checked me in was very nice and friendly. Did enjoy the evening snacks and drinks
The room didn't seem very clean, carpet outdated, and coffee machine in the room was not clean. We had an issue with the toilet that was not could not be fixed until the next day. We were not able to get room cleaning service. Breakfast hours too short.
Breakfast, omelette su richiesta, merenda pomeridiana molto apprezzata dai bambini. Camere pulite. Interessanti meeting nell'area centrale.
Parti comuni non molto pulite.
Good location, easy to get to.
Parking charges
Very nice and spacious
The housekeeping walked into our room an hour before check out, and we were getting out of the shower. Very disappointed in this. No knock. They just started to open the door. I’m just glad I had my towel around me and that my girlfriend was still in the bathroom.
Nice rooms. Very clean.
Breakfast was less than expected. Mostly prepackaged items.
Liked the look and vibe of the hotel
Didn't like the cost, breakfast was pretty low tier compared to how much this stay cost, it was fine but we won't be staying here again or recommending. Also offer a virtual or drop box check out, waiting in a 20 minute line when you just want to leave is stupid.
The location was amazing for easy access back to the interstate. There was construction near by but because we stayed on a weekend we didn’t deal with noise issues.
When we utilized the pool area, it was out of towels.
Struttura estremamente pulita e camera spaziosa
La colazione termina alle 9 , arrivati alle 8.50 con due bambini piccoli siamo stati praticamente invitati ad andar via Non era rimasto nulla Inaccettabile Parcheggio a pagamento totalmente immotivato
Beautiful interior.
Construction was going on in the area.
Close to freeway, free breakfast
Breakfast was alright, expected more. Our toilet in our room was not clean, pee dribble marks on toilet rim. Charged extra for parking.
Everything was great
Nothing
Easy to find, close to the freeway.Loved the Saxophone music playing during the “happy hour”. It was not recorded, it was live. The rooms are always clean and very well kept, the hotels are always nice. Cannot go wrong with them.
The fact that after charging me a significant amount of money to stay there, they charged me 22 a night for parking. There is no where else to park, it is in the middle of office buildings, businesses. So considering I can’t walk more than 100-200 ft what choice did I have. And it wasn’t even Valet parking.
Very nice room, everything in great condition. Enjoyed the hot tub and adult-only time later in evening.
Cleaning staff and carts in hallway most of the day.
The set up of the rooms around a common area. The queen suites were wonderful. The coffee and food selection were very good.
The high chlorine content and smell of the pool. Plus the elevators moved slowly and the waits could be long.
Having to pay $19 a night for parking in a suburban area. The gym was tiny and oddly shaped, which made exercising a challenge. Elevators were really slow....so we ended up taking the stairs most of the time, which were not cleaned regularly.
Was very nice but was far from the cruise port
Not really close to anything.there is a Mc Donald across the street.
The amenities were great, breakfast was delicious however didn't care for hours ending earlier during week days. Staff was friendly. Rooms were roomy and perfect for our family.
Rooms weren't very clean. They were very dusty, and floors around edges needed a good vacuum. Bed wasn't the greatest it was squeaky and not comfortable. No water pressure in shower. And having restaurant closed was inconvenient. Especially since we didn't know until we had planned to stay in and went down stairs only to find close sign. Wish water bottle was included in room not $5
Great location. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the options were plentiful. Will definitely stay again
I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt one was warranted. This place was awful and an absolute waste of money. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it. The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found someone else's dirty socks left in the room, and the sheets had visible stains on them. Finding dirty items from a previous guest and stained bedding made us seriously question whether the room had been properly cleaned at all. Getting a decent night's sleep was nearly impossible. The hotel is next to a construction site where work started early in the morning. The walls are also extremely thin. You can clearly hear your neighbors talking and pretty much everything going on in the rooms around you. To make matters worse, the plumbing is incredibly loud. Every time someone in a nearby room flushed their toilet, you could hear it loudly through the walls. The customer service made the experience even worse. I was simply trying to request a late checkout of just 30 additional minutes, but I kept receiving conflicting information from different employees. I was eventually told that I needed to speak with housekeeping and was transferred to them. The person in housekeeping was rude and actually hung up on me. I called back and was transferred to someone else at the front desk, who was also extremely unhelpful. All of this over a simple request for an extra 30 minutes. For what this hotel charges, this experience was completely unacceptable. A clean room, clean bedding, reasonable peace and quiet, and basic courtesy from the staff should be the bare minimum. Instead, we got a dirty room, stained sheets, paper-thin walls, excessive noise, terrible communication, and rude treatment from employees. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Breakfast was fantastic
Room coat was a bit high and I was charged $22 per night to park
The breakfast was excellent every morning. The food was always fresh and warm.
Nothing.
We loved the breakfast options and the overall setup to accommodate so many people. The room was comfortable and the environment was friendly.
I don’t have any complaints.
Shouldn't have to pay for parking!!!
Nice workout room, clean and comfortable room.
They were so kid friendly! That makes the stress of traveling with kids so much less stressful ! It was so comfortable and just this location is kinda our go to home from home !
I do wish that the pool was open 24 hours for adults is really the only thing I can complain about . And that’s less of a complaint and more of a wish .
Everything
Room was great. Some signs of wear.
Breakfast food was lukewarm.
Great property and the front desk staff were helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. We took advantage of the exercise room before we ate breakfast. Don't skip breakfast at Embassy Suites, it's very good.
We were surprised there was an additional $20/night fee for parking a vehicle. This was not communicated to us when we made the reservation. Not a huge deal, but not the best news as you're handed a "free" bottle of water.
Breakfast was wonderful, everything you need/want from a continental breakfast. Absolutely loved the omelet bar. Location is great, couldn’t be better. Right off the freeway - can’t beat that!
The TV in my bedroom was not hooked up for some reason. The one in the office portion worked fine. Ultimately no big deal, I don’t end up watching much television before I sleep.
First of all the staff on the Night Shift were extremely friendly, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable about not just the hotel, but the area and general.
Everything was great
Only the breakfast
Everything else was definitely not what I expected from being a regular customer at embassy suites properties. This was the poorest service and conditions of the room I have experienced at an embassy suites properties
All
Clean and comfortable, nice room layout, great breakfast with omelettes made to order.
Paying for parking
The reason I liked this hotel is because it was not in the middle of the downtown area and the parking was easy. I was very surprised to be charged for parking. But, I still preferred it to some of the other hotels in downtown Bellevue. This hotel is in a quiet business park area. The front desk staff was not amazing. They didn’t tell me about any of the amenities, breakfast, happy hour, the gym… nothing. They just handed me my keys and some water. Very minimal effort. Not even welcoming or friendly. The room was fine. There were several hairs in the shower. But overall, it was OK. I gave three stars for the location and ease of parking.
Front desk lady who helped us at check in was wonderful & so helpful! Room was nice & comfortable like having the extra room and 2 living spaces. The evening reception and breakfast selection was very good. Food and beverage service workers were hardworking, efficient and friendly.
Hate having to pay for parking in a hotel owned lot, should be complimentary. Hall walkway outside our room had cracker crumb trail from when we checked in at 5:30 pm to next morning when we checked out at 10 am. Honestly don't know if housekeeping was notified to remedy the problem.
Hotel was clean and staff was excellent.
I specifically requested a room with a walk in shower like the pictures on the website indiciated for the king suite with balcony. I even received an email from the hotel saying they would accommodate and then they did not. I was a bit upset about that. And after traveling all day I didn’t have the energy to go try and change rooms
Every thing was good
Everything was good

The lobby
Room 519, one night. Booked 516 on the app, it wasn't ready by 430pm, was offered 519. The good: Quiet, clean, updated rooms, breakfast was one of the better buffet breakfasts I've had outside of regular Hiltons. Pool was great, staff was very good and helpful. The bad: Hole in the bathroom door not appealing. Evening reception felt like a cheap free add-on, chips, free pop from machine, no one monitors the people grabbing food with hands instead of utensils provided... good luck with getting sick from that alone. There was a convention during our check in, no diamond labeled parking and VIP spots all taken. Overall, surprised by the general feel of the hotel and would stay again.
Arguably a good deal for what you spend: two free drinks and some mediocre snacks in the evening during the so called manager’s reception. No manager, no reception. Chips and salsa, celery and ranch dressing, snack mix. In the morning, reconstituted dehydrated scrambled eggs, frozen potatoes and lukewarm sausage links with cereal, yogurt and benign coffee. But this establishment is firmly in the budget category: sterile, bland and located in an office park area near Interstate 90. It is almost definitionally mediocre. Stay here on a tight budget and enjoy the free drinks and included breakfast as long as you understand that this will be strictly a middling experience.
The hotel was centrally located and offered a great continental breakfast. Room was great size and staff was very friendly.
The elevator system for as large as the hotel was was not very accommodating. They were slow and small.
It was beautiful the front desk and breakfast staff were grear.
The cleaning crew was the worst. We stay at Embassy all over but this crew was really bad. The first day they came in they threw the garbage away and left clean towels. No vacuuming or bed making at all. The second day the bed was made but it looked like a child made it no vacuuming only change of towels and garbage thrown out. The next two days it must have been a new crew. Their maid service was really good. They cleaned it really well. My expectation of the cleaning crew was disappointing the first part of the week.
Location.
The people staying in room next door were extremely loud. Kids and family didn’t sleep until after 2 am. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced. Slept about 4 hours total. We could hear everything from the room next door as if it was in our room. Horrible experience
Looked cool and fun offered 2 free beverages by 7:00 pm for the stay. Front desk guy was nice.
Didn’t have a way to watch tv didn’t have a support staff to help clean a drastic mess that accidentally happened. They just couldn’t accommodate anything beyond front desk
Great stay kids loved the pool and hot tub nice staycation
The bed was hard :-(

The pool water was cold, the breakfast was ok besides the eggs they were mushy and the sausage were not fully cooked. There was mold in my shower made me feel uncomfortable.
Breakfast was great, tons of food, good coffee, didn't get a chance to try the omelet station
We chose this hotel based on being able to book on points and be near the Issaquah area of Seattle metro where we needed to be. This was ideal from a distance perspective and is a very large and modern ES. There is not too much to walk to from the hotel but if you have a car, it provides a direct shot West to Seattle and is convenient to downtown Bellevue as well. We enjoyed our one-night stay but there are a few things that prevent me from awarding 5 stars. In my view, there are two fundamental functions every hotel must fulfill: provide a good night’s sleep and a good shower. We found our room lacking in both regards. In my Hilton profile, in notes on my online booking, and in a chat I had on the Hilton app, which connected me to the hotel’s front desk, I asked for non-feather pillows and bedding. Our room had four pillows, three of which were foam and one of which was down. But the foam pillows were unusually sad, old and flat. Second, the shower (at least the one in room 500) was pretty dysfunctional. This was a tub that was converted into a shower-only with glass doors. I don’t need a tub so that was fine. But the design had one fixed glass wall and one sliding glass door. The fixed part was on the side where both the shower head and the valve were. That meant that one had to step inside the shower to turn it on, and there was no way to avoid getting splashed with very cold water. Making matters worse, unlike most hotel showers with only one valve control (no separate temperature and water controls) where you turn the knob all the way and wait for the water to come out hot, turning the valve all the way means you will be splashed with cold water for minutes. The actual “hot” setting is achieved by turning the valve part way on and not necessarily where indicated “H” on the valve control housing. Finally, the only soap dish holder is inexplicably set about 2 feet above from the shower floor. Since this is a shower-only, there is no reason why the soap holder should be so low. Finally, when we checked in, the young clerk told us that parking would be $22 a night. We noted that the sign at the desk said parking for weekends would be $19 a night and we were staying for only Saturday night. She said we were right and that she would make sure we were charged correctly. Then she told us breakfast would be served until 9 am. But we noted that we had read that breakfast on weekends went until 10:30 am. Again, she noted that we were correct but did not apologize or seem to register that she just repeated her error about weekend check-ins vs. weekday ones. And then when i got my folio emailed to me after checking out, i found that i was charged twice for parking—once at the weekday price and once at the weekend price. So, i had to make an extra call to have this refunded. Other than these quirks, this is a solid hotel. We hope that our experience this time was an anomaly and that other rooms have more functional facilities.
The check-in process was easy and the staff was great. The hotel is clean and inviting. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a manager reception each night with complementary snacks and drinks. The morning breakfast buffet was quite large. The neighborhood seems safe for walking. The parking lot is adequate, and I felt comfortable parking there.
It was nice and clean big and enjoyable
Getting in and out was not the best we didn’t have conditioner or coffee but it was good.
Staff always friendly
Lots of kids left alone swimming in pool

Staff was great, and rooms were clean, and location was close to the Children's Hospital where we needed to go. Breakfast was great and very convenient for us traveling with a small child.
Big and clean room. Good breakfast, Good environment Good toilet and bathroom
Should provide a bottle of water every day. Should have cups for coffee. Glasses for drinking water Spoon and fork Good receptionist and assistant
Beautiful
I was unable to shower or use the restroom for my stay and by the time toilets were provided outside it was my check out so going to find businesses with restrooms is inconvenient and the purpose being a concert and we were not able to shower before or after was rough
This hotel is close to Bellevue College and we like to stay here because our grandson plays for Bellevue college basketball team. We also enjoy the breakfast and the rooms are spacious and comfortable
We are a little surprised that your hotel started charging for parking? I tried to get a decent rate because we don't get to spend much time at the hotel because we're watching basketball games and to pay $20 for a few hours while we sleep. Seems a little much.
The takeaway items were plentiful and wide variety. The omelet station line was long and slow-moving. The pool was perfect. Our kids loved it and because we got early check in, they got to swim instead of kill time at the mall.
Paying for parking and slow service at the omelet station
The staff was very helpful!
Wa state has a Lot of extra fees!!
Really clean
So glad to have the omelette bar, and a great omelette chef. Great variety of foods at the breakfast bar. Roomy and well- lit eating area. Friendly, efficient staff.

I stayed at this hotel on a work trip. I was told by colleagues to expect a poor experience but my stay was good. Room was clean, quiet and had good temperature control. Complimentary breakfast had a nice range of options. Front desk staff were extra friendly and helpful!
