Very comfortable for 3 people. All you need for a short stay. Good communication with owners 👍🏼 Great mexican restaurant right next door.

Personale gentile e accogliente, posizione ottima, vicina al centro e ai servizi di trasporto.

Facilmente accessibile, dimensioni contenute ma con lo stretto indispensabile. Complementi di arredo originali. Situato in zona tranquillla ma comoda ai servizi.

Bagno non finestrato di dimensioni minime. Appartamento già di dimensioni non generose e con arredamento molto abbondante che può risultare poco fruibile per soggiorni medio lunghi, e non di facile pulizia.

Sijainti oli loistava, rauhallisella paikkaa, hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Kauppa lähellä ja ravintolat.

Ei ollut tuuletinta. Olisi hyvä ollut yöksi. Oli aika kuuma. Mutta muuten ei mitään valittamista.

Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος ήταν πολύ καλή, κοντά σε εμπορικά κατάστημα και μέσα μεταφοράς!! Άνετο διαμέρισμα και εξοπλισμένο με ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι να δώσουν πληροφορίες για τη διαμονή μας και την άνετη μετακίνησή μας!!

Θα ήθελα να ήταν πιο προσεκτικοί σε ορισμένα θέματα καθαριότητας!!

I loved the location, it’s a beautiful area

The decor in the flat was not really according to my taste

Generally the apartment was good, very spacious and well decorated, with good location and everything one needs for holidays, fridge, cooker, kettle even washing machine. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. There was a very good communication with the owners of the apartment and quick response in whatever we asked them for.

Some of the kitchen machines were not clean ( to be honest very dirty), so we could not use them like coffee maker, toast machine and microwave: even though I was asking before about the coffee machine. The fridge had food from previous renters, like pizza in the freezer even oil bottle in the fridge. And there was dust on some things like decoration ash trays where the mirror is. Also it was a bit untidy. I mostly talk about the bathroom where there was a glass furniture right next to the toilet on which one could find bottles of men shower, shampoos etc. I suggest that the owner should clean up everything and leave tidy only what is needed: a shower, a shampoo, a liquid detergent for washing clothes. And there was not any dustbin to put trash that cannot be thrown in the toilet.

Great location near to the city centre. Clean and tidy apartment. Super responsive and friendly hosts. Will come and stay again for sure! Thank you

Hyvän kokoinen asunto pidempään majoitukseen. Kampin lähellä. Rauhallinen ja kaikki perustarpeet hyvät.

Vuokraaja kävi asunnossa kun emme olleet paikalla. Hyvällä asialla, mutta kysymättä lupaa. Säännöissä oleva 500€ "melusakko" ei ole kyllä millään perusteella perättävissä oleva maksu. Itse emme melua aiheuttaneet mutta ihmeteltiin sääntöä.

The property was easily close to and easily accessible from the Helsinki central station. The instructions provided were clear. The apartment was neat and included all the required amenities. The central heating was adequate. I had an enjoyable stay.

The water from the shower cools off pretty rapidly.

Good location, quiet house.

Internet and TV did not work. I connected the cable to the TV myself and managed to start it. I wrote and called about the Internet, but the hosts did not answer the phone and did not help by letter either. Strange attitude.

The location was perfect, the instructions very clear and the apartment was nice, clean and very well organized.

It's not so comfortable for three people, it's better for couples

Cozy and small apartments, comfortable bed and bathroom. Very convenient location, all restaurants, metro and shopping centers are within walking distance. Friendly owner of the apartment, allowed to leave luggage until check-in time. The apartment is clean, has everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen.

There is no soundproofing, in the morning at 6-7 they start making noise in the yard, at night you can hear very loudly the music from the neighboring bars/night clubs, even with the windows closed. Behind the wall near the bed there is an elevator, which is very noisy. The neighbors upstairs are constantly stomping and making noise from 7 am until late at night. This really interfered with getting a good night's sleep for two nights in a row. Perhaps many people do not pay attention to such things, but if peace and quiet are important to you, then this apartment is unlikely to suit you.

The apartment is good for a couple nights to visit Helsinki with a good equipment.

This is really lovely apartment, cozy and comfortable, with some little extra for your needs, well equipped kitchen . In the city center, close to the shops and restorans. The building itself has also a character, beautiful , historic and stylish house on the quiet street.
